The food was so good. The people there were really nice and I was in and out so quickly it wasn't funny. The food was delicious! I usually get: Brown rice, black beans, chicken, corn salsa, Avocado, lettuce and sour cream. Sooooo good!

This employees know what are they doing. They have THE BEST SALAD DRESSING EVER, AND THE FAJITAS have a crunch to it and are NOT BURNT like other Chipotles. KUDOS TO THESE EE'S. I also notice the Ee's are really kind and the place is clean.

Went here yesterday to pick up my online order, and it was mislabeled. We were pretty sure it was my order, but the manager insisted he remake my burrito to make sure it was mine and it was how I wanted it. That level of customer service is never expected, but always greatly appreciated. The staff were so kind and had wonderful energy. And, it was one of the best burritos I've ever had at Chipotle. Kudos to the staff!

Every time that I’ve been in this restaurant there is a gentleman named manny that is extraordinary. He always acts professional and hospitable no matter the circumstances. I’ve seen this man deal with angry and reasonable customers and his professional demeanor did not waiver. Always a pleasant experience with Manny working.

A Solid Lunch Experience Rating: ★★★★☆ (4 out of 5) My recent lunch visit to Chipotle was an overall positive experience. Despite a small hiccup with seating, the food and service lived up to my expectations. Arriving at lunch time, we found the line to be surprisingly empty which made the ordering process swift and hassle-free. However, the dining options were limited with only two small outdoor tables available. One drawback was the lack of cleanliness, as these tables were somewhat littered with trash, a sight not particularly appetizing when one is about to eat. As for the food, my girlfriend ordered a burrito with a mix of chicken and steak, along with some guacamole. She was more than satisfied with her meal, describing it as "delicious". The mixture of meats provided a good balance of flavors and the guacamole added a creamy, fresh element that enhanced the overall taste. On my end, I decided on a chicken bowl. While the bowl was tasty, I found the meat portion to be lacking. I considered upgrading but found the additional cost not worth the quantity of meat given. However, the lettuce was crisp and fresh, and the salsa packed a fiery punch, which I appreciated. When it comes to the staff, they were efficient and friendly, and despite the restaurant being in a busy area, our food was prepared quickly. The overall ambiance was lively, with a buzzing energy that reflects the fast-paced nature of a popular eatery like Chipotle. While there is certainly room for improvement, especially in the cleanliness of the outdoor dining area and the portion size of the meat in the bowls, the experience was still quite enjoyable. The staff are friendly and service is good but the dining area is always disgustingly filthy. It used to be managed well when this one guy manager was there but I haven't seen him there in awhile and the place is always messy now.

Sadly, this Chipotle is going more and more downhill each week. Every time I order they either forget something or get part of the order wrong. The serving portions are very inconsistent from one visit to the next. The one positive is that the online ordering system is fast.

No ice, no napkins, filthy tables. And when I told the cashier (who actively avoided eye contact) that there was no ice or napkins, nothing was done about it. I’m sitting here typing this while eating my meal because it’s been 15 minutes since I said something. I’m wiping my mouth with the back of my hand. Management needs to do something about this place or management needs to change. This is not how any restaurant should be run. The one positive is that the young woman on the line was very sweet. Edit: I finally got fed up and told someone else who seemed annoyed that I interrupted his conversation with his co-worker. Whatever, I got my napkin. Next time, I’m going into the lower cabinets myself to get anything that’s missing since it’s too much of a hassle for the people being paid to do it.

Giving this Chipotle 3 stars because usually it isn’t that bad. Last night was the worst experience with Chipotle I’ve ever had though. I went at 9:30pm, and for some reason the workers were cleaning everything as if they were closing for the night when they don’t close until 11:00pm. None of the food was out so I couldn’t see what they had or did not have. They had no white rice, and said they had no lettuce but I could see the pick up worker literally using lettuce so I had to specifically ask if I could have some from that section. I don’t understand why they were out of things when they had and hour and a half before closing. The server served me the smallest portions I’ve ever had, as if she was rationing the food, my bowl was majority brown rice (which I didn’t even want). I asked for pinto beans and there was genuinely around 10 in my bowl. When I got home I literally had to open up my own can of beans and add it to my meal. When I got home, the food was ice cold, I imagine it was because they didn’t have any of the food out in the normal spots, because again, they were cleaning like they were closing for some reason. That entire experience was extremely disappointing and confusing. I wish I didn’t spend my money on that, i bought two bowls and it was a waste of money.

