It was a nice experience. Customer services was so pleasant! The cashier Leilania H, was very focused and making sure my order was right. Also checked my bag to make sure I had everything. Polite and attentive.The food was hot and served fast. Keep up the great job!
What can I say? It's Taco Bell. Which is basically Mexican styled-American fast food. Lol It's not the best but it definitely does the trick. Update The day time manager is great! She's very kind and considerate! Update after the update: So happy the Nacho Cheese Fries 🍟 are back! Love those! Kinda liking these Double Stuffed Tacos 🌮 too! Definitely hits the spot!
This is a great Taco Bell location! You have to trust me here since I am a massive T Bell fan. I actually placed a big order here in November '21 since I was getting married in the area and I wanted a ton of tacos and burritos for the after party. The manager was super friendly and helped me optimize my order based on my headcount. The staff was friendly and on the night of my wedding all the tacos were on-point! Everything was delicious and it helped make an amazing night even better. I don't write a ton of reviews, but this Taco Bell deserves all 5 stars.
Even though there were ten cars ahead of us, the drive-thru line went quickly and we were on our way within 15 minutes. My granddaughter said her tacos were delicious and the order was correct the first time! Staff was friendly, courteous and did a fine job! This was our first visit to this Taco Bell location. We will return!
i waited about 15 minutes in line for my food tonight. the girl who took my order was clearly very overwhelmed (and seemed to be working alone) but nonetheless kept a smile on her face and was very polite. people need to practice patience and try to be empathetic - there is a lack of employees right now so the ones who actually come to work have a triple work load. i hope the girl working tonight knows her hard work is not going unnoticed.
Shoutout to Zella B! I stopped by Taco Bell late Saturday night and ordered quite a bit of food. Despite the late hour, the service was incredible. The cashier—Zella B, according to my receipt—was absolutely amazing. She was super sweet, helpful, and made sure everything was taken care of quickly and correctly. My order came out fresh, hot, and exactly right. Zella really went above and beyond, and she deserves a ton of credit for her professionalism and great attitude. Big thanks to her and the team for making a late-night Taco Bell run a great experience!
Major improvement last couple months. I stopped getting taco bell for years because of this location, but the uber eats food has been excellent & consistent as of recent thank you!
Top service and food! (New 5 stars) we just drove to 2 taco bells in Albany and one was closed 2 hours early and the other had a system outage. My wife is 9 months pregnant and needed taco bell. This location was our last chance and the staff delivered! The food is so good and everything was very Fresh! Thanks again! And all the employees deserve recognition for they're incredible work.
Someone sleeping on the bench in the restaurant. Scarry!!! The staff seemed confused and scattered. The sauces were totally empty. But, the redeeming cherry was the food and quick service. Excellent and delicious!! Thank you. The gentleman who seemed to be the manager had a great personality and got right on top of things. Thank you for a quick and tasty meal.
Dear Taco Bell Team, I recently visited your location with my daughter, and we had a wonderful experience, thanks to the exceptional customer service. During our visit, my daughter accidentally spilled her drink, and your team handled the situation with such kindness and understanding. They quickly replaced the drink and made the whole experience feel comfortable and enjoyable.
I have been eating at this Taco bell for quite some time now, and I can say that the service here is great, and the food is also great. They currently have new employees working here, as they are hiring and the training process they are applying is working very well as they are very kind and considerate. The food here is also very good, and if you may get your order messed up they have no problem helping you resolve your order and get what you wanted. Very good atmosphere, pretty clean, and a great taco bell overall.
We stood at the counter for awhile . I learned that one of us had ordered and the man took the order and walked away. We just stood there waiting . Finally a wonderful women asked if we were waiting to order. I asked her if she was waiting to cook for us. We proceeded to inform her we started a order. She asked her fellow employee where the order was as he was sitting in the dining room now. I'm not sure of his answer but she took order . They gave us a bag hich was missing an item and mixed up everyone's food not telling us what food was what. The female was fabulous and she did ask coworker where the order was. She failed to apologize to everyone We ordered the freeze drink and it was great!!!
