La Pescadería es uno de los mejores restaurantes de Tarifa y no es de la extrañarse: la comida es delish, el servicio super eficiente y amable y los precios son excelentes. No dejen de venir aquí y cuando lo hagan verán que les encantará

Uno de los mejores sitios para comer en Tarifa, los camareros son muy atentos y la comida está estupenda. Es cierto que el ambiente es tradicional, con manteles de papel, pero también tiene su encanto. Recomiendo la degustación de atún, es un clásico en tarifa y para dos personas es perfecto. Siempre te invitan a un chupito de la casa. Echo de menos el plato que solíamos pedir, que es el arroz de atún y ahora mismo no se encuentra en la carta, pero en general, es un sitio muy recomendado, estoy segura que volveremos.

Hemos ido a cenar por recomendación de un amigo y ha sido todo un acierto. La atención de los camareros espectacular, sin esperas todo en su justo momento. Hemos comido puntillas,en su punto perfecto sin aceites y una ración grande. Y arroz con pulpo y gambones, plato exquisito con un sabor buenísimo.

Todo productos del mar, gran cantidad de mesas en exterior e interior que posibilitan la rotación sin esperas eternas y sin reservar. Magníficos arroces cocinados en tiempo record y materia prima de alta calidad y frescura. Todo eso combinado con un servicio profesional y atento.

En el mejor sitio en el que hemos comida de Tarifa en nuestro viaje, personal atento y amable, ubicado en muy buena zona. Comida espectacular a resaltar la degustación de atún que está para chuparse los dedos y para acompañar vino también de buen sabor. Reservamos la misma tarde y sin problemas( era entre semana)volveremos seguro, muy recomendable

We arrived late with the boat... But was no problem at 23:30 to come for dinner... And what a great food... Is the area of the tuna... And what an amazing tuna they served. We had the tataki and other dish.. Impressed with quality. We live algarve and vit Sevilla and ayamonte so we know a bit about tuna.... But yes.. The quality was excellent. Rest fish not try.. But happy I picked this up

Everything at this restaurant is at least a 10/10. The service is very attentive, quick and super nice. The food is extraordinary. We went here twice in a row, tried different foods and are in fact sad that we have to leave and can‘t try every single dish on the menu.

What a lovely place to eat, the staff was super friendly, and the food was to die for. We went twice in a 2 days trip, first day we got the tuna 4 ways and the octopus 🐙, but the second day it was the cherry on top 🍒 the pasta with clams and king prawns was amazing, but the croaker with aioli and squid ink rice is something that you MUST eat, is not the cheapest place but it is completely worth it. Is a place that we will go every time we visit Tarifa!

Busy fish restaurant that serves good food which is reasonably priced. It’s located on the edge of town centre with plenty of outdoor seating. All dishes we ordered were very tasty and good size portions too. Great choice for anyone who is not sure what to order as menu is quite extensive, including Maroccan inspired dishes.

Best place for fresh wild tuna in Tarifa. Tuna tasting menu is the best, but you have to tell them how you want it cooked, because they can overcook it (except tataki, it was perfect). I would skip tuna tartar, it was too sweet with strawberries and sweet sauce.

Perfect all round. Didn’t plan to visit, was passing, looked nice so I popped in. Very friendly staff. Great menu and reasonable prices. I ordered seafood spaghetti, it was packed full of clams and prawns, the sauce was beautiful, a taste of the sea rather than bland tomato. Quick and attentive service, fuss free. Highly recommend!

Fantastic!! Me and my best friend ordered fresh fish from the straight. It was super delicious, not oily and definitely not expensive at all. Worth for money, great atmosphere, relaxing and calm music to enjoy some good wine (we ordered the house white wine) and the service was fenomenal. 10/10

Possibly the best tuna I've ever had. I ordered the marinated sardines to start, and warm tuna salad - they give you a mountain of tuna, definitely value for money. Very busy due to popular demand from customers so you can expect the environment to be chaotic but waiters nevertheless attentive. I came right at opening time during lunch and was able to get a table without reservation, but I saw several people wait to get seated later on. Food comes out very fast though.

