Awesome burger, no oil licking, meat in the right spot, and please do not order fries size large. You crazy. The best part is that everything is made from scratch and fresh. Give it a try.

I absolutely love the fries from Five Guys. The taste and quantity is unbelievable. So when I am out somewhere, I try to look for Five Guys . This location in particular is conveniently located. It was clean and tidy.

This is my first visit to a Five guys in probably 5 or 6 years. I must tell you I am absolutely impressed with this location. If you don't read anything else. Go visit this location!!! When I walked in the door, i was greeted by Felicia with a big smile and she said she would be right with me. I told her to "take her time" and she smiled and said "awwww thank you". I wasn't expecting that response, normally when i say that i get no response. Anyhow after looking over the menu, i decide on what to order and at about the same time Lamar comes over to take my order. Lamar was very friendly and even asked me how my day was going. I can appreciate the small talk as it makes visits more personal. I pay and walk over to the "pick up here" sign. I notice that the kitchen is spotless. Proper protective equipment was being used and most importantly everyone working seemed to be very happy. As i overanalyzed how clean everything was, i took time to notice how friendly Felicia was to everyone in this establishment. I do not know if she is a manager or what her official position is but she is an absolute delight to have around. Whatever you are paying that woman, you should consider giving her a raise. She truly cares about the business and it's customers. Normally i take pictures of the food to post with my reviews but i got stuck in terrible traffic on my way to my house and i ate half of it in the car. I know, thats terrible but most of it was at the traffic light that took for 5 cycles to go through. All in all, go see Felicia, Jamal and the other two i didnt get their names. You will be happy you did and i promise to return soon. Thank you for everything.

I don’t leave a lot of reviews with the amount of things I have going on in my life but everytime I come this location all the workers are nice and respectful wish them all blessings some may be stuck up but not from what I seen

Excellent as always. This location is amazing. The staff is friendly and fast to get a delicious burger and hit fries into your hands. The restaurant is very clean and it was packed at 8:30pm which should tell you how great this location is, not many burger joint are completely full at that time.

The staff was very friendly. I disagree with the other reviews. It’s a casual place of course, I didn’t have big expectations but they sold me a very good burger with grea fries and a top-tier milkshake. I’ll be back.

The hamburgers can be ordered in more than one size, which I think is a terrific option. Also, the fries are really good and they give you plenty. I never have a three quarters filled container of fries, which really bugs me when it happens.

The burgers here are a bit pricey, but high quality and good. You can choose what goes on your burger from a long list of options. Staff is always cheerful and friendly which to me is a huge plus. Large fries easily feeds a group of four.

I have never gotten Five Guys and had a bad experience. I love how they are really generous with the fries (& I love their cajun fries!) Their burgers are SO GOOOOD! I order online, get there, they finish the fries when I get there, and then I'm off to home! (They don't cook the fries until you get there! So smart!) Its right around the corner and we go there often!

Pardon me for the lack of pictures however the double bacon cheeseburger didn’t stand a chance. The presentation and cook on the burgers are what you should expect. These delicious sandwiches get inhaled pretty quickly by yours truly. This entire visit is what you should expect from your typical Five Guys experience. Clean location, friendly staff and prompt service. On this visit, the bacon cheeseburger, 2 little bacon cheeseburger and 2 regular fries were consumed.

Be careful ordering large French fries. When we opened the bag, it was a tall drink-sized cup full, plus the bag was almost full. This order is probably enough for 4-6 people. But they were delighted and worth returning for! Thanks Five Guys!

I have been looking for a halfway decent burger place near me for eons. This spot takes the cake. The place is clean and kept up. The customer service is on point. I’m a bit of a germaphobe so I do pay close attention to how my food is being prepared. I’d previously gone to the one in Plantation and witnessed people yelling over the burgers they were preparing. I’m not into that. But I digress. The young man who helped me used gloves when preparing the food and when he cashed my order after that, I noticed he immediately went to wash his hands after. So the location gets a plus for good sanitary practices. And my burger was not dripping wet with grease and the malted milkshake was heavenly.

5 guys is always delicious, but this particular location deserves 5 stars for being awesome. Everyone here is always very friendly and incredibly quick and efficient. I love coming here during a time crunch lunch since they always get my order out fast. A big thank you to the 5 guys team! 🙏

Five Guys is always the same no matter where you go. Wonderful! In my business we travel across the country and wherever we have found the Five Guys it's been extremely consistent. When you see a five guys you know what it's going to taste like already. You know it's going to be served hot and fresh. You know that the french fries are going to always be some of the most amazing you've ever tasted! If you never been to Five Guys and if you like burgers and fries, no, make that great Burgers and Fries, then do yourself a favor and try it out!

