The service we had Thursday night was so pleasant, I had to leave a positive review. The young lady was very patient and friendly with us. It was between 7:45-8 pm on the 26th. I hope her night went well. Congrats on the news you shared with me as well.

I went in on January 24th, at about 9:30, and really I'm posting this to say thank you to the man that helped me. He was extremely helpful and apologetic for working by himself. I also work in a place where I am often working by myself, and it is hard. Especially when people come in close to closing time. He was a really great employee and I will go back and see him again. I hope whoever is in charge of this establishment reads this and acknowledges him for his great customer service. I could not be happier.

The Subway I visit is always well staffed. Not just all slopped together. Puts the jalapeno like dots on the tomatoes and other silly but fun stuff. Please no coments on how easily I'm entertained! 🥳
I can walk here from work and they always get my order right. It's great to see Cindy behind the counter, she is always so positive and helpful! It's just too bad Subway as a business can't be consistent about either the Sub of the Day or points card. Still, I love their food and look forward to going there on lunch break!

Typical Subway, the Italian herb bread had the texture of card board, stingy amount of stuffing, $8.49 for a half sub should go very a little more, they’re even stingy with Lettuce and veggies. If you’re Jared trying to to loose 100 pounds this would definitely be your place to eat.

Avoid this place at all costs. All the bread was hard as a rock. She gave me 6 pieces of spinach and when I asked for more, she added 2 more. She didn't greet me whatsoever. When I came in-and-in fact, stood there, texting with somebody for about a minute and a 1 before she got to me. And while ordering, she felt like she, it bothered by everything.
Terrible service from Owner, when I first came in she asked me if I had a coupon and I told her yes, so she started making my sandwiches, when adding vegetables she was only adding so little of everything, there was little steak and she only added 4 cucumbers to a footlong, I asked her if she could add more and she said NO… I know for sure that for a footlong its 6 cucumbers at least because I used to work at a sudway many years ago.. When paying she throw the receipt at me in the counter.. If she doent want to accept coupons in her restaurant then that is totally fine but she needs to have better costumer service specifically when she is the owner..
The food is the best but the service when I walked in the rohnert park one by the laundry mat the guy who worked there told me get out if I’m not buying something and I was going to when my mom got done with laundry but he was so rude that I was rude back to him and ever since that it left a bad experience in me because of one guy that’s like that at graton hotel and many people that dare chalenge me
Accidentally ordered here and tried calling to cancel right away, they didn’t answer voicemails or the phone for two days. After reaching out to corporate the owner said to dispute with my bank,after I requested a refund👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
It’s getting a bit ridiculous at the fast food establishments. They charge so much more with less quality. I lost interest in ordering for the attitude upon arrival, along with meats and veggies looking sweaty from not refrigerating properly. I won’t be back!
What happehd to the 5 dolor ft.long. cost 21or 22 dollars for a sub and a drink food was ok but price was not worth it as for service people did therr job atmosphere was as you would expect for a sandwich shop if not for the ridicules price i would go back but that higher-priced sandwich thay lost me as a costumer for lifetime
The owner is rude. On two seperate occasions he asked his employees if we were costumers when we wanted to use the bathroom and when we wanted water. His wife who is part owner is very nice but her husand is a jerk and has bad costomer service. We will not go there any longer.
If i could leave less than 1 star i would. Worst location ever. Rude employees and sad portions. Came in after waking from graveyard shifts and was basically called homeless when i questioned the lack of portions. Definitely never coming back.
This location is so hot that the employees are sweating while trying to make your food. It’s hot and humid and has been like this for over two years now. The employees were amazing, friendly and very good at their jobs, too bad they are being tortured by a cheap owner that won’t turn the air conditioning on. After going inside today, I won’t be returning to this store because it was unbearable waiting in that kind of heat.
I was standing line and waiting patiently for my turn, i was clearly in line to make a purchase. I asked if i could use the restroom before ordering and the woman working (i believe the owners wife) told me i cannot use the restroom until i made a purchase. I was clearly standing in line to do so and very noticeably pregnant. My hushand asked for a cup for water and she told him not for free. We were going to freaking order. Never coming back here again.
I had the worst experience ever in any subway i had ever been. Jeff did not want to help or answer questions. i saw a girl going before me, and he even said i am not going to be nice to you. I presumed because she was latina. Jeff had a terrible attitude then when i talked him he even said i can be nice again. I asked him why he was acting like this. I left the restaurant because I believe in, everyone should be treated with respect and dignity if he is not happy with his job. I really recommend the owner to get involved in this matter. To know how to give customer service is essential. It was terrible. worst service ever, I hope someone steps in and talks to Jeff and let him know he's is not there to be racist; it is actually to be in service of our community since he is a customer server.