Not well managed. Visited on lunch hour. They were out of salad dressing and veggies. Two employees cleaning out and restocking drink area making it difficult to get drinks, forks, napkins, and hot sauce between 12:15 to 12:45. This should have been taken care before the lunch hour rush.

Bowls weren’t shut completely, salsa from both bowls spilled in the bag and the bag teared and food spilled everywhere before even opening the bag upon arriving to our destination. Employees were too busy talking to each other and trying to do closing tasks an hour early rather than making sure bowls were secured shut.

This location does not put online orders out for pick up, you have to wait in a separate (less attended to) line to ask for your order which is kept behind the counter. Also, this location is very light on spice. If you like mild heat, get medium - and so on

I hate writing this review, but I've been coming to this location for well over 10 years at this point and it's a complete travesty right now. I'm not sure who is to blame. It seems like things are falling apart at every level. I'm holding out hope that things will change but at this moment in time I highly recommend avoiding this location.

I come to this one atleast 2-3x a week. The quality of this store overall has gotten so bad. It's always filthy in there. They're always out of ingredients. Ex. I wanted cheese on my bowl, they told me there was none but then I see a ton of it in the "Mobil order" area. Why can I only get cheese if I order online? Honestly im gonna stop going to the balltown rd chipotle. I spend too much money on chipotle to never get my full bowl ingredients.

It's always, loud, busy and workers are really slow. Unbearably slow. Staff will have amnesia on what they tell you and then try to gaslight you like they never said it while trying to argue with you. I'm not trying to argue, just say what you mean and mean what you say, that's it. The food is expensive and bland anyhow which is impressive because the food always smells good. Don't bother coming unless it's empty and staff is bored.

The date is April 7th, 12:30 in the afternoon I always go to this location but who ever is managing the food and how it’s prepped and cooked today what horrible. And the staff rude and looked like they didn’t want to be there. I wanted a tortilla on the side and they usually heat it up like they always do, the lady didn’t do that so it was hard to use when I got home. Everything usually is hot when I get back to my house. My bowl was cold as ice. The chicken was burnt and had a nasty taste to it that didn’t seem like all the other times I’ve had their chicken. The lettuce was cut into huge chunks so they were extremely unpleasant to eat. I don’t want a mouth full of lettuce In one bite. Someone needs to look back at who was working that like and who let that food go out. Because I’m just disappointed and might not ever go back there. Five guys is right down the way, I’ll go there. Fire that manager.

so disappointed yet not surprised with this location with previous experience. today around 1:00 they were out of 6 things that I counted . 1, no ice for a fountain drink, 2, no white rice, 3 no queso, 4 no lemonades made for their drink selections. 5 no chips made 6 the credit card machine was acting up. I would have to say this is the poorest managed Chipotle restaurant especially it being in the largest busiest area for food but theres no excuse to be out of basic stuff. the staff looked busy and doing their job and was very polite and apologizing about being out of stuff. but this all reflects on the management skills that this isn't the first time they have been out of basic stuff. multiple pick up orders I have put through previously have been canceled due to being out of something etc. very disappointing.

Real rap, this chipotle suck. Half the time I go I feel like I’m wasting my time. Place close at 11 and they’re out of portions at 7. The new one on 1707 Central is managed way better.

First off soon as you walk in The place is extremely music and people were loud and when we approached the food preparers we had to yell to place our order and they acted like they didn't know how to even make the food and when we asked for a large chicken quesadilla they said they're not authorized or allowed to make large chicken quesadillas its online ordering only but the day before they made them no problem so we are forced getting small quesadillas and we were having to yell so much to place our order they didn't even get it right it's unfortunately as a second time customer we will likely not go back to this location nor will we recommend it to anybody this is very unfortunate because the place has GMO free food. Definitely would recommend a main manager check this location.

I absolutely hate going to this establishment. I always feel rushed and when you ask for extra rice and beans, the workers act as if they're giving it from their own personal rations. The CEO of the company said you can ask for extras with no problem, but obviously the overzealous employees feel differently.

