Got food to go for my mom in the hospital. Took my order with no total given. No big deal… then old luke warm fries, burnt cheese burger, and cold pies. Terrible food. Definitely won’t be back here! Avoid it and go the extra couple of miles to find a different McDonalds

This mcdonalds is awful. You walk in and its so cold feeling! Black paint, dull, self service stands as soon as you walk in, robotic feeling. Not temperature cold. No one is ever at the counter. No greetings or offer to help. If you need something good luck. Its set up so nobody can see you waiting. The only human interaction is when they come out of their cave, (the kitchen), to bring out an order. This era of money saving, electronics instead of human customer service is disgusting! Good Lord! I use to make friends with the folks at my regular McDonald's! This new age crap is NOT good for business. So disgusted.

This new layout is awful. This isn't even McDonald's anymore. Walked in, looked around, said "Nope" and walked back out. First of all the fountain was removed from the diningroom so good luck getting refills. That's an automatic no for me for any fast food restaurant. Second they're expecting you to use the kiosk and basically collect your food at the pick-up counter which basically feels like a walk-up "drive thru". Horrible. I used to frequent this McDonald's but this nee redesign is the nail in the coffin.

Ordered just a frape waited 10 mins. No one up front 4 to 5 people in kitchen. And this isn't the first time at this location.

This is like the fifth time I show up to the store it’s 1:00 AM and I have to cancel the Uber eats order mind you I don’t get paid and It took me 15 minutes to drive here today. I would appreciate it if the store would turn off their machines.

The staff here have progressively gotten more rude since I started coming to this location. Every time you need help in-person, you're treated like a problem and with no respect. Im not expecting amazing service, just the bare minimum. Today their excuse for shitty behavior was "We're short staffed" and instead of asking for patience, they shouted "Kiosk!, Use the Kiosk, Kiosk please" at myself and another couple. We can't use the kiosk if we have paper coupons (that are only redeemable at this location).

Since they’ve redone this location it has drastically reduced in quality service and overall experience the new staff is rude slow and inconsistent. Late at night they straight up ignore you. They give you an attitude if you want to change anything. Today alone they parked me for over 20 minutes for 3 sandwiches and then after the brought me the 4TH wrong order wanted to catch an attitude about it. Really sad have been going here for over 10 years and just to see it go downhill so quick sucks

Nice, modern store. However, there's no one at the counter--you order via the app or at a kiosk. I sat and watched technologically challenged customers gripe and groan, finally calling on someone to take their order in person. As one customer said, "You cant get anyone out of that back room." Oh yeah, PLEASE label the kiosks that are NOT working. Good luck with this service model--it does not fit your customer base.

This location has gone downhill. I used to have the best service from this location and now it’s overrun with rude staff. Today I ordered 2 snack wraps a large fry and a small fry and they fries were disgusting and stale and chewed like playdough. I returned and asked for a remake and got a rude “pull forward” and my replacement fries were a joke. They literally put a tiny handful of fries and shoved the box full of napkins instead of fries. I call and speak to a manager “river” supposedly and was told that “yea the bag is supposed to have napkins” and I said yes obviously but the napkins shouldn’t be shoved into a 1/3 full box of fries. And he proceeded to tell me if I wanted to come back AGAIN he would replace the fries again and said “none of us would purposely do that”

I asked for no salt, no ice in my drink due to sensitive gums, after dental surgery. My fries was old and salty, and I had ice filled to the top. After 4 sips it was gone. The burger meat wasn't fresh. It wasn't a hard order to follow and it was ignored. If I put in a order .I expect for my food to be correct

Just came here to say that I visited this location this morning for the first time since it's been renovated and the service of time management was absolutely horrible. They took a long time to take my order in the drive thru then when I got to the window, they parked me to wait for my order, to which I waited a good 25 minutes before having to go inside to ask about the order and state how long I've been waiting already, to which the manager showed no consideration whatsoever. had to repeat to them what my order was all for them to give me the wrong order anyways, but by then I was already 15 minutes late for work, so I had no time to correct them. if you're in a hurry and expecting fast food to be ya know, FAST.. don't pick this location.

The snack wrap is crap! It aint back! IT'S CRAP! I got the spicy and the regular. Both had gross chewy stuff resembling what might have been chicken, the sauce was all over the outside of the wrap. I wouldn't get this again and especially for $3 bucks a pop! I want my money back because I couldn't even eat that crap. The service at the drive-thru was okay but really nothing too special to rave about either.

I went to this McDonald’s on Aug 2nd 2025. I received a flyer in my mailbox at my house last month, McDonald’s grand opening “Aug 2nd” I walked inside to my wife and said “babe look! McDonald’s is having a grand opening! So I put the flyer on the microwave, and marked my kitchen calendar… then come today, me and my family went to the McDonalds , we got there 40 minutes early because we were trying to get the free Big Mac a month for a year card. After waiting 40 minutes we got in line and made a mobile order… we get to the front and I asked the man who handed me my food “are you guys still giving out the Big Mac cards?” And he said “they changed that to the 23rd” I was at a loss for words… I never received an updated flyer or anything… you’d think the sign outside the store would say “grand opening date changed” but no… the sign said “we now have biscuits and gravy” I was very upset about the whole experience, I told my wife “I’m not going back to that McDonalds as long as I live, I don’t care if it’s the closest one to the house or not”
