Horrible experience. Got takeout so I didnt realize my soft drink was contaminated with black bits of lord knows what. Genuinely mad that they just dont keep the place clean to avoids these kids of issues.

I stopped by the restaurant on Saturday night at 10:41pm because your website indicating that the location is open 24 hours. Complete false, I was turned away by a guy inside the store who was not wearing a Subway uniform and appeared to be waiting for the female employee behind the counter. Suggestion update your store hours online to reflect the actual closing time.

Went into this Subway today 8/15/25 at 5:15 pm. A staff member making the sandwiches by the name of Maria took me and my husband's order, I wanted one foot long and one wrap. She proceeded to tell me that she was all out of wraps, without looking into the bread oven. I then begin letting her know my sandwich order and that's when I tell her I will be getting 2 sandwiches then. She so happens to tell me oh wait I do have wrap bread. I tell her ok then I will like the honey mustard wrap. She begins to make it without asking me any cheese options or any topping options. She makes it with a weird cheese sauce that looked like nacho cheese, and I tell her to hold on because I didn't want that type of cheese. Her response is that she cannot take different cheese options. She has to make it how it is on the menu. I told her we've had it different before and she refused to make it the way I wanted it. She also refused to make another one. I told her I didn't want the wrap, I just took the sandwich and left. I will be calling headquarters to file a complaint. This is not the first time I have a similar issue with the same worker. The fist incident she refused to speak English to me because she claimed she didn't understand or speak it. She also refused to take my order because of her not speaking or understanding english. This is the last time I ever step foot in this subway. What a shame because I live so close to it.

NEVER AGAIN. We went to order and it was empty, no customers, when we came in I greeted the employee "LULU". She did not acknowledge us at all. We waited to get service 5 - 8 min later we asked to get help and she ignored us again and said she was busy. Never again going there! She was rude and non apologetic about it.

My family and I love subway but our experience here was terrible. The lady that works evening shift has the worst attitude. If she doesn't want to be there then she shouldn't be. She refused to let me and my daughter use the restroom and my baby needed to go really bad, what person doesn't let a child go to the restroom. I don't recommend going here. They make your subway very sloppy as if it's for an animal. I recommend you guys go to a different subway.

Wait time is horrible.. Good Food but to wait extra 20-30 min and that's with a mobile order. It doesn't matter if u order ahead of time. There's only one person so they will finish helping the 10 families ahead of u and then it's ur mobile order. I been coming here for years, always same slow service

My wife and I have ordered online from this particular subway a few times, and about half of those orders have been wrong. When ordering, we make it very clear about our preferences, and for some reason or another, the employees here just don't seems to get it right.

I got subway coupons in the mail . So I thought it would be a good idea to use them since subway is so expensive now . Reminds me of why I don’t go anymore. I got there and only one person was working, working on pre-orders . I waited patiently and the employee was very nice. Once she started preparing my sandwich I realized she didn’t care about the preparation. She overlayed the cheese and meats. She did not spread it out evenly . Jalapeños when all in one bunch of the sandwich. I don’t like telling employees how to do their job, I leave that up to management. Not worth the coupons

Such a horrible experience Blanca was so rude for no reason she had a smart condescending attitude I wasn't feeling well I just wanted a sandwich . I won't be coming back to this location hostile rude condescending for no reason just trying to have lunch. Wouldn't give me a refund so we could start over. Only 4 chips available. An soda machine all dirty .

Decided to come here to get a late night sub. There’s one person working there while there’s 3 people waiting in line including myself. I would assume the person would try service the next person in line and be efficient with her time, but no the lady behind the counter begins talking to people she’s attending for too long and taking long with the person. If that wasn’t bad enough she’s only wearing one pair of gloves while she’s handling money, pressing buttons on the screen, and going as far as handling bread and ingredients. Disgusting!! This place needs a health inspector ASAP. If you enjoy this type of service definitely would recommend this place.