This evening October 11, 2025 I ordered three hardshell tacos. This is my usual go to meal that I really enjoy . watching this girl prepare my tacos and she’s being really skimpy with the meat. I actually said something, I commented “what’s wrong, you don’t want me to have it” she looked at me with attitude. Continued to build my tacos with the ingredients I want and now I’m home eating them and I wish I said more because it seems like I got vegetarian tacos. I pride myself on not being “that guy “ when I’m in line . this evening, I wish I had. Disappointed.

Charge 3.45 for a soda, soda machine out of syrup , no iced tea selection. 4 jugs missing from the tea holder. Place used to be great, slowly declining as employees behind the counter are loud and joking around instead of doing there job.

I am giving this a 1 star review after my son ordering multiple time and this being the 5th time in a row with mistakes. There were no chips, each bowl was 1/2 full and one order was completely wrong. When we tried to call to get a refund, we got no results. I suggest triple checking your order or going somewhere else!

This is a disgrace. I honestly have no words to explain this tremendous fail of a meal. I ordered this for my daughter after being out all day because she was hungry. They gave me a WHOLE onion. It’s honestly so disappointing because I’ve been to other chipotles and it’s so much better this chipotle needs an upgrade staff wise. I hope you do better chipotle. It’s honestly disturbing. My daughter couldn’t even eat.

This is is the worst chipotle I ever been too. I ordered a steak bowl they gave me shredded chicken and one piece of pepper and rice with nothing else on it. When I went in person just a bunch of young kids working not paying attention to what they’re doing also the working station is gross food everywhere!!

This place needs to fire everybody and rehire. Good people. I'm sorry to tell you. And it's not just once it's multiple occasions, I go there, they run out of everything every time I come here, I can't order a quesadilla. I have to do it online.I just came here two days ago.But the last few times I came, their chips are stale. Tonight I came there. They didn't have any chips once again at 9 PM. Why not make enough for the entire day? It happens almost all the time. This location is a horrible location. They run out of it's literally everything.This is the second time where I got white rice and it was not all the way cooked..I went to the machine to get a lemonade, and one of the workers came up and threw ice in the machine right near me and didn't even say excuse me. The girl on the line didn't know what she was doing. She said she was new. The girl at the register didn't have any ones because she said she ran out of dollar bills like where is management???? Then not to mention while I'm trying to cash out. I got people surrounding me where the pickup area is it's overcrowded.This place needs major adjustments. Dear Chipotle, you are not for the people. If I want a chicken quesadilla with rice, I should be able to get one!![![![ You have all kinds of machines and it seems like you treat your online orders better than in person customers if I want to order a Chicken quesadilla with rice and you have the equipment to do it. And they're gonna tell me, oh it doesn't cook the right way or its gonna ruin the machine, but yet we've done it in the past many times oh another excuse. They said it takes too long. Baby boo with rice. I do not want to go back to this area. Any area, but this one I remember, because I wanted a chicken quesadilla one night they weren't even busy and I couldn't order one because they're only doing online orders.The guy in the line said to me it sounds like a you problem because I was a little upset that I came all the way over here for a chicken quesadilla, and they shut down the machine, but only online orders could get chicken quesadillas....when I asked him why he couldn't do it for me.He wasn't even busy.The store wasn't even busy that day.I'm just so sick of this particular restaurant.They could shut it down, because the people that are running it now are just horrible!!!! If I could give them a zero star, I would. I would not recommend going there at 9 PM. The only thing they're concerned with is getting that store closed.They don't care about the customers.... In no Chipotle, you don't have to write anything to my review. I don't care about free food that is overpriced and disgusting. Maybe you should take more pride in this store. In contact management and find out what's going on.

If you order delivery just be expected to wait at least 2 hours for your meal. If you order pickup don't be surprised if you have to wait 30 minutes for your meal even if you order it from the app. Beyond disappointed considering the price.

This place had awful service two times in a row there was awful service, this place give me 4… 4 pieces of chicken because they ran out and made me pay full price. This new worker, tall, African American, black Afro, skinny, and was wearing lip gloss. This needs to be fixed immediately and that worker needs and wake up call and needs to be fired. This chipotle has wasted my time and money one too many times, I am not coming back. They were out of chicken, steak, tin foil, and continued to allow people in. They were giving each person 4 pieces of chicken to save money because they are cheap.Chipotle on 4/25/24 8:40. Fire that worker immediately and get better workers or make more food.