From being here for the first time since moving back to NY after 10 years and this place just reopening.....Effin A+! I ordered 12 tacos and they were all Very well proportioned. Definitely took the string out of the total. Because they were worth it! They weren't the old (or like the other taco bells) barely anything inside, and just all shell. These were delicious with a good amount of meat, lettuce, cheese and tomatoes! And to make it even better... THE SOUR CREAM WASN'T JUST 1 BIG PLOP ON 1 SIDE.... 👏👏👏 And, even tho there was a small line, it moved in record time 😉 Wish I had photos... Next time! Cuz we'll be back 😁
I stopped here to try a chicken bowl that everyone was telling me was very good. It was delicious and freshly made! Customer service was outstanding from the cashier to the cooks. I will definitely stop here again.
They were pretty quick and sassy. Could label their food better but for a taco bell, these guys are a bit above standards. Generous portions, generous on sauce, generous in general. Im thinking I might come back.

I drive across town to go too this taco bell... why did I need a spoon and fork this time?! Ugh was very disappointed in my tacos. But this isn't the case 95% of time its great! Maybe next time. Ohhhh and the tables were mostly all dirty. Didn't seem busy at the time. Ahh and I'm sorry the young girl who took my order.. Attitude like I was bothering her placing an order 🙄. Sorry about the review this time. But don't let my last experience detoure your experience. Like I said it's not like this all the time.
Drive thru is tight for big trucks. If you have 22s you don't want scratched up. Go inside to order. It's taco bell. Usually missing an item or two but they always make up for it on the next trip there, so overall it is fine.
We arrived around 10 pm on a Tuesday and it was busy but the drive through handled everyone in line in a timely manner. There was easily 5 cars ahead of us in line. The food was fresh, nicely packaged and all our food was correct. We had some special ordered items and there was no issues at all. Well done! Thanks for such a pleasant experience!
The food was good but the wait time was completely off! But that Doritos taco made up for it honestly! It was made PERFECT! They really need a person at the counter! They were really overwhelmed with the drive thru lines it really wasn't their fault but they needed a counter person! A very nice manager apologized! I gave four stars because the staff and the service was fine but the restrooms are 🤢 🤢. No soap or hand sanitizer in the dispensers in the restroom. 4:00 p.m. during the week toilets disgusting looking and the floor around the toilet is in need of a deep clean the whole restroom is in need of a deep deep clean. Some of the people that work there do a great job preparing the food right size portions and then I'll go there and get tacos that have very little meat and cheese in them that's the reason for the three stars
They should really hire people that are more friendly. The people working there seem to really not want to be there. Also it would be nice to order a chicken quesadilla and have the chicken and cheese all throughout the tortilla and not just in the middle. The two end pieces were just tortilla and no filling. Disappointing to spend that much on a quesadilla and only be able to eat half of it.
Taco Bell is Taco Bell, with that being said, this had to have been one of the longest weights in the drive-thru that I've ever experienced anywhere! Anywhere! From the time that I ordered it took 23 minutes to get three tacos! This is completely unacceptable!
Ordered 4 burritos and they were delicious. I was number 6 in line and waited a half hour to get my food. Whole crew seemed new and if so hang in there guys. Practice makes perfect and you'll get the hang of it.

Its rough buying from this Taco Bell because you have the employees who care and you can see it and the ones who don't give a damn and it shows sadly. I have had good customer service with great manners and consideration, but later in the day that shift tends to be completely lackluster, although you got one employee named Dom who puts in the effort and try's to keep the store clean and positive and that Is why I'm not putting 1 star down.
Its a taco bell. So even though they get my order wrong sometimes, since I order through the app, I always get an appropriate accommodation for any mistakes. Which about half the time there is mistakes. The only thing I really care about that I feel bad reporting to the app is those sauce cups - sometimes theyre barely filled and ive had to go in and show it to them and they give me more. But anyways the food is delicious and I come here all the time for the value and taste. Sometime its bangin and sometimes its a total miss with food and/or service. Its taco bell.
The food was fine, but the last time I picked up a mobile order here, I waited for more than 30 minutes for my order to be made. The staff on duty that night were less than helpful or polite.

I’m truly not one to leave negative reviews I’ve always gone to this Taco Bell and i absolutely love the quesadillas but I can’t eat the sauce on them so I always ask for it without and almost every time they put it on it was very busy and the line went all the way around the building so I was not going to wait to have them remake it it’s just insane to me how often they make that mistake the woman who cashed me out was very sweet and I could see it was busy but I definitely think they should pay more attention to the tickets
Friendly at the window at drive thru. In a super rush to get your order completed in drive thru and can get alittle pushy. Out doors and dining area are kept clean but can't say the same for the restrooms.
