Curious Customer

It was my first time at Starbucks. I walk in and I was immediately greeted with phenomenal customer service & with the respect that any customer should expect when they walk into any establishment. Thanks to Tiffany & her coworker for helping me out, taking their time explaining the menu and giving me a free drink to sample.

This place is so awesome. I have never encountered such a friendly and wonderful staff. They are very compassionate here. I pulled a muscle in my calf the other day walking, and they gave me a cup of ice water and let me sit a little while. I love this place and I want to keep coming back.

Good service, nice and clean. Just not the friendliest in here. But would come comeback if I was around.

Busy location. Staff is acceptable.

Slowest Starbucks in town due to it being understaffed. No seating indoors. The layout is terrible. People waiting for their orders have no choice but to stand in the way of people entering.

The drinks were just as good as normal. I would say when it’s around 12-2 there’s a lot of influx of online/inperson orders so it takes a bit for them to get to your order. The people there are nice but not overly so. I’ve heard greetings before but not every time and honestly most days I prefer not a chatty person. I’m there for coffee not a chat. While there is outdoor tables and chairs This location doesn’t have any indoor seating but that’s most likely due to the space itself and how they remodeled it. And it’s definitely more of a grab and go location due to downtown parking, the walkway it’s located in, and I’d say if you’re walking most places it’s good for a quick drink.

This is one of the most depressing Starbucks locations I’ve ever seen, especially considering how nice the store they shut down to open here was. Zero seating inside, and hardly any room to stand in line to order, or to wait to pick up your drink without being in the way. I can’t see this store lasting long here.

They accused me of following some girls days before I went to the location banned me and I called and got no help but they will call me back horrible service discriminatory against anyone who is a little different the manager was unprofessional and rude they also will have security follow you around even across the street if you look the wrong way to them. Update spoke with there managers and they told me the security for the location reported someone who apparently had the same hair and still am banned but they gave me numbers and some information to know why I was so quickly kicked out because they heard some girls filed a report and had to have someone escort these girls to their car even though I have never seen them so they kicked me out for something that may have happened with someone who looks like me but because of my ethnicity they felt it okay to just ban me from going to Starbucks which is right next to the post office where I mail cards through eBay my job I can’t go near there because of their security saying I did something which is not true and they make you prove that you didn’t do anything if some random just wants to mess up your livelihood and ability to move freely around the location if you just think someone may be doing something now a days they will have security follow you not only on their property but into a post office and star and pace and shadow me because they think a few days ago someone who looks kinda like me bothered some girls if this even really happened tell me did I do anything wrong by walking to where I have been going for 5 years order coffee and charge my phone and fill out envelopes for work only to have in front of everyone the manager accuse me of harassment when it wasn’t then now or ever something that really happened does a random persons word mean you can Harass me because I look like someone and they did something or someone thinks they are doing something like 3-4 days before

The new location is awful. It has zero seating and hostile architecture to keep customers flowing. The cash register placement makes no sense, there's no room for a line because the pickup bar takes up literally the entire store. The starbucks by barnes & noble was great, petes was great when it was here. This is a mobile order stand.

When my wife asked for the bathroom code you said "It's out of order". THE ONLY REASON WE BOUGHT SOMETHING WAS SO SHE COULD USE THE RESTROOM>>>SINCE SLO HAS NNNNNOOOOO RESTROOMS ANYWHERE! My wife went up to the very nice (5 star) young lady that prepared the drink and asked again and she said sure - I just need to put toilet paper in it, follow me. September 1st at around 3pm if you want to check who was working. Oh, by the way, fix your front door - it slams.