Absolutely one of the best burgers I had since 10+ years here. Juicy meat, fresh ingredients, fries absolutely amazing... Not cheap though.... But i recommend them 100%..

Despite the expensive costs of service, Five Guys: Colourful Ties (did it wrong on purpose) is perfect for the inner American within you. Every last item of food is expertly crafted to be the perfect burger, and it deserves the all-powerful 5-star rating. This restaurant is good due to the organic quality of their food, fries, and shakes. They even sell hot dogs for Pete's sake! So I recommend with utmost respect that you go to Five Guys at once. It'll be worth your time.

The burgers are as really good as they say they are. All the food is fresh to order and for those who never been there they literally cook the food in front of u which is good. One thing I can tell u always get the smallest fries cause boy they load u up with them. All in all it's a good place to sit and unwind with a burger other than the regular fast food chains, no offense to them.

I had to write a review specifically for the crew that was working on Wednesday April 24th 2024 around 8:20 p.m.. This was the most professional five guys crew I've ever encountered. They were kind, courteous, and super helpful. When my 4 year old son dropped his hamburger patties on the floor, they didn't hesitate to cook up another burger for him quickly. The girls on the grill were the sweetest. The sweet tea was missing sugar and they were very apologetic. They fixed the tea immediately. I make the trip from the West Coast of Florida via alligator Alley frequently and I will plan on stopping at this particular five guys next time I drive through 🙏🏽🤍

Was there with my family tonight 6/6. I never leave reviews but the service (and food) was just outstanding. You could tell the employees took a lot of pride in what they did. My entire family was impressed by the crew and I told the supervisor/manager he should be proud of how well run the establishment was and he was very appreciative and a good guy. Would recommend going here for a nice dinner out because it was also ultra clean and every employee had a smile on their face and worked together to make the experience awesome. Hats off to the employees tonight- really great job you guys!

We came in about 45 minutes before close. Personally, I hate doing that because I know staff is trying to clean up, but, we had a 2+ hour drive ahead and needed to eat. The staff was kind and professional, and the restaurant was clean and well kept. Honestly can't complain about a single thing. Food at Five Guys is good, this restaurant in particular is great.

Had a small issue earlier this week with my order and Steven the manager was ready to help but I couldn't stay due to a time restraint. Steven went out tof his way to make things right. Thank you for making my experience great. We are human and mistakes happen its how you fix it what makes the difference.

Update Oct-2024: Absolutely fantastic service. Fantastic staff. Fantastic food. This is a very well run location. 10 out of 10. Our order was made perfectly. Food was hot, fresh, & delicious. Lobby was very clean. Staff greeted me promptly when we entered and they were very courteous and efficient. Manager was running the show like a pro. This kind of Quality staff is missing from most similar restaurants nowadays. Highly recommend this Five Guys location.

The employee who attended us, Zion was a man of a few words that acclimated charisma equivalent to that of a WWE superstar. He rizzed his way into my heart to the point that I needed to make this review since my gf and I were laughing after our interaction at this location. If he ain’t a manager then I’m happy to see that he’s on his way to being one, whether here or elsewhere. May he and his co-workers be blessed by the stars so that he can rizz himself into other customer hearts in a professional fashion. Location was also very clean, smelled nice, and looked very organized. Don’t be surprised if I come back just to get professionally rizzed again.

5 guys was fantastic Burger was delicious and customizable for perfect order. Fries were spicy very nice to share. Covid precautions in effect take out easy. Dine in limited to 4 inside and couple outside tables socially distanced. Recommend.

Precios bastante adecuados para ser comida rápida. Las porciones son grandes y sin necesidad de pedir más de 2 opciones. Sin duda un lugar para visitar y regresar en cada ocasión.

My favorite place to get fries (with cajun seasoning). Plus, the burgers are just very good. PSA: They do have peanuts in open boxes in the establishment to snack on while you wait. So if you are allergic to nuts, you might not want to dine here. Peanut Oil is also used for cooking if I'm not mistaken.

We love the many toppings offered like the grilled onions but would be awesome if they offered gluten free buns. The free peanuts saved me as I was beyond hungry and munched them as my food was being prepared.

