Jersey Mike's Subs

This was my first time coming to this specific location . My brother and I were looking over the menu due to not having Jersey mikes in over a year or so, the lady with purple hair missed to enter the drinks after just asking if we’d like drinks.. we agreed to drinks . There’s a lady who has visible tattoos with colorful braids that giving other customers attitude when they asked if they could have something something from their side of the countertop . And to top it off we checked out with our missing drinks I told them I was missing my drinks after the lady forgot to enter it and just shrugged and gave me a look as if it was my fault . They don’t display name tags so I can’t provide that . But my first experience in this store really turned my way of thinking for the staff . Rude and didn’t try to provide excellent customer service

I ordered a giant sub with extra meat and extra cheese i called to tell them that wasn't what I got and they told me they couldn't do anything about it and I should call back tomorrow also said I had already called when I had not the guy then said well we can't do anything about it so call tomorrow we'll be open. This all occurred at 7:30 food was picked up at 7:20 took it back and they it's got meat on it still didn't get what I ordered or payed for this is the best way to lose loyal customers.

This was the worst sandwich ever. I was so excited because I had enough points to get a free giant sub. I invited my son over to eat because he had never had a Jersey Mike's. I asked to have half of it, Mike's way and the other half mayonnaise, and everything else on it, except oil and vinegar. My bun was so hard when you picked it up. It would flake off and crack. There might have been a couple of little pieces of lettuce, one very thin tomato on each section. And, one of the four sections was supposed to be mayonnaise with everything on it, and it had mayonnaise and a pickle, I think, and that was it. I was so embarrassed because I had told him how good they were. And every time I got one before, it was really good. I don't know if I'll be back anytime soon. There are other sandwich shops in town. Although Jersey Mike's was my favorite until today. I don't know what happened if it were a different employee. Or the company has changed the way they make things.I don't know, but I was not happy. The pictures I am posting tell the story in itself. This is how it looked when I opened it up. I guess I should have called to speak to the manager.But I posted these pictures, and they can see them online. Like I said, I didn't have to pay anything for it because I redeemed my points, but I think I should deserve some kind of compensation with a coupon or something. I am in closing a picture that I had exactly what I ordered. The sandwich was really gross! 😩

Not very happy about the brown lettuce we were served. Then the manager acted like he didn’t believe the lettuce was brown when we contacted him to let him know that the lettuce they had served us was not fresh when supposed to be cut fresh daily. If this was then it was definitely not stored properly or left out over the limited healthy time. What’s your thoughts?

Ordered giant chipotle cheesesteak double meat through door dash, took over 45 minutes to make, was deliveres cold, no double portion and was made with chicken instead of steak, for over $30 on 1 sub you would expect better this place is terrible

Ordered 2 sandwiches. One of them a Philly Cheese man should have told me. I was going to have to wait 20 minutes. My wife finished her meal before I even got mine. When I canceled, it took time to get canceled.Also when questioning about time Cook said gonna take a while.I'm only one man. If I'd have known, I would've ordered something else.Complete disregard for customers.

I ordered a number 26 and received something totally different. This was a pickup order. I got all the way home just to have to come back. The cashier was very friendly. There’s a ton of people who came in after me that got their subs and left, while I still had to wait for mine to be remade as if I’m the one that messed it up. I should’ve been priority! I won’t be back to this location.

Went to Jersey Mike’s for the first time today. I placed the order online for 2 sandwiches and went in to pick it up. I walked and and was not acknowledged for a few minutes. I had waited for almost 15 minutes when I finally got the order. While I was waiting there was no other customers and the 3 staff members were joking around and taking their time. The woman making the sandwich had already made mine and was just working on the last sandwich. An older woman of the 3 was talking about how she has an infection on her arm, she was scratching over the counter and she said she thought that it was from when she was in jail a few weeks ago. That same lady picked up the phone and hung up on a customer as soon as she answered. Very poor experience and will not be back.

They made me buy a whole other sandwich after my first came with mayo.

Just left the store with NOTHING. The 3 employees work just as well as the credit card machine. When customers walk into an establishment and no acknowledgement is given, people are immediately given the impression they aren't welcome in the store. The employees were busy and could have easily said, "we will be with you shortly" or something. Nothing was said and we waited for a good 15 minutes. We understood they were busy, but customer service should be key to a successful business. Mr. Gatti's Pizza next door was so pleasant to deal with.
