Macdonald as macdonald. If you're at Santa Monica pier and need to find a place to grab some meals this is an option.

I've been to various mcdonalds chains before but this stands out unique. The Mcdouble at this fast foot joint has more flavor than the mcdoubles I've tried as well the ones near my residence.

I eat here more than anywhere else due to proximity and price. The fries are delicious and I never need to add salt. Usually the service is decent. The prices are a little more than other McDonald’s because of its location across from the pier.

This location is incredibly busy as its an inexpensive food and drink option in a very busy area. However, there are lots of seating here and the staff is very efficient in getting your orders.. we ended up taking our food to go as it was busy and there are lots of "non-customers" in here off the street. Food was good and served quick. Good inexpensive food option in a pricey Santa Monica Pier area. We did not know but, there is free parking available for McDonald's customers within the building.

It serves quickly and has tasty food but the place is most of the time full or crowded, which makes it really hard to keep it clean.

Atmosphere not great, there were gums under the table. Tables not that clean. Food was quick and good tho.

The Santa Monica location is on par with most McDonald's out there. The food was satisfactory and the speed of service was reasonable. My only problems with the experience were the restaurant was incredibly busy and the smell of pot was pretty strong from someone smoking it out on the patio. They had the munchies I guess.

It is just minutes away from the pier, many homeless people inside and you should take good care of your belongings. It is clean but employees barely smile and cold due to holiday working hours I guess :)) Had the double burger cheese and oats meal which I do not complain. It is thanks giving holiday.

Ok the food is great quality service is exceptional especially considering how busy it is non stop the large item dining room makes the atmosphere more calming due to the heavy crowd. My only complaint that broth my main rating down to 3 stars is they don't offer free refills. Considering this McDonald's is located near a beach there a high liklyhood there may be a guest that's dehydrated and would hate to pay full price again and again for sweet tea or hi c poweraid when each choice only costs them pennies on the dollar per serving.

For whatever reason this location is deceptive. The ordering kiosk doesn't have a visible option to pay cash at the register, it waits until the order is about to be cancelled. The franchise owner is obviously trying to be greedy and force customers to pay full price. Greed is God I suppose. Jazmin is a rockstar. Her patients was paramount. This franchise owner should be ashamed.

Ordered through the app while in the store. Stood there for over 20 minutes waiting. Then when I walked to the counter they told me they called my number. They never did. Worst place to get food. Felt very unwelcome to be paying for ordering.

The food is good but the service is a little bit slow. You see this place is still under construction. It looks like an abandoned building and there was a drunk person who tried to kidnap my child. If you are choosing McDonalds for dinner then don’t go to this place and choose a different one. Also forgot to mention they don’t do refills on your drinks.

Horrible, I placed my order through the app and waited patiently when i asked about it, it was clear they had misplaced it and forgotten about it. The food was ice cold.