Great tasting burger cooked medium as requested. Unlike most people I am not the biggest fan of their fries but did manage to eat a few of them.

Nice and friendly service. Hamburgers and fries taste good. Music is a bit loud and the drinks are too expensive, but I can overlook these inconveniences once in a while. This is a new joint in this neighborhood. I was surprised to see this place here in a small strip mall. Hopefully the office parks can keep this place in business. This place is closer to my house than the one in the Fountain Shops. I must be getting old... $15 for a hamburger and small fries and no drink?

Burger was great. Fries were terrible. At $5.00 per french-fry, you would expect them to be tasty. They were not. Cold stale fries were put in the bag and the person putting the order together took a few "fresh hot fries" out of the fryolator and tossed them in the bag with the stale ones. I was not impressed..

It's just another quick food burger joint, if there isn't a long line. Counter service only. Food (burgers) is all right. Prices high for what you get. Fries too salty but good and they give you a lot more than you need (get the small order). No atmosphere except signs saying how great their food is. One great perk: free peanuts, a nice touch. Adequate free parking.

The usual excellent burger, fresh and with any side you can imagine. No fry's because of my diet limit s but they the best I've had anywhere. Restaurant was clean and organized. The only potential improvement is that the peanuts tasted old.

1st time trying 5 guys and the food was good. The place seemed clean and employees were nice. When we walked in, it was completely empty, but a line formed shortly after. The woman who I believe was the "lead" for the night took my order and then took the other two couples' orders after me. I only ordered one milkshake. It was strange how the people that came after me got their entire orders before I got one thing.

While the food was good. The customer service could use some work. One worker took offense and had an attitude all because she was asked to switch gloves when making the vegetarian food option that was apart of my order. Inside the store was clean.

I love the food and milkshakes here but the customer service is GARBAGE! While waiting for my order, i did not hear an associate trying to grab my attention so instead of saying something POLITE like “ma’am your milkshake is ready” the other associate rudely yelled “excuse me” at me. If i had his name I would drop it but they don’t seem to know how to wear nametags and clearly don’t know basic 101 customer service. Break up your little social circle in the back and say “Welcome” when someone who is PAYING walks through your place of business.

It was ok. Super expensive. The burger tasted good. But they did not get our orders right. Did not say anything,but you know😏. Cause I was in a hurry to see a movie. Not impressed. I think the burgers that we got looked like some one made a hamburger and took a hammer to it 😂.

I can't say anything bad about the food or service. The food was good and the fries were plentiful. Unfortunately I have to give it two stars because of the price. It cost me over $17 for a hamburger fries and coke. This is at a fast food restaurant without any servers. I just think that that is excessive and unfortunately won't be going back.

The place is disgusting, the floors are dirty and sticky. Every table was covered in food and crumbs. When we asked for something to clean the table, not even someone to come clean, it just napkins- anything, half the staff walked away. Then one girl started sweeping under out feet as we were eating. There were empty tables she could have started at instead of the one we were sitting at. One of her co workers even told her to cut it out, you shouldn't sweep under peoples feet while they eat. and she continued. I wish i took pictures. It's too bad the food at this five guys is better then the one by broward mall, but probably won't come back to this location.

Food was good, but did a mobile order on the Five Guys app, told me my order was going to be ready in 10 mins, showed up at the restaurant just before 10 mins. The app said my order was completed and ready for pickup, store told me they didn't have it. Turns out it wasn't even started, and had to wait another 20 mins in the store fo rthem to start and complete my order. Why even bother doing mobile pickup?

I always place an order for online pickup and most of the time the service is good. I follow all of the steps on notifying I’m here. But this time as I’m waiting for my order for 15 minutes, it’s been sitting on top of the fry station waiting on fries that has been given to other customers which I totally understand for dine in guests. My order was also called out that I was here for pickup even. They remade my order but did not seem happy about it. I do appreciate that they decided to remake the order without me having to ask but I did notify the employee that my order has been lukewarm the past several times I had picked up so I don’t believe that the burgers were still hot as he had mentioned. I always leave a tip at every food establishment hoping that the service will be great. But I guess leaving a tip nowadays is just a company asking for extra money because the service can be hit or miss. That’s why I left a 3 star.

Pretty disappointed with this location. The fries are always hit or miss whether they’re all brown or fresh, several times we don’t get what we ordered on the burger whether it’s the free toppings or if it’s missing bacon, sometimes the burgers have a weird taste of them. Today we ordered Cajun fries and got regular.…The service is usually pretty good and friendly though, so there’s that. We will probably go to another location that’s further from us next time.