Had the Fiesta Veggie Burrito and it was not made right. It only had black beans, rice and a tiny bit of guac at the very bottom. The Black Bean Crunchwrap Supreme was also poorly made it was basically lettuce with some tomatoes, back beans and a smattering of cheese sauce. I had asked for sauce packets and didn't get any. This was a mobile order but we went inside to get sauces and decided to try out luck at sitting. When inside we found one of the tables that was not covered in something. The ordering kiosks were not working and no one claimed to know that they were down.
I ordered 9 items, but didn't get my side of guacamole. The 8 items I did get were crammed into one tiny bag, squeezed together and dripping on one another... They made the five layer burritos with two tortillas each, it was awful. Very disappointed in the food, I won't hurry back.
I ordered from Ubereats tonight & for whatever reason instead of the new Glenville location near me they delivered to me from this one. Everything except the quesadilla & chips were so salty I couldn't finish them. Not hot but I think that was my driver's fault. I won't be ordering from this taco bell location or Uber Eats again after this second bad experience.
Tired of a taco joint running out of mild sauce. This store it happens often. 2 nights in a row I ordered again from this store. Both times I ordered seasoned fries with order. Both times you guys charged me for it. Both times got ripped off no fries in box. So I call store lady who answers says she doesn't believe me and started getting loud and un professional. And the whole thing is I even called before placing last order to make sure they had the fries before placing door dash order. And still I get screwed 2 days in a row. Very annoying to go to this location and the specialty frozen drink machine is always down. The girl taking my order acted as if she couldn't hear me and got the order wrong. I specifically told her my daughter wanted regular, not supreme burritos. She argued with me, saying they don't have "regular " burritos. Since when? I think for 29 dollars for 2 people my order should be accurate. Apparently we don't feel the need to wrap all the food in the bag, either
Was in the drive thru waiting to order for about 15 minutes which I was ok with cause I know it was busy.. Finally got up to the window and paid but had to wait about 25 minutes to get my food which they messed up on cause they gave me the drinks then after 20 mins ask me what I ordered... Found out they gave me the wrong receipt but I did pay the right amount. Then didn't have my food ready after that time had to go back on to the computer to find my receipt. We come here frequently, usually using the drive through, however we opted to come inside today. The pictures are what we saw when we entered and the service wasn't much better. Maybe two people making food, one person walking around with a lime green earbud in one ear and headset on top of his head. Also gloves weren't changed between touching the screen and food and in between handling various other items. Tables weren't wiped down, floors not swept, etc. Our order was placed at 8:57 and it has taken over ten minutes for our food. One person ahead of us (possibly GrubHub?), no one else here. Finally got our food at 9:13. 8/6/2020 We thought we would give this place another try. We hoped for the best, but were disgusted/disappointed yet again. We ordered a number two, (three soft tacos and a drink) as well as a number eight (taco pizza with two tacos and a drink). We requested no tomatoes, sour cream on the pizza as well as soft tacos for the number eight. We got extra tomatoes no sour cream and hard tacos. We turned around, went back. One of the workers was walking out (according to her--going on break around 9pm?). We brought this to her attention, she said that they would remake it correctly. They took our meal back in, came out with a new bag and left us, well holding the bag. We checked the contents and found no sour cream (again), tomatoes were on it and the tacos were not soft shell. Actually they were the same ones as we got the first time. While we have frequented this facility at other times and had marginal success, we have encountered the following more times then not: incorrect orders, products not being available (i.e. Mt Dew Freeze--greater then a month we haven't been able to get this item at all hours, Cinnabon delights--we were told that they are only available during the breakfast hours). The workers, while polite and cordial, seemed to not care about their appearance or attitudes. Multiple workers either had no mask on, masks only covering their mouth, long finger nails, hats not on, etc. 3/8/2021 Somehow we had hoped after our last two reviews and some successful visits, we could get a decent order here. We were wrong. Upon pulling up to the drive through speaker, I asked if they had the Blue Raspberry Freeze which was prominently advertised on their menu board and a large sign on the corner by the drive through. I was asked if I wanted a Mt Dew Freeze or Strawberry one after I requested the Blue Raspberry. I responded that no, I wanted the Blue Raspberry Freeze. After almost two minutes of back and forth, I was told that the one I requested was no longer available and I could only choose the Mt. Dew or Strawberry. I said, fine I will take the Mt. Dew. I placed two orders-one was a soft taco combo with no tomatoes and the chicken quesadilla combo with an extra chicken quesadilla. We