You can depend on Burger King if you want american food, no matter what country. In this case it was most appropriate for a quick snack in an open square, table outdoors, hi-fi available, and restrooms were clean.

I’ve been to this location multiple times since the renovation. Always impressed by how friendly and professional the employees are. I’ve done mobile order pickups, drive thru for lunch, and now a couple dinners there. (Usually custom orders for several people.) Food is always correct and HOT. Very different atmosphere than the other local fast food restaurants. It's now the only place I bother to visit when I want something quick.

Reliable place but oftentimes overcrowded and it has no bathrooms (the McDonald's next to it has bathrooms). Proceed with caution

Food was as expected. There was leftover trash from diners on almost every table. I have been to other fast food places in Spain but never seen this much trash. Bathroom floors were also wet and smelled bad, toilet paper scattered around. I ordered food to use the bathroom but would not do it again.

Inattentive staff, pop machine out of most flavors, no napkins, no large cup lids, no toilet paper, men's bathroom locked and not available. Pretty pitiful overall.

Could be cleaner. They also gave me a spoon for my salad because that's all they had :)

Reviews are something I never do but the older lady with the dreads is extremely rude. HER co worker, the big fella with the big beard fumbled all over his greeting AND MY ORDER, I never said really anything but I drove off before he could get my name, he goes and cries to this lady about it and she in the back YELLING about why does she have to do extra… uh because YOU work there! Food is always good but never again. She’s too old for that and too old to be….. nevermind. I’ll stop there. Very unprofessional.

Bathrooms were absolutely appalling. Black mold all over the ceiling and horrible smell. GO TO THE MCDONALDS NEXT DOOR

I ask for a coup of water and they say" water free only in the wc". Burguer king have shame on you. How the humans achive this point

Slowest "fast" food I ever experienced. Waited more than 20 minutes for two burgers at 5pm. I was bored so much, that I started to count times of the process: ~15s to put on a sticker, ~19s to click a button on the cash register, ~17s to put a meat in a burger... Two guys worked and the third was just waiting to grab it and put on the tray... As a fan of Burger King in Czech, I died inside while watching them...

Ok guys, be real. This is probably the worst possible Burger King I’ve been to. There were only 4 people and they were literally trampling the food. There was no one to clean the table and the upstairs had no breathable air: it smelt like oil. There was only one toilet with no soap or toilet paper. Guys, pls close down, you would do everyone a favour.

This place was FILTHY! There was trash everywhere and there was NO toiletpaper in any of the toilets. The toilets were also overflowing with trash and there was something on the walls. I went and told the employees that there wasn’t any toilet paper and NO one spoke english…Also almost all of the ordering machines were broken so the ordering was slow and there was a big line. The food was cold and the fries were soggy and unsalted. Including the long wait time of 40minutes for some fries. I’m SO dissapointed in this Burger King’s employees and service. NOT coming here again!!

We where staying at the hotel behind burger king and it really seems like they never ever clean up! So much garbage on the floor and everywhere around the tables at their terrace. its so disgusting. Just pi gs working there. A pitty that BK is allowed to be on this square. It degrades it very much

The worst Burger King i ever been to. I had a whopper and a cheeseburger and both were cold, like really cold, I'm not sure if the patty even saw the grill and I'm afraid of getting salmonella, so i just took a bite and left it. Next to it is a McDonald's, GO THERE!

Worst burger king ever. Trash everywhere. Toilets dirty. But most important the burgers were dry and tasted like they were reheated several times. Never had so bad food in a burger king

It took us more than 25 minutes to get our sandwiches It was a chaos Tables very extremely dirty Restrooms for men are closed Not a very good image for Burger King I went for two reasons : - I was in hurry (finally late) - I wanted a restaurant I could trust easily (it was not a trusted Burger King)

Visited this Burger King to get a quick snack and use the bathroom. My wife was standing in line to use the bathroom and there was a very rude employee yelling that you had to show your ticket to stand in line. I was placing the order and did not have the ticket yet. When I had the ticket for my purchase she got back in line but there was one toilet working for men and women. When she it was her turn the bathroom was very duty and had no toilet paper. So we gave up on the bathroom. We then waited for our order to be ready, but it took so long that we had to leave because our tour bus was leaving.

I’ve never gone out my way to write a negative review but here we are. When going through the drive-through tonight with my fussy baby and my husband, the person taking our money was slow and it took over 10 minutes to take our card to pay for our order. we were very frustrated because we wanted to get home as soon as possible with our child. When going to the second window to retrieve our food, the guy at the window asked us to go park and wait. At that point my husband said no and asked for a refund instead. The guy smacked his lips and went to go get a manager. The manager refused to come and continued packing orders. The guy then continued to give us food which we didn’t want anymore. When he was about to give us all of the food, my husband politely told him we do not want the food anymore and want a refund. The guy argued with my husband and said but here’s your food- to which again my husband said we do not want anymore. The guy then grabbed the manager again to which she stomped her feet to the back and gave us a refund. She coldly told us to have a blessed day. To top it all off the guy asked for the food back which I believe is an OSHA food contamination violation but hey we gave it back willingly. The manager was rude and cold, the staff were terrible and rude. I’ve worked food service before and it’s not hard to take cash or pack orders nonetheless being kind and apologizing for the wait as we had a crying infant in the back. Do better BK

I had a coupon where two small coffees was involved. Instead of a coffee I asked, can I please have a small drink. I go to that Burger King all the time. Never had an issue substituting a small coffee for a small drink with any Burger King. Whoever was the manager today, October 9 at 9:50 AM should be fired. To be that mean an argumentative over a small cup is ridiculous. I was left without a drink and unsatisfied. I thought Burger King was having it your way

I waited in the drive through line for a mobile order, pickup time said 7:54, I received my order at 8:28. I can understand slow order times but 30 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me is a bit much

Tale of two BurgerKings in the same restaurant. This morning, my food was hot the staff was pleasant and speed was good. Tonight, I ordered at 9:30!online got there at 9:35 waited almost 15 minutes (but of course it didn’t count because she moved me when I was the only one at drive thru to clear the counter). The worst part is that when I get the food my bag rips as I take it from her and sit it on my seat so the fries and onion rings spill all over (because instead of using a large bag or two med bags she stuffs it in a med bag). Then to make matters worse everything besides the mozzarella fries were ice cold. I’m going to assume she was by herself so I could have accepted the slow service but everything being ice cold…no way.

Waited 20 mins for a door dash order. Helped another dasher after he waited for 5 minutes. Time is money. It’s a disservice to your customers too.

They're training new people so if you get your food please make sure you have everything before you leave I ordered food and waited almost 40 minutes for it to arrive through doordash and the driver had nothing to do with the time the food was cold and the drinks were spilled because burger king placed them in a bag and the bag was torn and I was missing half of my order definitely don't recommend this place and the 🍟 were spilled in the bag the manager was very rude to me when I called

The employees we rude for no reason, we waited for 10 minutes to get our food when there was one other person in front of us who also was waiting for their food, got our order wrong and got mad at us when we went in to correct it. One of the worst fast food experiences of my life

I've tried giving this Burger King multiple times hopping it to be good, and every time it has been mediocre. It is quite a shame because this Burger King is right next to where we live. They always forget something or get something wrong. The excuse they always give is it's a "training store" but then the same people are still inside there failing every single time? Honestly it is worth paying more and driving further for some better food and better service.