I usually have great service from the same person when I go at night but this time I was helped by a very rude employee. My friend ordered first he politely asked for a bowl and the guy started making a burrito and my friend asked again for a bowl and he kept making the burrito he finally asked if he wanted any toppings and my friend asked for a bowl for the third time. He gave a heavy sigh and poured the burrito ingredients into a bowl while acting very annoyed. My friend also asked for guacamole on the side and he started smacking the guacamole into a cup and tossed it on the counter with his bowl. Then I ordered a bowl next. He did not give me good portions at all and I kindly asked if there was any more queso because I didn’t see any and he rudely said “no.” Not coming here again.

Where to begin. The employees were most unfriendly to the point of being rude, like we were inconveniencing them. The menu offering is pretty limited,with not many choices for fresh veggies. The bowl was mostly rice- 2 large spoons with very little beans or chicken- half spoon of each at the most. Unlike other places we were charged for chips, no salsa. There were no clean tables or booths to be found and there was literally garbage and food on the floor and tables. The place was filthy,disgusting and apparently no one can come from behind the counter to clean. Not sure why anyone would come here- its dirty and the food was mediocre at best. My first time to a Chipotle and definitely my last.

Worst experience ever, all the employees were extremely rude, they were walking off the line complaining about doing there job. The place was a mess. Health department needs to be notified and the owner should shut that location down. Or find better employees!

Every visit I go here is a sour one.Where do they get these rude,nasty employees from? If they are not rolling their eyes then they give attitude right along with being short patient.They seem to be miserable so why even come to work with those attitudes? It takes so much draining energy to be like this every waking day in the job. Then employees throw your food and give very little sometimes you have to ask for a little more then they get agitated.there is no winning with them.you can't even be nice to them.they are frowning.if a customer is paying for their food then why skimp out in what we want weather it's a burrito or bowl? Lol just ridiculous.Do BETTER.

Guy kept rushing saying anything else anything else over and over before I can even say yes or no or what I wanted. Guy at register was mad about something gave a horrible attitude. I asked for lids because they were out . When I asked for lids he was waiting on a customer and threw their food into the bag and walked over hit the counter because there were a couple of lids and stormed away . When we were at the register we said thank you 3 times for no response from him.. The place was filthy , all the tables were dirty. Nothing stocked , no vinaigrette and food smeared on glass on the line where the food was.. I will never ever go there ever again and will definitely pass all of that along to all of my family and friends.. horrible experience all the way around and I spent 90$.. never again..

No steak at 6pm. No ice in the ice machine. Any managers working today? Half scoops on rice and meat. Huge scoops of salsa. Thanks for the salsa burrito chipotle. Where is your consistency there? It's sad that one day it's good and other days who knows. Since when should a scoop and serve restaurant be anything but consistent? Get your act together.

This place is a joke. The last 2 time I've been there they are out of rice, out of chicken and steak, out of veggies, out of chips, the trash cans are overflowing, and the bathroom is filthy. Both times, it's been when they weren't very busy. I'm not sure what the workers are doing, but it doesn't appear to be work of any kind. How are you out of both steak and chicken and the grill isn't even on. Nobody sees a problem here?

This Chipotle location has become one of the worst in the area. Even basic online orders are completely wrong every single item was messed up. The last three visits have all been disasters. Staff are rude, the restaurant is dirty, and there’s zero attention to detail. I’m officially done with this location. I’ll be going to another Chipotle from now on. Unless there’s a serious change in management and better training for the team, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Very disappointed at this location. Went at 11:15, (open at 11) and they were missing several items on the menu and did not appear to be working on getting them ready. I asked if they had onions and peppers, she turned around and looked at the empty grill and said no. The lady working said very loudly well people can just go to another location. We ended up leaving.

Let me start by saying i go very often to chipotle and it’s always a great experience, great food , great staff. However the Niskyuna balltown road chipotle for a while now has seemed to drop the ball in quality and service within the past 6 months between poor service and not having everything they typically offer it is disheartening because it is the closest one to me and the other locations do a much better job. Today however they really set the bar going forward it was such a terrible experience i don’t know if I will ever revisit that location. The service for starters their was only one woman running the main counter to assemble food orders and she seemed lost and like she didn’t care whatsoever, employees watching her struggle and not doing anything to help standing like statues as a long line of people waiting continues to build. The entire place was disgusting like i’ve never seen at any other place dishes piled everywhere all over food cross contaminated falling all over the counter into different trays, this is not like a little bit of food going into a different tray this is reckless food safety and standards that were being practiced. My food was so disgusting and charred or chewy and rice that was solid as a rock all three of our burrito bowls we ordered had to go into the trash very disappointing to see the lack of care and integrity.

