Worst WORST customer service! I was there to pick up a pre ordered meal tonight. Everyone stood around and not once did an employee ask if they could help me. Finally I asked a young Mexican female for help. She could not speak Any English! Jensy was the manager which too had extremely broken English This is a shame that our world is becoming No Respect No Customer Service Won't be back

I like McDonald's, but I'm not a fan of the ordering by kiosk direction. While you can order at the counter, there is no menu board. Ordering via the kiosk takes twice as long. Not a fan of this system. The staff was perfectly wonderful, but I'm not adjusting well to the new system which, may be a "me" problem, but I would prefer the original service. If you are like me, be advised that this location doesn't have that.

This is the worst McDonalds. The food has always been fine by McD’s standards but, EVERY time i go, they screw something up. So quit going? I did. But after a year or two, im like things must have changed, right? Nope. See included picture. Ordered McGriddle, got biscuit. And after seeing the line and having already waited TWENTY MINUTES, i just decided to take it. Last time i went, I ordered unsweet tea, got sweetened. I’ll try again, maybe, in another year or two. Maybe one day, they will fix whatever is wrong. I haven’t been inside in a while but I’m guessing it’s the same manager. Which I believe is the root of their issues.

I sat in the second lane for 15 minutes while everybody behind me got into lane 1 and was able to order. Then when I honked they refused to serve me.

Went for a shake AGAIN and the magical ice cream burglers have stolen alllllll the ice cream AGAIN. The commercials are on every radio break ,yet the products are NEVER there. Way to be. Don't understand how McDonald's has the same button for toasting bread longer or cooking meat longer. Well done, of course the incompetence at fast food is that rather than toast the bread like requested. They turn the sausage into coaster and the English muffin is still raw. I really wanted a caramel frapp and was excited it was Saturday cause its my cheat day for sugar. This location RUINED my morning. I ordered my coffee with no whip get to the window and the coffee has whip. I said with a smile the order was supposed to have no whip...the waitress responds saying "well the order didn't say no whip cream" I asked the lady to fix the order and she turns around opens my drink a removes the whip with an object adds more caramel and hands me back my drink. Now the cup is missing 10% . I hand the drink back and ask for a refund. This lady get louds and tells me to pull up. So I park and go inside for my refund. I get inside and they ask me for the drink back before I can get a refund. I told the lady I gave it back to the lady at the window. She says no you didn't. She looks behind her where the drink is and say oh okay and gives me a refund. I will NEVER go back to this location again. And I will be sure to tell all my friends and associates at HCA right down the road to NEVER go here again. Worst customer service I have EVER experienced. There are two many Mcdonalds to select from to have to deal with that type of attitude. Should of read the reviews.

I have gone to this McDonals 3X in the last 1-1.5 months. 1st time tasted like I got day old bread and was cold. Thought maybe a 1 off. 2nd time my wife wanted a McRib asked for no onions. Got onions. Picked em off cause didn’t have time to go back. 3rd time tonight we ordered 2 kids meals and 2 combos. Everything that we asked for no onions on had onions. No sauce in the bag. Drove back up there this time to have things remade. Get the second order. Asked if there was sauces in the bag. They respond “yes, they should be” and walk off. We confirm. NO SAUCES!! Had to walk back in the store and ask for sauces. The service here has fallen way off recently. To not get one order right over 3 trips and a return and BAD!!! I know this review isn’t gonna stop people from going. But check everything and make them fix every mistake til they learn to get it right!!!!

Man with a service dog was being harassed by a manager because of his dog. He had showed her proof of the dog being a service dog but was still being told he needs to show proof each time. Apparently they don’t know the law in Texas that they’re not supposed to do that. Poor man was only here for a coffee and a biscuit. Service dogs are allowed anywhere any other pedestrians are. The dog was well behaved and didn’t bark or anything.

I like the drive thru lady she is very sweet. Beverages are a very important part of a people's lives here in Texas. If you say that you're going to serve an iced coffee, make it coffee, not water, Or worse yet a glass of milk with a tiny bit of coffee flavor and too much ice. For you iced coffee drinkers out there, ask McDonald's to give you a iced coffee with no cream and look at what the iced coffee looks like. it looks like caramel colored water. that's not coffee. it's watered down coffee. same with the iced tea. order an iced tea with no ice. it's clear. y'all need to do better with your beverages. it's disgusting charging people for water down drinks.

No point in mobile ordering when it takes 30 minutes to get it. The staff is super rude and couldn’t care less. Got home to 1/2 full fry’s and no Happy meal toys, after preordering and having to go inside and still wait. Just piss poor service and care

I don't expect much when it comes to McDonald's, but the Tomball location is one of the worst of the hundreds of McDonald's that I have ever visited. The management has a total lack of care and this reflects on all other employees. I have witnessed an employee telling a customer to go to Burger King cause the customer was complaining that their order was wrong. The attached picture is yet another example of an I don't care attitude. I ordered two apple pies at 8:40PM and I am sold two pies that expired at 7:00PM, 100 minutes prior! And the saddest point of all is I was able to renew my license plate at the County Tax office quicker then the time I spend in the drive thru line at this store.

Bruh I just wanted a happy meal. I didn’t even ask for extra onions I don’t know why this looks the way it does. The guy at the window blamed our order for a car mix up when we didn’t switch with any car. I understand getting frustrated with customers but this is genuinely crazy. Maybe stop having one person running the entire drive through by themselves?