Visited this restaurant recently and had an overall great experience. The food was absolutely delicious! The tuna tartare was incredibly fresh, the tataki was very tasty, and the mussels were excellent as well. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which added to the pleasant atmosphere. However, it was quite noisy, making it difficult to have a conversation. Despite the noise, we enjoyed our time and the amazing food.

Haciendo honor a su nombre, buen pescado. Y solo pescado 🐟 Probamos un tataki exquisitos y un calamar riquísimo. Boquerones también muy ricos. Y el vino, Sobremar, de uva Palomino muy correcto también. Al local le falta un poco de ambiente para a sea más acogedor. En terraza mejor. Y el personal muy atento y ágil en el servicio.

Es recomendable reservar. Tienen servicio de terraza y algunas mesas dentro. Degustamos el variado de atún y unas sardinas en escabeche. El atún estaba espectacular en todas sus formas, la verdad, la cocina lo dejo perfecto, se deshacía en la boca. Las sardinas de buen sabor junto con las verduras que les acompañaba. El postre estaba cremoso, no muy dulce, perfecto. Volveremos.

Quedamos encantados con este restaurante! Pedimos gambas blancas, estaban exquisitas, y atún en cuatro tipos con una presentación muy buena y muy rico. Comimos también arroz con pescado y marisco muy sabrosa. Muy buena relación calidad y precios. Nos atendió un camarero muy simpático y atento. Yo soy celíaca y no tuve ningún inconveniente.

Fuimos sin reserva sobre las 20:30 y había bastante sitio aunque sobre las 21:15 ya estaba todo lleno y gente esperando fuera. Nos sorprendió gratamente la calidad de la comida y también la amabilidad del servicio. Probamos el variado de atún, las almejas, el tartar y las puntillitas. Todo muy bien preparado y creemos que a precio acorde a la calidad. Por poner alguna cosa a mejorar, la tarta de queso creo que podría ser mejor. Recomendamos 100% el sitio!!

Restaurante en pleno centro del jardín de la alameda. Dispone de terraza exterior con toldos muy agradable para comer fuera. Gran variedad de platos de pescado fresco y ensaladas. El cazón estaba espectacular y la ensalada templada de atún también. Buen servicio y sobre todo muy rápido. Camareros de trato agradable y muy atentos. Recomendable 100x100. Volveremos seguro. No dispone de servicio de cafés.

The restaurant is located in front of the port gate in a nice square. You can also step in from the oldtown. The waiters are kind ,helpful and attentive from the beggining till the end . The arroz was quiet good and plenty for two person . At the and they invited us for a dessert wine however we couldn’t eat more :)

Good andalusian fish restaurant. Can be a little hectic inside. My grilled seabass was nice, but could have been filleted better. Vegetables were top notch. Service was top, afterwards a cherry on the house. Generally recommended.

I was very well attended except for the end when it took them a while to come and charge me (10 minutes) and I was one of the last ones at the restaurant so it wasn’t because they were busy with other tables. The tuna tartar was very good and tasty and the Catalan cream was quite plain and didn’t taste like much. They were very nice and received and attended me very well and the food over all was good. I wish I could have tried the seafood rice which looked amazing but I’m a solo traveler and it’s for minimum two people. They also charged me for the bread and olives which I literally did not touch or ask for but I didn’t really feel like arguing over 1.50€. Overall a good experience but would not order the Catalan cream again or recommend it haha.

Here's proof that once in a while, you need to send stuff back. This piece of belly tuna was almost impossible to cut, with a steak knife that would otherwise be acceptable in a chefs kitchen set. And it smelled...not fresh fish smell...back of the fridge way too long smell. Thankfully, I switched to the local mulloway (as we know it on oz). The fish would have been 4kg or more, and there was a technique problem. When you cook a thick piece or whole fish, its important to start it in the pan, and finish in the oven. This piece seemed to be pure pan..you get a good crust, but much of the fish will be dry. The exception will be the last part to cook, which will be heavenly, as this was. The oven tends to even out this process. The veggies were decent as was the cheesecake. The wines by the glass were ok, and the "what do you want?" waiter picked up his game after he saw the fish crime they tried to pass to us. If you choose well, you'll have an ok experience here.
