Little Caesars

Pretty bummed. Worked all day and got a pizza for my family. Told it would be ten minutes, 30 minutes later this is what comes out. They were apologetic for the wait but still just bummed. Tastes awful and looks like they literally chucked it in the box.

Did an online order for an extra most best pepperoni. I know this is little ceasars but come on there is no cheese no sauce they didn’t cut it, and it wasn’t even done. How do you mess up this bad

Thank you Christian for fixing everyone else problem tonight and for the other 3 workers ( 2 guys & 1 girl ) that wasn’t working do better it’s part of the job you sign up for. Management has to do better at this location. A random African American guy was just walking to the back of the kitchen like nothing very unsafe knowing there’s food in the back he went pass the counter several times. My pizza was undercooked no hair net very disappointed 09/15/21

Place fluctuates with their pizza quality. Last time I got really good deep dish but this time it was undercooked, messy and badly cut. I used to work here so I know what their pizza is supposed it look like

The sauce was salty and there was hair cooked in my food and they r so rude. Don't ever go here

Walked in, no Hello or greeting just 3 mins of being ignored while 2 winners in life discussed different ways to count the cash drawer. I don't expect much from little ceasers, but I do expect at least the bare minimum

Ordered the pretzel crust pizza . I get it everytime you have it . The reason is because of the cheese sauce instead of pizza sauce . ( I'm allergic to the pizza sauce ) I walked in and ordered my pizza . I waited about 15 minutes which I didn't mind ,but it was so hot in the store . Got home after a really bad day at work , in a wreck on the way home (on 35) Got my pizza , went home looking forward to my pizza . Number one when I opened it , it looked overbooked. Ok , took one bite & thought this doesn't taste right . Took another bite & realized it had pizza sauce on it . People make mistakes . The girl I talked to really didn't care as I explained the situation. She was talking about a new policy . " you get the cheese sauce when you order on line ( I don't do on line anything ) if you come into the store you get pizza sauce ." I asked for a refund . She wouldn't take my name. Said I would have to bring the pizza back for a refund . I hung up . Thought about it & called back . I asked to speak to the manager, she said " I am the manager " I started to explain that I just called & she hung up on me . So I called back . This time a guy answered . I asked if he was the one taking orders . He said yes. Again I explained , he starts by saying you have to ask for the cheese sauce . Never had to do that before . Really bad service . Really bad pizza . Really bad customer service. Horrible manager . I was just in there last week , ordered without all of the issues . Pizza was good . Too bad thereis no concern for doing good on your job . You should have them attend a class on proper work ethics & customer service . NEVER , will I ever order another pizza from you. Ive never had such issues at other locations. /ALL CUSTOMERS BEWARE! All you will get at this location is bad attitudes , bad service , & bad pizza .

Bad vibes from the moment you look at it. The building and parking lot are dingy and dirty. The inside isn't much better and the staff isn't much help. Tried a few different times and days, but they never have anything hot & ready, everything is usually a 20 minute wait! You'll be happier going just about anywhere else.

Very disappointed. We had ordered crazy bread and pepperoni pizza. The crazy bread was very undercooked, greased dough like lumps. When I had called to let them know it was undercooked, the staff was chuckling in the background. Then my husband gets there to pick up the new crazy bread, and another lady came in because she received the wrong order. My husband then watched the staff go into the back and laugh about serving the wrong order. I understand mistakes happen, but the laughing and mockery is so unprofessional, especially in the service business. The crazy bread we did receive was very bland with minimal spices on it leaving it very flavorless. **** I hope they get better management in the future.

I just wanted to say I was at this location yesterday evening and I was in shock about how (I'm assuming) the manager on duty. Older skinny man with a beard. The way he speaks to his employees had my jaw on the floor!! I am a GM at another restaurant and I would NEVER speak to staff that way nor would I tolerate that behavior. He was very aggressive and wasn't calling employees by name. He yelled "YOU, THAT GIRL!! GET OVER HERE NOW!!" I wanted to speak up for the young girl. She seemed very sweet. Whoever that employee is, I hope you read this and consider coming to work for me. You'll be treated with more respect and never have to deal with unnecessary attitude.