received a sealed bag and we thought that we would be fine with what was in it and proceeded home. We were wrong. Upon our arrival at home, we opened the bag and found out we only had one combo in the bag. I drove back to the store, trying to call them multiple times. It took over four tries to get an answer and when I did, I was told the reason for them not being able to answer the phone was that it wasn't on the cradle. i explained my situation and was on my way to get the other half of my order. She said ok and hung up. Upon arrival at the drive through, I explained why I was there and was told to pull up to the second window. I did and then I was asked if I was door dash. I said no, I am here to remedy my order. The person in drive through shut the window, turned away, then reopened the window and asked me if I was someone else (whose name I don't remember). I again said no, and said what I was here for and handed her my receipt which was snatched out of my hand. Approximately five minutes later my order was given to me. I had to request my receipt from the employee. No apologies, no asking how they could help, just rudeness.
This is probably my third time going to Taco Bell at this location and every time I go I ask for them to switch my meat from beef to chicken and every time my order is incorrect! I’m Hindu! I don’t eat beef! Especially since they up charge for chicken which I’ve never understood! I’m so disappointed and upset!

Its all good till yiu pay cash they cash u out with gloves on and then go to make your food with the same gloves tht touched the dirty cash obly saw it cause i went inside so they def doing this all the time for everyone that cant see them make the food in the drive thru fyi, nasty as hell ! I am sorry but it is inexcusable that the people working at this location CAN NOT DO A ORDER RIGHT! But not once, but TWICE after they messed up my order last week! I am done with this location!
I've been here 3 times, the first 2 times were more than a 15 minute wait in line but everything was serviceable once you got to ordering and receiving your order. The 3rd visit I waiting through the line, ordered, waited for 10 minutes at the window since there was a mix up and my order was handed to the car in front. I was fine with quickly waiting for them to remake the order and had no issue because accidents happen. I finally received my order and pulled out. I opened the bag half way home at a red light to find part of my order missing so I begrudgingly turned around to return and get it sorted out. I return slightly annoyed and not allowed inside due to covid restrictions (which is understandable) and call them to have them bring out the rest of my order. They bring it out and I return home to eat after what has now been about 40 minutes (not so fast food). Once I get home and lift my bag off the passenger seat i notice grease dripping from the bottom of the bag because they didn't drain the ground beef from my tacos before making them (I assume in a hurry to provide me with my order. The tacos were basically inedible and I had to clean off my seat. Any one or individual mistake of the previously mentioned saga would have been understandable as mistakes happen, maybe I got extremely unlucky tonight but I do know I will not be returning to this location again. I am not one to get upset easily and this has not changed that. I can only hope that they learn to be more cautious after the first mistake instead of getting in a hurry, tripping over themselves repeatedly, to culminate in the ultimate fast food horror story.
I love Taco Bell, but the one on Altamont Ave in Rotterdam is awful. The service is so slow it might as well be a sit down restaurant and they never get my order correct. I've literally waited an hour for food in the drive thru with no way to get out of it. Here's an update four years later: it's still terrible. Now their prices are so ridiculously high, you can't afford to go there anymore. The service is still slow, still crappy versions of Taco Bell favorites. On my last visit, the crunchwraps didn't have anything in them. They were literally flat shells with some nacho cheese. The "owner" who responded to this post never contacted me after I emailed her. Can't get them to respond from their "contact us page" and they don't respond to Facebook messages. Another update probably about a year later. Accidentally ordered from this one on the app. It said the order couldn't be cancelled. I went to the drive thru, knowing full well how terrible this experience was going to be. They first said the order wasn't completed yet, but that I had ordered through door dash(which I hadn't) and had to go in. I had already waited a literal ten minutes in the drive thru line (for three cars) and asked if they could just bring the order to the window instead. He left the window, came back and told me it would be done by the time I came in. I said I'll wait here. Then the story changed. They gave my order to someone else and I had to get a refund through the app. I said, or you could just make it again for me, the person who has been charged for it. He asked what I had ordered. I thought, oh good they're going to make the food I paid for. Then he said he couldn't pull that order back up. Then he couldn't find the order at all. They literally took my money and wouldn't give it back or give me the food I ordered! I didn't get the food! I paid for food and they wouldn't give it to me! I left with no food and a very disappointed toddler.
