As a first time customer, I FELT SO WELCOMED!! Lea and Mia were a huge helping as I was indecisive and blind with the menu! They were patient with me and recommended the taro drink! I loved it! AWESOME SERVICE!

The boba is good and chewy, but the drink is more powdery (less natural). Not sure about the food since I only tried the drinks there. Size and price wise they’re ok.

Fresh food that tastes great .... affordable prices ... Friendly and accommodating staff.

Fast, even when busy. Tasty! Clean restaurant and friendly service.

Boba is great here, the menu is diverse, the adjoining restaurant is also delicious! The only thing is that the place is busy because the secret is out, they good. So, sometimes you have to wait a bit for your order. My advice, order ahead!

Today was my first time trying this place out since my regular place was closed. I only got boba drinks and flan. I ordered 2 , one drink was supposed to come with cream but they forgot it.. I asked for extra boba and definitely got extra thank you (: the strawberry drink was good, the peach one tasted like soap/lotion. The staff was super friendly, but I did felt rushed to order I needed time to look at the menu since it was my first time. I also got the flan and it was fantastic! However it’s really expensive for such a tiny piece I wouldn’t get it again just because it’s too expensive but definitely delicious.

Good place for boba milk tea and quality Vietnamese food. However, they seem to run out of some teas occasionally (I love oolong milk tea - they usually don't have it if I call ahead) and sometimes the teas taste different - sometimes they're too bitter or too milky, depending on the teamakers at the time. More consistency in flavor would be appreciated. :)

At Simply Vietnam, I ordered the chicken curry and love the flavors except for the soggy carrots and potatoes. But thankfully they serve the rice noodles, bean sprouts and peanuts and lettuce in a separate container so you can mix some right before eating.

Great food, quick service, tasty boba, & lots of gluten free options!

The food was delicious. At first the Service was bad because they got drink orders but were not brought. They don't check up on one often enough to see if refills are needed. Other than this we enjoy the food and the time spent there.

Tea was good and food was okay.

They never have boba! We call and one associate say it would be ready in 30 minutes and another associate says it will be ready 2 hours later. Very disappointed.

We got there twenty minutes before closing (based on Google hours which are the same as the ones posted on their doors). The doors were locked. There was another customer there who also tried the doors and was unable to get in. About five minutes later as we were leaving, still before closing, someone (an employee?) walked out. Not really sure what I witnessed today, but it's safe to say I preferred the Sharetea locations in Southern California. Definitely won't be going out of my way to come back here.