Honestly worst chipotle I’ve been so, maybe ever. First of all, burrito was in the warmer for a solid minute and is hard… Half the amount of steak any other chipotle has given me because it was the “out”, didn’t have papers and onions at the main line (didn’t even go to the online order prep station to check), rude cashier - didn’t even ask if I wanted chips or a drink just said “$12.85” literally that’s it.

I hate to say this but, this is literally the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Every single time we order from here, the food takes foreverrrr. Every. Single. Time. I’m not sure I ever got an order on time from this location and I certainly understand having to wait here and there bc of a rush. Anyway, they cannot keep up and should probably decrease the amount of online orders they’re able to take. I’ve watched a literal entire track team order and receive their meals while waiting for an online order placed 37 minutes prior. It’s insane. We've given so many chances but this is definitely my last time coming to this location. Also, why are they out of food two hours before closing time? It’s just comical at this point.

The overall impression walking through the door is that it's filthy. The tables dirty, the floors look like a mob just ran through. All the lemonade machines were empty. The Sprite was brown, the Barq's was clear. We were going to stay and eat, but decided to leave because the surroundings were making us feel skeevy. I'm assuming it must be real bad management. Sad.

normally don't even make reviews but this is the second time i came to this location to order food for me and my son after work .. the first experience i was told they had nothing but one meat i don't even remember exactly what it was but i ended up leaving it was like 9:30 .. they were open to 11 nothing else was being prepared no chicken or nothing .. i come tonight 6/4 @9:20 something for two bowls again .. im being told by a female coworker again there out of everything but steak .. im like wow ok again .. but your open til 11 .. a VERY NICE GENTLEMAN he had tattoos on his face comes over and informs me more chicken is on the grill the other woman looked VERY FRUSTRATED that he even let me know more chicken was being made .. i was told 10 minutes but i sat there for about 45 minutes probably LONGER waiting on chicken . the gentleman that informed more chicken was cooking did give me a courtesy drink but there's only so much he can do .. the woman cooking and the woman starting the bowls had HORRIBLE customer service .. didn't give a care in the world to making more money for the business she was ready to shut that place down and be home by 9pm if she could . GET RID OF THEM GIRLS OR GIVE THEM A BABYSITTER PLEASE . there making this location look so bad for so many customers and Emmanuel was GREAT. . please keep him and the other man !!!

Awful experience. It’s 8:00 and there is no chicken, no lettuce, no tomato, no salsa. Get to the soda machine, no ice. Try to get sprite, comes out brown. No root beer. Lemonades all empty. Would be embarrassed if I was the owner. Just close if you can’t offer the product close to what people expect.

Probably the worst managed chipotle in the capital region. Constantly out of ingredients, the workers have no idea what they are doing.. place a mobile order? Good luck, you’ll be waiting 30 minutes longer than just going through the line

If there were a zero rating option I would have chosen that because I was going to order a burrito bowl but they were out of rice! It was 6:15 pm on a Saturday. How can you have a Mexican restaurant with no rice!!!

I have been going to chipotle for years !!! And this is the WORST location I have ever been to. Especially in the area. They never have food made, very poor customer service & they don’t care if they get your order wrong. They constantly run out of meat & rice or tell you it’s a 30 min during a dinner rush ! So ridiculous and literally have customers walking out not being served. Disgrace.