This Taco Bell is genuinely the worst location. I’ve given them so many chances and it’s always a bad experience. Half the time they have no ground beef. I ordered ahead today and didn’t get my food until 30 minutes after I ordered it. While I stood there waiting forever, I also overheard that they had no change if anyone wanted to pay cash. A different time when I ordered ahead they didn’t give me my drinks or even cups to self serve and when I tried to get the worker’s attention to ask for cups for 5 minutes they completely ignored me the whole time to the point where I just had to reach over and just take cups. At this point, I just give up. I’m not coming back anymore and I suggest everyone goes to any other fast food restaurant on Altamont Ave because this Taco Bell is absolutely not worth your time.
This is the Taco Bell that my DoorDash uses. Every single time I get food from this location it is atrocious. The order was 80% correct and none of it was put together well. I get the Cheesy Gordita Crunch and this location never grills the outside, same with the grilled stuffed burritos. I have NEVER gotten sauce from this location. With my last order I ordered 2 drinks and only received …. And it wasn’t what I ordered. This is typical from this location. I also ALWAYS get tomatoes on my stuff even though I mark no tomatoes. I’ve live in the area for 2 years and I give this location a shot now and then. It’s terrible every time. The Balltown road location is worth the drive. I’d recommend firing all the staff and starting over.
Went through drive thru and only got 1/2 of items ordered. We go back in to get the rest only for some white guy with glasses to start running his mouth along with a white guy with no glasses saying we were lying to get free food. Then when we said something to the manager she went to talk to them for them to say who the two fat people. Very disappointed WILL NEVER GO TO ALTAMONT AVE TACO BELL EVER AGAIN
Worst. Taco bell. Ever. I've ordered from them through door dash quite a few times and not once have I gotten what I asked for. Twice they've just cancelled my order after about an hour. Today they at least sent me food, but completely gave me the wrong items. Didn't include the sauce packets. They did for some reason send me enough napkins to clean every window in my house so that was nice. With this sort of incompetency it makes me wonder about the sanitation and food safety.

No matter what you do or what time of day you come here, the wait times are ridiculously long. It's almost like they don't get to this is supposed to be fast food. They will sit people in line for 15 minutes because 1 person orders alot of food rather that pulling them out of line and servicing other customers. first of all the staff was rude and unprofessional. you can tell they hate their job (i would too). second of all i had mentioned my specifications for my food which were very basic and it was like they added as much as they could of what i asked not to be added. i didn't even get all my food, and the kitchen was atrocious looking. i threw it all out. i know it's hard for them so i didn't say anything or be rude but it's upsetting that management doesn't try to step in
The Altamont Ave Taco Bell is the worst ones in the area code. Order is wrong at least 80% of the time and somehow they're out of drinks today. This one needs new management.
I come here time and time and my order gets made wrong EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Want to order for a group? Gets messed up and group is not happy. Want black beans? They will give you refried instead without telling you they ran out. I would've happily chosen no beans at all over the refried beans. Want no meat? They give you meat instead. What is going on??? I love Taco Bell but I'm done wasting time and money at this place and the surrounding Taco Bells owned by the same company.
When we came as grubhub delivery to pick up the order, it took more than the hours… they papered orders for customers but leave behind the delivery drivers.
They take WAYYYYY to long to give updates or even take your order maybe if they stay focused in their they’d be able to push product out faster and just efficiently for once I’ve been going here for years and let me tell you it ain’t ever gonna change
The staff here recently is trash. Will not be coming back to this location. There’s a guy that works at this location with a beard and tats that talks to customers like he’s out in the streets and running a gang. Awful service!!!!
I love Taco Bell but this is honestly the worst one I’ve ever been to. You could order the simplest thing and they would still get it wrong. The order is either incomplete or just straight up not what you ordered. I shouldn’t have to religiously check the bag before I drive off to make sure everything is in there.
