I guess the new norms for McDonald's now is not filling the French fries to the top and only giving 3 ketchup packets. I was craving some chicken nuggets so I went to this McDonald's close to my work. Since I went at 11am, there was no one in the drive thru so I was able to pull right up and get the 10 piece chicken nuggets combo. They of course ask for what size for the drink and French fries so I said large. They also asked what sauces would I like and I said ketchup. Since I was on a call my attention was focus on the call. When I got back to the office and started unpacking my bag, to my surprise the fries were not filled all the way and they only give me 3 ketchup packets. 10 piece chicken nuggets and fries with only 3 packets of ketchup is not enough. I notice that most McDonald's are doing this now beside the one that I go to in Northridge. They fill the French fries to the top and give you a bunch of ketchup packets.

Officially the slowest McDonald's in Simi Valley. Their Service and Efficiency are terrible. You can be the 2nd person in line and you're still waiting in the Drive-Thru for 20 minutes. I was there picking up an Uber delivery that had been placed 15 minutes prior. The order took so long that my customer removed my tip for delivery due to the excessive wait time which made my delivery over 15 minutes late. This happens every time I pickup an order from this location. The night shift workers move at DMV pace and then give you an attitude when you ask them why it's taking so long. Just dismissing you and saying you'll need to speak to a manager. I certainly will. It will be Corporate.

Some staff members were very unfriendly and made us feel unwelcome, as if they didn’t want us there. They only allowed two drink refills, which felt unnecessarily restrictive. Additionally, when my friends and I were outside with our bikes, we were yelled at by staff members and told to move away, even though we weren’t doing anything wrong.

Hours listed incorrectly on both Google and the McDonald's app, does not properly account for the 12:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m. open hours on Sunday, cannot place a mobile order during that time

Most of the time I get sent to wait at a parking spots after ordering drive thru, it seems like this location is always under staffed, this is the only location that does this in Simi Valley. I dont know why I keep coming here but its my last time.

Atrocious. The manager was of no help so , understandably, his peers were an accurate reflection of that. Starting with the clearly unhappy employee taking our order who gave nothing but attitude from her first word which was "wait." Followed by her botching our order. Asking the manager to fix it. And we find out that they still messed up but forgetting our drinks. Which is honestly fine because people make mistakes but the girl taking our order was terribly rude. And her mistake wasnt the only one. The fact that they made three mistakes with just one order is appalling and never taking accountability once for it.

Went through the drive-thru this morning. Ordered a large decaf coffee, two sausage burritos and a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. The price was just shy of $16 which is ridiculous. When the employee gave me the bag she said to make sure this was my order. I looked in the bag and it only had one sausage burrito and bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. I asked where the second burrito was and was told she only charged me for one burrito…really?? I asked for a receipt and she gave me someone else’s receipt. After being ignored after a couple of minutes and cars behind me I told her this was the wrong receipt. She looked around and found the correct receipt. I should have examined the receipt closer before I drove off. The receipt showed I was charged for two burritos. The receipt showed the total to be $13.48 with $6.52 in change. I only received four (4) one dollar bills and a few coins from a $20 bill. So in summary: I was overcharged by a couple of dollars, received only one of two burritos and got a medium decaf coffee instead of a large decaf coffee. Stay away from this place…

terrible service. have ordered online to pickup on multiple occasions and i get the notification it’s ready. i go in and the food takes another 30 minutes to come out. this place has wasted multiple of my lunch breaks because their workers suck and take 45 minutes to make a mcchicken and fries. i see people come in after me, order and get their food and leave before my pickup even comes out. trash service

Fix the drive-through screen. It’s been years! Everything else is great about the store but they wont fix the screen and it’s super annoying!

Update: The payment window now has tint on the window. The person collecting payment let's the window close. How can I be sure that my payment information is not being stolen? Seems pretty sketchy We all know the food isn't the best. Would be nice if it was at least consistent. Each time I've been here, the result has been different. Staff at this location very inexperienced.

I found a piece of egg shell in sausage egg mc muffin today dam .They are usually on their phones or talking way too much I’ve noticed that it takes way too much time to get orders out or make them honestly your employees don’t know even how to work as team. Obnoxious slack of performance and straighten it out because for them to say to each other that u make the food or by saying it’s not my job

Went at an "off time" about 2pm to miss the lunch rush. Everything went smooth until I went to get my food.. Staff at the 3rd window was friendly but had no gloves on, and put her hand into my bag after asking me what I ordered and touched the majority of my food, boxes and fries. Thats the first bit that sucked, but the double 1/4 lb burger was a different story. Raw meat