Everytime I go there, The restaurant is either disgusting, the garbages are over flowing, there’s no forks or straws. the drinks are out. Something is always wrong. One day I went there and they were out of white rice and I was like that’s crazy. And THEN they were out of… drum roll please… chicken AND rice. or should I say “out of” I know their GM isn’t that poorly managed that they can’t order the correct amount of inventory. I literally drive an additional 15 minutes to a different chipotle to avoid this one. DO NIT RECCOMWND

Ordered on the website for 5:40 pick up, get there 5 mins early and waited til 6:00 before I got up and told them I had a 5:40 pick up time. Didn’t leave til 6:15 let’s speed it up I thought ordering online was supposed to save time not take longer than sitting in the line

Another update- going down to 1 star. Went there twice in the past month during prime dinner time and both times did not have chips and both times gave me my order without any acknowledgement that they were giving me my order minus 3 bags of chips with the containers of guac and queso. What did they think I was going to do, stick my fingers in there? Anyway, when I went back to the counter to address the missing order items, they were pretty passively told me that I could issue a refund online. This place used to be so much better and going down the tubes. Update: After a 2 week break, I have been back twice. Both times my food was ready for pickup on the shelf at the time the app said it would. Back to 4 Stars. Thank you! I’ve been a loyal customer at this Chipotle for about 7 years. I’ve been going here almost weekly. Not anymore. The service has taken a huge nose dive. For the last 2 months or so it’s been a complete S show. Online orders taking about an hour later than the expected times on the app. Large crowds of impatiently angry/annoyed waiting customers and door dash drivers for multiple weeks. I kept going back hoping it would be different. It hasn’t. I tried ordering earlier and showing up a half hour after the expected time and thought that would be a good move. Nope! Still waited 30 minutes as door dash drivers shove phones in the workers faces, people are yelling at the workers, workers are yelling back. Total S show! Super bummed that this place sucks now!

I ordered online and when we're arrived to pick up our food which was supposed to be 10 minutes, we arrived in 20 minutes and waited a additional 10 minutes. The gentleman working the takeout station was fooling around with who seemed to be the manager. My 12 year noticed when checking the bag we were missing the 2 bags of kids chips and asked him he replied"I'm not getting those". The other employee who seemed to be a manager went in the back took a additional 5 minutes. When I got home and opened our burritos mine was nothing but white rice, I ordered brown , very little black bean, missing the corn salsa, and 3 pieces of little chicken. Worst burrito I ever gotten and I usually enjoy Chipotle. I hope management corrects this immediately.

Idk what’s been going on lately but the place is always dirty, inside and out. Food on the floor, never looks swept, all of the garbages were overflowing. The tables and chairs are never wiped down. The kitchen area never looks clean. Even when they have down time, and hardly any customers, no one takes the initiative to clean. The employees are rude and always seem like you are bothering them. The rice is hard, I have found hairs in my burritos , & also they never want to go in the back and get more cilantro when I ask . They wait until there is no meat left in order to make more resulting in customers waiting longer to be served. Management needs to get it together .

I placed my order on the Chipotle Mobil app. We waited 30+ minutes after the time the food was scheduled to be ready. The employees had no sense of urgency and were rude to the frustrated customers that were already waiting for an extended period of time. There was an employee handing food without gloves and others going to the back to make personal phone calls. I am extremely frustrated that every time I come here I have a similar experience. I attempted to resolve issue using the chipotle app and the resolution was to credit me 1 free drink. No refund or further assistance offered. I am very frustrated at this experience and will no longer come to this location.

These people do not take pride in the store the food a little OK Service cold food they don’t pay attention. Things were messed up in the food. Had to get more food because it wasn’t made right or they forgot something every table in booth and stool in that store was disgusting sticky filthy dirty The service station where the napkins and silverware disgusting every bottle of Tabasco sauce had maybe a drip left in it that Store is disgusting. I don’t know what happened to this Chipotle but since 2025, it has taken a turn for the worst. My boyfriend ordered a cheese quesadilla online for 8pm pick up on a Saturday. He went in to pick up his order and felt the bag was a little light so began to open the food. Portions were very light and he didn’t receive a quesadilla at all. When he asked staff about it they said, “we ran out of cheese and decided not to make it”.. they also weren’t forthcoming with telling us they couldn’t make one of our orders upon pick up… the employees really tried to pull one over on us… at a reputable food chain. We’ll be informing corporate and requesting a refund online. It’s unacceptable. The store was empty when it used to be its busiest on Saturday’s and I can understand why… the staff is unreliable, they close early, make their own food before their customers, and fool around with things like this. Go anywhere else. It will certainly be our last time at this location which is so sad as it is such a nice, convenient spot. Update: Upon arriving home we noticed the child’s meal we ordered didn’t come in its designated container and instead of hard shell (corn flour) tacos we were given soft shell (wheat flour) which are not gluten free and as we have celiacs in this family this has absolutely ruined our night.