Would give this place 0 stars if I could. Every time I’ve placed an online order it usually takes me about 10 minutes to get there and every time I’m still waiting another 5-8 minutes at the counter for my order. Last trip I made I walk in after placing an order and there’s about 10-12 customers inside, no one eating or has food and all waiting for their orders. I canceled my order and left. This place is so severely understaffed and unorganized that I genuinely don’t know how they’re still in business.
I originally ordered through door dash. According to door dash and the driver, Tanya refused to give my driver my food. I had to get a refund through door dash. Then, I decided I would drive over there, and thankfully I did. Tanya was heard very proudly berrating customers over the intercom. She proceeded do do this to over 15 people, all of which she refused to take their order even though some had been waiting in line for over an hour. I won't be coming back nor do I think most of those people in line would. Couldn't have been any worse.
Would rate a 0 stars if I could. If you hate your life working at taco bell, why work there and ruin others food? Cheap portions like it’s coming out their own paychecks. Get a grip and learn customer service. Owner/Headquarters or whatever the case may be does NOT care 1 bit. What a shame
This place made me sick. My boyfriend even made a complaint on the store while we were there it was very disgustingly dirty and not kept up at all. Our food sat on the front counter for over 10 minutes and they did not let us know it was finished, I had to walk up and ask them if it was my food. The entire floor was disgusting behind the counter. The soda machine and the counter and floor around it were discussing wet and covered with ice and straws and food and nobody cleaned it up. I mentioned to the cashier how dirty it was at our table and on the floor and he said okay and then stood against the wall and did nothing to help. Every worker there did not want to be there you could see it in their face. The cashiers were just not happy at all which made our time there less enjoyable. They did not fill up the tacos I had to go back and complain because there was nothing barely in one of them, and our nacho chips were stale to the point where I had to bring them back up as well. It was really all in all a very terrible place to be at. That's not the only time I've had to complain on them.
I sent my handsome boyfriend to pick us up some food , he comes home with 3 little pieces of cinnamon twist . Like not even joking. The meat in my Doritos taco was so cheap (like no meat) literally never seen anything like that before. They didn’t put the sauce in the bag.
Health department if u reading this please check this store out asap. Hands down the worse Taco Bell chain in upstate ny. 8 out of 10 times I don’t get my food correctly. Mostly item missing or it’s been done with such a manner u don’t even Wana eat the food. Someone got killed messing with peoples food at McDonald’s not too long ago. Cant wait to hear some news from here. Workers are malicious here very malicious on making food as if they working for free or as if they didn’t sign up for this. They need a new owner a new management etc. entire team needs to be fired they aren’t built for this job clearly. They are netting 4-5 million and profit margins got to be in 30 percent or more yet the owner don’t care. Please close this store or let someone else take over or let the health department close it down. If I can give negative stars I’d love to do that FYI people if u can use Apple Card only use Apple Card and when food is bad call Goldman Sachs and get your money back, why pay and not even eat or eat partially and throw it away? . This Taco Bell and its owner needs to be hurt in their pocket to feel how bad it has gotten.
Slowest place to get food. even before you ordered your food it’s not ready in a time. They just updated status of your order ready pick up before 15min but when you arrive to pick up the food they say it’s not ready yet. They ask you wait another 30 mins at the restaurant.Don’t come here of you are hungry or even not place to get fast food. the Staff kill their time to get paid.
I love Taco Bell, but this is the worst location. My order is incorrect more than 50% of the time. Often when I ask for extra sour cream or nacho cheese, I get none instead. Many times when ordering a supreme taco, I get a regular taco instead. I've also never seen a drive-thru broken as often as this one is.
0 stars if I could, my order contained multiple different types of shells on various items. Every single one (soft, crunchy, doritos) was stale beyond being edible. Meat was dry and little to no toppings. Worst taco bell I've been to.
The service was bad. they didn't tell us when the food was done. I want to be got the food. The wraps and the chips were stale. It was really dirty in the place. Food and paper, very unsanitary. The drinking fountain was disgusting and it was wet all over the floor. Looks like rats and roaches live back there. Terribly dirty... the hood taco bell
Every time when ordering from the Altamont avenue store stuff is missing from my order. Called and talked to the manager she hung up the phone on me. I work in customer service and NEVER would I hang up the phone on any customer.