Let me start by saying: The staff were super nice and the atmosphere was nice... In my opinion five guys has all the right ingredients... However the problem is execution. While you're having execution problems on all fronts, I will focus my feedback solely on your burger... Your burgers are soggy. This is an easy fix... Do not lay your hot (fresh off the grill) patties directly onto the buns... This is a recipe for sogginess. Instead, start with a bed of lettuce, and pile up from there. The bed of lettuce, along with all your fixings will protect the bun. Once you're fixings have been put down, lay your patties on top of the fixings, put your ketchup, mayo and or mustard on the top bun, and voila. Now the final part of the execution flaw... Stop wrapping, suffocating your burgers in that aluminum foil... It's creating a steam sauna and your making your burgers soggy!!! You're far better off play sitting your burgers neatly inside a vapor, steam absorbing, paper/cardboard burger box. That's my two pennies on how to turn things around. Take care. Ps. Over $8 for fries (large or not) is a bit ridiculous... There not even that large.

The experience was absolutely horrible Not only was I attended with it's gonna be 30 minutes before I even open my mouth. But I had to wait a full hour before I got one double cheeseburger Burger with small fries. The management of that facility is absolutely horrible , And it's not the employees there because they were extremely overwhelmed with The online orders and people is people in the store.

Worst five guys I have been to. Card machine didnt work AGAIN. Burgers over cooked and dry. The other five guys in the area are great. This new one on sunrise blvd is terrible. Checked my receipt to maybe call owner or corporate. No info.

It seems as though Five Guys prepares the worst meal when the order is placed through Doordash. This the 2nd time I've placed an order through Doordash that upon delivery, it was gross. Although the location is about 15mins from my location, the burger was crushed and very cold, and the fries were extremely salty with way too much cajun spice, and also cold. Having to pay almost $4 for fries you cannot eat, is ridiculous. I've been to this location a few times and the burger or fries were not cold when I arrived at my location. Five Guys you really need to do better with delivery orders. Maybe you should try tasting the fries to see if you're able to eat them. Also, with everything that is going on in the world today, you should try to secure the order much better.

what an absolute ripoff so over priced will never go there again, I ordered a single cheese burger, regular fries and a milk shake it was $18.41 their single is a little bigger than a Mickie d's.69c cheeseburger and they have the gall to charge $7.94 for it. I could have gotten 2 Wendy's combo meals for less. I can't believe they get away with that pricing.

They messed up my order, they didn’t add the a1 sauce as I ordered and was written down. The soda was also flat, I was looking forward to a satisfying meal and was let down.

Worst 5 Guys I have ever been to. The staff was clueless and the burgers were over cooked. They also messed up on the ingredients on two of our burgers. The staff was playing and joking around instead of trying to serve the customers. District management needs to step in!!

I ordered online for pick up on 6/16/24. I have always had excellent service at the sawgrass location until now. 3 of the 4 bugrrs didn't have the correct condiments and no bacon which I paid for. I tried to call but they don't pick the phone up. I wrote to customer service and they equally don't care. I'm very disappointed. I want a refund because I paid for something that I didn't get.

I placed an order online since the last time I did it went perfect, right order, right timing and very good customer service from the young men that were serving that day, today was the complete opposite, got there and didn’t even get a hello how can I help you, I said my name and the young lady dragging herself went to fry my fries, my order was supposed to be ready at 6:18 pm, got there at 6:20 and left at 6:35 with cold hamburgers, I understand the idea of getting fresh fries but why this time I waited longer than the previous one considering that the store was empty today!! And the dragging and I don’t want to be here face made the waiting time worse.

I just had the worst experience ever in one of my favorites place to get a burger... they made my burger wrong and with less patys... and the give me the one is missing in a tray... this is so disappointing 😞 even in cheaper restaurants they give u a new burguer... forget the fries now are cold...

I ordered, and was charged for two patties and when I arrived to my destination there was only one. I called just to be refunded the difference not the entire meal and they made this whole big deal about not giving refunds and refused to give me back my money. I don’t know if this is a 5 Guys policy or just this one location, but that is stealing essentially. It’s not about the quantity of money but dishonest practice of this location. Just by the way they handled the situation you can tell this is a common practice.