If you can choose another chipotle, do it. Always out of menu items, and so when you do pick up (which is always running very late) they just leave the spot empty and don’t even try to replace it with anything. Then you have to go out of your way to contact corporate to get your money back. This has happened to us twice now. First time, I get it, things happen. But 2 times? This place is not well run.

This location consistently disappoints. I waited in line for 25 minutes due to severe understaffing—something that’s become a regular issue here. When I finally reached the counter, I was told they didn’t have the proper tortillas for kids’ quesadillas. A staff member briefly mentioned using a larger tortilla but then said they weren’t allowed to unless it was an online order. After all that waiting, I left without being able to order what I came for, and no one even offered an apology. This kind of poor service has become the norm at this store, and it's frustrating.

The last 3 times ive gotten good here has been an awful experience. The first I ordered online, I waited almost 25 mins until my food was ready as I was waiting I heard them tell multiple people they were out of basic things - when I got home with my order multiple toppings were forgotten including the guac which is extra. The second time I ordered delivery and it arrived ICE cold like it was in a refrigerator. The 3rd time was today. Just like the 1st experience they were out of multiple things - cheese, chips, the guac was brown and def not fresh, no chips. I ordered 2 large drinks and when I went to get a lid there were none and I was informed they were out - this would have been helpful to know prior to paying and I ended up switching cup sizes (no refund offered) so I could use a cup. They had no ice and no napkins. The place was an absolute mess and there were a ton of people waiting on orders. The management here is severely lacking. I will no longer visit this location.

My family really likes Chipotle, however, they don’t have to deal with the staff. Most of the staff are ok, but every time I get someone who really does not want to be there. This time the order was correct, not the norm, but being ignored is frustrating and one of the few consistencies this location offers. I’m sure we’ll go back but I’m the lucky one to have go in to and pick up the orders. yay.

Dear Chipotle Management, I’m writing to bring attention to an ongoing issue at niskyuana ny by balttown rd of your locations. As a DoorDash driver, I’ve experienced consistently rude behavior from the staff. When drivers walk in to pick up an order, the employees do not greet or acknowledge us—instead, they simply stare until we approach them. This makes the pickup process uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Additionally, I’ve witnessed the staff being dismissive and rude to customers, especially when certain menu items like meat options are unavailable. This lack of professionalism reflects poorly on the brand and creates a negative experience for both delivery partners and paying customers. I sincerely hope management addresses this issue and provides the team with proper customer service training. Delivery drivers are an extension of your service, and the current treatment we receive is unacceptable. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Every time I order chips I NEVER get them when it’s literally in the restaurants name. I don’t understand??? The chicken was cold. My lettuce had movement in it.. i honestly don’t even want to eat this anymore. I tried to give yall a chance

When I went in yesterday, the server was sneezing repeatedly into her elbow as she took my order and began to prepare it. They are always out of basic menu items like chicken and corn salsa, and the employees always seem to have a bad attitude whether it’s super busy or completely empty in there. The dining room and tables are always dirty and the trash is always overflowing. While this is by far the most convenient location for me to go to, after so many bad experiences I will be going to Glenville from now on.

What has happened?! We got "dinner" - if you can call the skimpy portions of food we got today a meal. 3 or 4 small pieces of chicken in a taco with barely any toppings. The pork taco meat tasted off. My husband has gone to make himself a peanut butter sandwich! After so many years eating at Chipotle, we have witnessed a steady decline, which today hit rock bottom. We won't be back.

I rarely make reviews, But after this evening, I had ordered a bowl, and the girl was very stingy with the chicken in which I asked if I could have more because she gave me a serving size of what a kid would eat lol, And with an attitude, she said that that would be a double charge and she made sure to say that loud to the person at the register. Was rushing my whole order no smile almost like we’re bothering them. It almost seems like every time I come I notice that majority of the employees don’t really care. The garbage was very full. The utensils were not stocked most of the time. I normally have to go up to ask for a work so if I have to drive to the Glenville location, I will I have no problem. Trained on on customer service very disappointing…

I was asked to randomly review this place even though I’ve never been there. it seems like the reviews here are horrible just like the one in Glenville. so for the Glenville store ordered food for three people. It came cold. I guess we put the delivery in too early and they decided to make it early and it was basically cold when we got it. ordered another time ordered burritos and I don’t know what to say. The burritos were 4 inches long and maybe 3 inches high and it looked like it was shriveled up like a I can’t even say it 🙄 this chain needs to get their crap together or just close their doors and I will make my own burrito or go to Taco Bell

Ordered a single burrito and yet again received someone else's burrito in my bag with my name. Drove all the way back to get my order fixed and the 3 people behind the counter argued for a few minutes about it being the wrong order. Remade the order with missing items because they were "out". Please hire better employees for this location who can read an order and fill it properly and say sorry when they make a mistake.

