Went for father's day and had a wonderful time. Food is always consistent, atmosphere is great, and the service was in point. You always know what you're going to get with Cheesecake Factory. My only regret was I ate too much bread and had no room for cheesecake.

I think this might be my favorite Cheesecake Factory location for overall service. Our server Eric was very nice and attentive. The food was very good. I got the chicken katsu bowl from the special menu and my husband got the gumbo from the regular menu, both were very yummy. My husband also got the lemonade and said it was very sweet, but I am sure he could have asked for that to be customized, we will remember that for next time, but we did ask to get it switched out for an Arnold Palmer. We had reservations for 3pm and were early so we waited about 15 minutes before we sat a little after 3pm. My only complaints are that the breads weren't warm and the main dishes took about 40 minutes to come out. Over all we were sitting down for 1.5 hours before we finally paid and left.

We had a nice meal outside with family over the weekend. I haven’t been there for years. The service was great and our orders were decent. I got the grilled fish tacos (4) with rice and beans. You could definitely share this plate as it was a lot. My wife enjoyed the clam chowder with the yummy complementary bread and butter. Our daughter got the buffalo wing appetizer but requested ranch dressing because it comes with bleu cheese that she doesn’t like. Our granddaughter got the kids marinara spaghetti, but she’s kinda picky so I don’t think she liked it very much. It was a nice day outside so we had a good time with family, but I’m not sure if I would go back for food, but for drinks, yes!

Been to Cheesecake Factory multiple times and I always dine alone yet I always have great experience but not this time. Food and atmosphere is superb! The service is good but after I get my food and the bill was dropped, got completely ignored and the server has always been in rush and I can barely ask him, I barely see him on the floor as well compare to the other servers. This tends to happen when customer’s eat alone and you get overlooked. Thanks to Reese (food runner) made the experience a lil better.

This Cheesecake Factory location is one of my favorite locations and the service and food is always on point. The team of workers are awesome, from the hosts that greets the customers and takes their party’s request for seating, to the servers and the team that buss the tables, the customer service is A1 at this location. Today our server was a very nice and sweet young lady named Nicole. She was very attentive to our order details and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our lunch. When it came time to settle our tab, she made sure that we had enough to-go boxes and bags and even brought us some fresh bread to take home. We made sure to tell her General Manager Alexis how awesome of a job that Nicole did in serving us. If you love the Cheesecake Factory and you live near Sherman Oaks, I highly recommend this location!!

It’s just like any other Cheesecake Factory. Food is consistent across the board and the service is usually pretty good. The portion sizes are also always large and I never leave hungry. Overall I have a good experience every time I go.

I'm going to be as honest as I can. The food here is fantastic. It may add pounds to your waste but the food here is really good. The service here is great. Most of the staff is extremely nice and friendly. My downside is the price. The prices have continued to rise and shrinkflation is real. I don't care what anybody says. The sizes of the cheesecake slices have shrunk at least by half. I don't care what the corporation says and the food quantity that you get is also treated but the prices have gone up. I know the people at this location don't have anything to do with that. The atmosphere and everything is good. I love the bread okay 🙂 I was raised on this place coming up from Orange county lol

Cheesecake factory, I love you but you're bumming me out. The calamari app is $20 now but I feel like the portion size is smaller. I wanted to try something new and got the skinnylicious steak medallions and the portion was so tiny!! The asparagus was cut up all small but didn't even make up one whole piece. I talked to the manager who explained it needs to be below a certain caloric count which I get but at $30 for so little, it's shocking. The price is too much for what's offered. See picture. I took it all out and put my hand for comparison. The manager kindly corrected the experience but the overall issue hopefully will be addressed with the cheesecake powers that be.

My friends and I decided to go here last night and it was extremely underwhelming . I was excited as I had not been here in over 10years but honestly I regret going. I will say it was pretty busy for a Sunday but not that busy for it to take as long as it did. Once sat our waiter did not greet us until about 8mins in. He took our drink order and appetizer and it took at least 10mins to get our alcoholic drinks. Our appetizer actually came before the bread for the table. The bread didn't come until about 30mins in. I ordered the carbonara pasta and shortly thereafter I decided to put in my alcoholic drink order. I was half way done with my food when my drink came. The carbonara(if you can even call it that) literally tasted like butter pasta with some peas and panchetta thrown in very disappointing for a dish that cost $25 and on top of that the pasta was extremely oily. I also really hate that a lot of items do not have prices, be transparent. It was very clear that our server was over worked and could not handle the 8 tables that were given to him. Overall very dissatisfied and will not be going back. Based on the reviews I don't understand how this place is still here, they have clearly lost their way

I was highly disappointed. Everyone was seated so close to each other. It made it difficult to hear and to interact with our own party. We were also seated directly next to the waiter station which was very loud. There were many flies buzzing around us and our food. My salmon included several bones. Today I had an extremely disappointing and disrespectful experience at this Cheesecake Factory location. I came to pick up an order and stood there for over 15 minutes without a single employee acknowledging me. No greeting, no eye contact, nothing — as if I didn’t exist. After almost 20 minutes, a woman finally came out, but instead of helping, she started speaking to me in a rude and dismissive manner and continued to ignore me. What made the situation even worse is that she handed orders to another courier who arrived about 15 minutes after me, while I was still waiting. Only after that did she bring out my order and told me to “accept” it in the app, which requires taking a photo of the order. However, while I was trying to do that, she kept aggressively shaking the bag up and down, clearly preventing me from taking the required photo. This behavior felt intentional, unprofessional, and humiliating. I understand that restaurants can be busy, but this was not about being busy — it was about basic respect. Couriers are part of your business, and treating them like they don’t matter is unacceptable. This experience felt dehumanizing and showed a complete lack of professionalism and customer service. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses how delivery drivers are treated at this location.
