The best enchiladas in San Luis... my only suggestion is that you offer the option to order enchiladas frozen and have them ready for long trips... not that they should have them frozen, but give the customer the option of buying the product and having it frozen for pickup... just that observation, as it would be easier for tourists like me to bring back several packages during a long trip...