The atmosphere in the Sunrise location is wildly uncomfortable for the customer. The person I assume is the manager was passive aggressively yelling at the other employees to welcome customers in at the door to which every employee rolled their eyes at. Some employees who were on break were catcalling to other employees who were working, distracting them and pulling them away from working while the number of orders piled up. People from online orders, not myself, came in to realize that their order wasn't even started to be made. I was considering dining in, but after seeing all of that, I wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. I ordered a little bacon cheeseburger, fries, and a milkshake. I had to wait 30 minutes from when I ordered to receive my food and they forgot the milkshake, which made me wait longer while my food got cold. I had to tell them what my milkshake order was 3 times before they started making it, and then I found out they got my food order wrong as well; they forgot the bacon. This is horrible service and I wouldn't consider it "fast" food or "quick service" food. I've gotten my food faster and more correct at a sit down restaurant with multiple people at the table rather than just me. The food itself was just okay. Kind of what you'd expect, but with the service given, it was cold. The burger was a bit overcooked and the fries were mushy. The milkshake was pretty good, though. The management should be working to create a comfortable environment for everyone rather than a hostile workplace for employees and an uncomfortable experience for customers, and the training for the employees should be improved. It's clear that the people working here don't care about what they're doing or the customer experience. I won't be going back here and will need to find a new place to satisfy my burger craving.

Five guys opened in this area about 6 years ago. It used to be a great place. However over the past couple of years the quality has gone down hill. I always viewed five guys as a higher tier fast food place...so yes the prices are high and I expect that...with the price though I expect things to be correct 1. Soda machines are always empty...they don't seem to refill them. I was here last Friday and they were straight up out of everything except 1 or 2 options. 2. My burger was basic. The staff took my order and rushed back to doing something else and forgot all of my toppings. 3. Just didn't seem well kept up. This place used to be stellar...now it feels very run down and dirty. Sad because I used to love this place...but I guess I will get better service and food from Wendy's and save a bit.

Absolutely horrible experience. Will never go back. The staff there took forever for my order just to tell me after waiting for nearly 30 mins that I would have to wait an additional extended amount of time just to get my order complete because a machine wasn’t working. I asked the gentleman if the machine wasn’t working, why didn’t you tell me that when I ordered my food. His response was an apathetic shoulder shrug and he made no offers to remedy the situation. Awful service and I hope you guys reconsider how to train your associates.

I usually go to the 5 guys in plantation but on this particular day they were temporarily closed, so I decided to travel a little further to the sunrise location. After purchasing my order I checked the bag before leaving, everything looked ok so I returned to work. When I opened my burger I noticed I only had 1 patty instead of 2. No big deal I called immediately to let them know and to be refunded the difference in price. I was told that they do not give refunds, but they can make the burger over. I explained that due to the distance and the fact that I’m still working that would not be possible. The young ladies response was that it was not that much money. I told her I agree, however I still want my money back in USD not burger bucks. Finally she told me the manager was not in for the day and to call back tomorrow. When I spoke to the manager she basically made the same offer as the server. She claims that she reached out to the store GM and that they said they do not give refunds, but he will reach out to me. It’s been weeks and no response. It’s not about the money at all. It’s your shady business practice as a company. if you made a mistake in what you charged me no big deal just refund the difference. I am not asking for a full refund. For a company this size I was really shocked at how they handled the situation. There are no signs that say no refunds, nothing on the receipt says no refunds, and to be honest it’s not a refund you are returning money you got caught stealing from your customer.

The place was absolutely filthy, there was no one to take my order at the till, walked straight out. The floor was disgusting, the grill was dirty, the counter top was so dusty! Such a shame, I’ve always enjoyed 5 guys but I guess this will be the last!

Beware of the smaller size serving! I ordered Large fries & and a side of small fries for my toddler, what I got was a medium size cup with fries with the small order of fries.. (They called it a large)... the last time I ordered “Large fries” the bag nearly Collapsed due to the generous amount of fries, which has always been a staple in Five Guys NOT ANYMORE! I’m very disappointed, my family will not be dinning here any longer. By the way, this bag of food was $40!

Incompetent employees, told manager they screw up my order she argued with me. Watched the man make every burger wrong. And the lady was mad at the customers for complaining. I can’t eat pickles, nor can I eat mustard. Thanks 5 guys for ruining your own name with incompetent employees

They need to follow directions. When a person orders everything on a burger and you only receive lettuce and tomato is not everything.

The store manager is a terrible employee; he has no patience, does things begrudgingly, and was rude to me and my boyfriend. Apparently, his name is Brian W