I unfortunately always have problems at this location. I frequently have to go back to get sauce they forgot, as well as food missing from my online order, and food being undercooked. From what I understand there has been numerous complaints from others about this location. The managers/ owner couldn’t care less. I make the drive to Latham now if I want Taco Bell.
I was doing DoorDash tonight and have received multiple orders for this location on Altamont avenue, The employees of this location obviously do not want to be there and that shows. The employees stated multiple times that “the order had already been picked up” that’s not how it works. Also the exterior of the restaurant is covered in trash and the employees show no sign of customer service skills. Also the line for the drive through is always insanely long, that coupled with the fact the dining room being closed is absolutely uncalled for. I believe this location needs to be sold to new owners who actually will take care of the restaurant and hire capable people who care somewhat about their job in food service. If you don’t want to work in food service maybe gain some skills. TLDR, This place sucks don’t come here.
I keep giving this place another chance.. And tonight it was the last.. ALWAYS inncorrect items or missing items. Portions are very light compared to other taco bells in the area. And over all the service is just bad. This place should honestly just shut down.
Everytime ive ever ordered from this particular Taco Bell they never get the orders right. It’s either they forget things or they give the completely wrong order. Today they forgot half my order and put a random burrito I didn’t even order. If you want to get what you paid for go somewhere else
Got my entire order wrong. I paid for extras for multiple items and some items had multiple extras to get NONE of some of it and no extra at all on anything. Nothing I added on and paid for was on anything I purchased. Please don’t waste your time. Go to a different Taco Bell.
Went at 12:50 they were close lights where off no one answered
The night staff is full of women who clearly don't want to be there, rushing customers for times on the clock and literally screaming and swearing at customers?? used to be one of my favorite taco bell's until about 6 months ago when everything started going downhill there isn't a single nice review from the past 3 months this place needs a full reset and clearly the syracuse office can't run this taco bell from 3+ hours away sell the franchise to someone else
Just left this Taco Bell and it’s not even about the wait I understand that things get busy not a big deal at all the only thing is the customer service. Me and my mom where waiting in drive through for just under 10 minutes and still nobody has even said one moment or we are very busy so we pulled up to the window and a young lady there said I’m sorry about the Wiat I’m working with a bunch of idiots which was very just wow and then said that because we placed a mobile order w would have to come in in order for them to start making it we done asked how long the wait it would be as we’ve already been and drive-through for 10 minutes and he said could be anywhere from five minutes to fifteen minutes will go inside. Wait another ten minutes until a person eventually comes up to us and ask what can I get for you? There are 8 people working in this establishment and it took that long for someone to ask us and then Another 10 minutes someone asked us again because we still have not received our food overall it does not matter how busy things get customer service should never change This place lacks communication and basic customer service skills and also forgot 2 of our orders and we didn’t wanna wait so just left
Received the tiniest squirt of sauce. Missing half my order. Went and realized that's probably a good thing considering there's dead roaches in there. Dirty restroom. Horrible drive thru. No refund received. Pathetic honestly.
AVOID THIS LOCATION!! Ordered through the app and when I went to get it the employee told me someone else must have taken it. He went in the back for 5 minutes, sat down and then punched out and left. The next employee who came to the counter said people's food gets stolen all the time. At no point did anyone offer to remake my order, nor did a manager get involved. After asking a third employee what was going on, a woman came from the drive through window and said my order was sitting there the whole time. At that point, 15 minutes later, the food was ice cold. Worst customer service experience of my life.
Ordered a delivery, they forgot 3/5 items and the food that was delivered was dry.. cold.. and overall not worth eating. very dissatisfied and will not be ordering from here again.
Staff was very rude and disrespectful. We waited 10-15mins in drive thru to be helped. We were very excited to have a location closer to us. Won’t be coming back after the way we were treated.
I have witnessed multiple workers smoking on the job which is quite disgusting. Inside of this specific Taco Bell it smell like rotten food and there is a lot of food left on the floor. Today I went again, and there were 3 workers taking turns smoking marijuana. This is not the first time I have seen this. Outside of the Taco Bell there are a bunch a used cigarettes on the ground. I have also noticed the workers have often been forgetting drinks and food items. Most of the time the food isn’t even made properly. I highly advice not ordering from this Taco Bell.
