A good place with very pleasant facilities. The menu, while very traditional, is very well put together, with traditional rolls and some that remind me of the 90s when they made rolls more to the liking of the novice palate, but it also has its section for some more knowledgeable people.

Saturday night and they close at 10? I arrived at 9:42 PM and the cashier told me: "I've already done the closing, cash only, and takeout only..." I mean, it seems like they don't want to sell anything! What a shame! The food is very good, I think they need to adjust their attitude and hours. Just my humble opinion 🤷🏻‍♂️

The food is very good, however, the service is bad. Slow, the staff is rude, and sometimes the card reader doesn't work. If the service were even just decent, it would be one of the best Japanese restaurants.

The place has unusual decor, like murals, but it looks good, even though it's small. They take delivery orders. We only had one server, so the service was very slow, and the tables weren't cleaned when customers left. The only positive aspect of the rating was the taste. Everything is delicious, with good portions and a good price. It's in a plaza, so there's plenty of parking.

Good day, as feedback, the service leaves much to be desired. I counted three people: the chef and two other men whose positions I didn't know (both were wearing aprons). When we arrived, a shy young man served us, which wasn't a problem (perhaps he was just starting out). He gave us the menu and left. He came back after going in and out, and we ordered drinks, and then he left again. We wanted to order dinner, and the young man said the waiter would be with us in a moment. About 15 minutes passed, and there was no sign of the waiter. After even more time, another person arrived, asking what we wanted in an annoyed tone. We politely told him we didn't want anything anymore because it had been too long without a response. He shouted arrogantly and angrily, "It's not going to be anything!" There were no other customers, only delivery drivers. We don't understand the delay, much less the supposed waiter's annoyance. Perhaps the restaurant is good, but the service is not, and that's disappointing. What a shame. Why did we really want to try it and end up with drinks that we didn't even finish because of the bad experience?

I went to Saki with high hopes, as the pictures of the dishes looked amazing. I ordered a special salmon roll, but from the moment I picked it up, I noticed a rather strong smell. When I got home and opened it, the smell was even worse. The salmon was very pale, looked old and spoiled. Even so, I tried to give it a chance, but the taste was so unpleasant that it made me nauseous, and I ended up throwing it away. All of this happened in less than 25 minutes after I placed the order, so there's no excuse for the poor quality of the product. After this experience, I checked the reviews and saw that many people had had problems. Even so, I wanted to give them a chance, but I definitely won't be going back. I don't recommend this place if you're looking for fresh, quality food.

Poor quality/price ratio, their portions are small and without an appetizing view, terrible service time just to give me a roll to take away it took around 40 minutes... they are short on staff in my opinion.