Employees always seem miserable here. Had to pay for double protein because the first scoop of chicken had literally 11pieces of chicken in the bowl. This has been a consistent trend here for a while. I’ll just drive the extra 15 minutes to the Latham location going forward.

This chipotle is very bad, and the staff are miserable and unmotivated and rude. This location about a year ago was run better but now its awful. They always run out of food or its dry and been left out too long. I ordered a steak burrito with white rice lrg chips, nothing out of the ordinary. I came home and took a bite and the rice was hard as a rock...ruined my meal and my appetite 22 bucks down the drain. Other times I've visited and waited in line just to find out they have no steak or chicken. This chipotle is just ran very poorly, my advice visit another location.

genuinely go out of your way for a different chipotle, i’ve tried this place several times because i love chipotle but this place is the absolute worst. The food tastes terrible and is always cold. Don’t try to go there for dinner , 7:30 ish and they had burnt cold chicken and mush all mixed together for salsa.me and my boyfriend were the only customers there was three employees just standing off to the side talking to eachother while we waited, finally another employee came around from the back to take our order. I knew as he was making my food it was not going to be the best chipotle burrito i’ve ever had but i was not prepared for how bad it was. after he sloped on the green corn covered mush that was supposed to be salsa verde i couldn’t look at the atrocity of a burrito anymore so i glanced up and the cashier goes “is that all” and maybe it’s just because if my experience thus far but i felt like i ruined her night by having to pay for the food i had just ordered, mind you my boyfriend had not even started ordering yet because no one wanted to help the guy on the line when there was like 5 employees . we pay and finally get to leave and when i get home i accepted the sad truth that i had just worked a 10 hour shift to waste 45 minutes and $28 for the worst burrito over ever had . it was literally in half like half rice and half the rest of the ingredients so after a few bites i dumped it mixed it up and refolded it ( used to work at a chipotle so folding skills really came in handy lol) and unfortunately.. there was no saving it. never going back. close it already i mean look at these reviews 😭

Rude server who hurries you along and just dashes the food without any regard. They sometimes close early so you don't get to order anything. The staff offers no suggestions or recommendations, hardly smiles and it feels like none of them wants to work there. The price is a little steep for the amount of food you get and if you take additional stuff that goes separate into the bowl, it counts as sides. It tastes good but I'd rather go to another friendlier location.

I ordered a salad with chicken. It was awful. I found a piece of metal in my food, the chicken was old and dry and the lettuce was frozen. When I walked into the restaurant it was dirty, food and trash on the floor behind the counter and empty pans all over. All of the protein options were empty Chicken was the only choice. Everyone seemed uninterested in helping the only customer in the store. The place was very unorganized and could possibly use better management.

UPDATE : 2/10/25 Just got my food and I’m beyond disgusted and disappointed. They were out of a lot of veggies and lied to me when they said they were out when they “checked in the back” … a few seconds of checking out I see the same lady go back and bring out 3 more refills of the items I requested for my bowl… seriously needs new management because the current one is messing up the business . Couldn’t even finish my food and even bought my own corn … 9pm and no corn, guacamole or lettuce … rice was old and hard. Bullshit ! UPDATE : went in today for another try @ 8-9pm today (JAN 15 2023) and my veggie bowls were sooooo gooood !!! The new girl at the front tonight gave us great service and gave great portions !!! If she’s there, will be back !

Been here many times, always super respectful but employees always give off a very negative attitude. Portion sizes are usually pretty small. I had a screw in my food that I could’ve swallowed or even broke a tooth on and the manager on duty told me that he wasn’t able to do more than refund the one bowl that had the screw in it. Kind of ridiculous because who would want to finish their food after that.