Very disappointed. I got to the Taco Bell around 10pm. I went through the drive thru and was told they’re only doing mobile orders. Which I don’t understand because they’re opened until 1am. I then put in a mobile order and try to go into the store to pick it up and the doors were locked. I get closing the dining area early but there is no signs stating that the dining area is closed at a certain time. So I went back through the drive thru and waited for my order. A guy came to the window and said they didn’t have either of the bean options for the cheese quesadillas I order w/ beans and asked if chicken was fine. I’m a vegetarian. Told them if they didn’t have beans I’d take cheese but would like a refund for the beans because they’re an up-charge. He disappears and then comes back and say they miraculously have both beans. Waited another 10 minutes and finally got my order. Got home, the cheese wasn’t even melted or hot and there’s no jalapeño chipotle sauce that usually comes on the quesadilla which is the reason I like this franchises quesadillas. I wasn’t even told about it being out. Not sure who’s managing this store but something definitely needs to be changed.
Food is wrong every single time I order here. They just made my uber eats driver wait for an hour because “they didn’t even know they had an order.” Finally got my food and missing 3 items- but don’t worry they gave me a disgustingly soggy chalupa instead of my Crunchwrap supreme and a Diet pepsi instead of regular. Unreal.
All but 3 people in line. No one managing front counter every employee in the back tending to drive through only. Waited 15 minutes before employee comes out to tell us we could order on self checkout. Don't want to do that. That's why I'm waiting at counter. Also had brown lettuce In one of my tacos.

This tacobell is widely known for being very poor, but my recent order was absolutely unacceptable. 6 items were missing altogether, 3 items had ingredients on them that were ordered without and 3 items were made wrong and were missing ingredients altogether. On top of all that what we did recieve looked and tasted terrible; they had to actually put effort into making the food that poorly. I just don't understand why the owner puts up with such terrible management here. Get some one in there that can property run a fast food establishment! Maybe hire a trainer to train your kitchen staff too....
My “supreme” tacos are practically empty… I wish I could post the pics… they were out of mild sauce. And my husband was told they aren’t doing receipts tonight… thankfully he looked in the bag right then and there because he was missing an item he paid for… he knows because he saw it on the screen with the sane total.
No mention they are out of nacho cheese sauce and 75% of the order was that. Specifically the Nacho Cheese Fries and 5 layer burrito. The fires no cheese sauce also had only about 10% of the fries actually seasoned. No picture because they hit the garbage. After the wait to get it and the attitude over it I was done. Bean Burrito had beans that were still dried and hard on almost the whole burrito, absolutely disgusting. Lettuce and tomato pieces mixed in the onions. Just worst I’ve ever had and very disappointed. Crew had no care.
No choice but to award the worst here. It’s dingy, dirty, slow, and the food is good about 50% of the time. The other 50% of the time, the order is wrong, there’s not enough filling inside the item, they don’t give you sauce or napkins, and etc. Some employees are extremely nice and efficient, but it doesn’t make up for the really bad food quality. It sucks because it’s the closest Taco Bell to me, but I think today was the last straw.
I pulled up for a DoorDash. There was a sign on the window, stating that the dining room was closed. I pulled through the drive through and the lady was extremely rude and aggressive, stating that all dashers had to come inside, but I was already stuck in a long line. And when I told her about the note on the window, she said, well, did you even try to come in? And I told her no, because the note was still there, she was speaking extremely loud and was very distorted, not to mention I had to wait in the line. Go back around, come inside and the order is still not ready. They have several other customers orders that are either missing items or incorrect. So clearly, I'm not the only one going through a tough time at this location. I went to the bathroom in the men's bathroom. Because somebody's in the woman's for a long time, and it smelled like cigarette smoke, and there was wet cigarettes in the trash can. Melvin, the manager was making justifications for the woman on the microphone. But to me, I would fire somebody like that. There's no need for the aggression or hostility Maybe they wouldn't have no confusion if they took the sign down instead of trying to blame it on me.
This Taco Bell is the worst one. Every time I order food everything is messed up, food is always missing and looks that the manager agree with all this situation ,She don’t care. The food prep is very poor and food is mad cold. It’s Sadly because there’s some good staff working there! Poor management poor production 🤷🏻♀️
