Great burger, like always. Mobile Order but I are it there, why is that not an option in the app? I like ordering in the phone, no mistakes and no line. I have my credit card saved so I don't even have to pay. Walk in and say my name and mobile Order. Simple and fast.

It been years since I gone to a Carl's Jr like over 10 years but today was finally the day I went back. My wife wanted their Charbroiled Sante Fe chicken sandwich since l was already going to be in the plaza this store is in. I saw that the drive thru line was busy in the morning so I just parked my car in the front and walked inside. There was no one in line but it took like 5 minutes before someone walked over to the counter to take my order. I was able to put in my wife Santa Fe sandwich order in and I also got her a small side of fries as well. The prices are higher here but I think it's common knowledge now. I looked at their dining area and it's pretty spacious. My order was ready within like 5 minutes or so and I took it to go. I ate the fries and thought they were just okay. I tried my wife Santa Fe Chicken Sandwich and that was alright. My wife like it and you get a good portion size if the sandwich so I guess you get your money worth there.

i had the opportunity to eat at this establishment. i was really hungry so i ordered #13 not sure if i got what i ordered . anyway the food was ok nothing to write home about. the lady at the front desk was nice to me but the previous customer she was a bit aggressive. yelled at him about not having a bigger size on the lemonade drink. it looked bad on her side i can see she was a little under stress because she was trying to do two things at once. she had to take care of the drive-tru at the same time she was taking orders at the front counter. carls jr people you need to hire more people since the minimum pay was raised you want one employee to do the work of 3 not fair.

Went on Sunday Feb 15, 2026 at around 8:15pm after a long day and when I got home I noticed my order was wrong. It was missing the chile in my santa fe chicken sandwich and the santa fe sauce. Then to top it all off the chicken was under cooked/chewy/slimy in the middle yet charred on the outside. I do not recommend this place. I would like a full refund please. I called twice and no answer. Very disappointed. Careless.

This is the worst place. The lady shoved the bag of food at us and slammed the window closed. When we got home I was missing my shake. It was impossible to tell that I was missing my shake because everything was smooshed into the smallest bag she could use. The burgers were so squished that all the sauce was on the wrapper not on the burger. When I called to tell them I didn’t get my shake, it wasn’t the girls fault, there were only 3 other employees for the 3 customers. Carl’s jr isn’t my favorite place anyway but this was just the worst! THE WORST experience!!!
