I did not like this burger king much. For one you have to wait to get key to go to restroom. French fries were greasy, hamburger was undercooked--course there were alot of people y that happens. THEY did cook the hamburger little more when i asked. All you can drink soda dispensar. Still do not recommend unless you having a really has hamburger attack.

The employees are really slow it took me 25 minutes in line for them to take my order. There were only 4 people Infront of me but they kept helping the Uber drivers first. And after I got my order the fries were beyond salty and not eatable. And they put no ketchup inside my bag or napkins. Very poor service.

Employees need to pay more attention to the customer when ordering as well as leave the relationship with the girlfriend at home and arguments they are there to provide a service and provide a good product not be hanging out with the girlfriend and not provide customer service when. Worst milkshakes around. & if you want a decent head. You must pay extra. Not very well made, advertised, or promoted. Look else where for a cool frothy treat, trust!

Bad experience. Parking - plentiful when I went. Beggars inside parking lot. Food - we ordered two identical burgers. One was cold, the other super greasy. Ambience - modern decoration, ghetto customers. I like BK, but this is their worst one in the city.

Terrible service. The hamburger was frozen. I asked to plug in my phone, but they refused. I told them I only needed 10 minutes to charge it while I ate. That was 193 pesos wasted. I had to throw their product away right there. I threw away their food garbage.

Usually American fast food in foreign countries are higher quality and different. This is one of the exceptions. Tastes worst than in the US with smaller portions at the same price.

Just Me

I honestly don't know what is going on with the Burger King's here in Tijuana. Second one I visited that is just horrible. First of all the cashier never even acknowledge we were there by greeting us. Never told us to give her a moment. She just looked at us and continued ignoring us. There was only one other customer there when we got there. To top it all off. She dropped a French fry. But instead of throwing it away. She just picked it up and put it back in with the other fries. At that point my husband decided we were leaving. Thank God we did not eat there. If you want to eat at Burger King. Visit the one at Plaza Río.

Very bad coustermer service...the workers don't care for clients .. not only bad service but the food is not great fry's old ... By that I mean is once they take them out from the fryer they must sit there for over half an hour the worker himself said that's why so I did get fresh ones but why should they even give the clients any old food .. food we are paying for .. I think they are not even worth a star at all but to post this I have to out a star or I can't post .. so be a judge and try it out I would not to be honest ..
