I’ve ordered food from this location a few times, and it has been okay. I ran some errands on Sunday morning and after checking their hours online, I visited this location to grab a breakfast sub. I arrived a few minutes before 9am and the place was closed, despite the posted hours next to the door, and Google maps indicating an 8am opening time. 9am came and went, and the two employees inside opened the door a few minutes late. Instead of greeting me and letting me enter, one employee began sweeping trash and setting up a table and chair outside in front. I asked about the hours and the employee complained that the owner refused to change the posted hours. Instead of ordering from them, I left and visited another subway (in Redondo Beach). That one opens on time (earlier), and has a more friendly staff.

Horrible experience, they were missing ingredients to make my sub, they didn’t have napkins. The person assembling the sandwich didn’t know what they were doing, wish I never stopped by.

This store has a CONSTANT issue of not being open at opening hours. It’s the fifth time this year that I come by the store between 8:15 - 9AM and it’s not ready to take orders. It says the store opens at 8AM, but the door is always locked and employees are usually not ready to serve you till close to 9AM. Super inconvenient, spare yourself the trouble of coming to this store unless it’s the middle of the afternoon.

Poor customer service. Made an online order with a large drink. Come to the store and they have no ice. They should update the app so people don’t pay extra for things they don’t have

Ridiculously expensive! Not coming back here! I payed $15 for just a 6 inch sandwich that I can make at home. And the amount of servings is less for $15. it's just not fair.

I really did not want to pay for my food after she sneezed two times. If she has to sneeze she need to move away from people food. Germs are in the air now. Gross as hell. They touch the cashier and do a lot of taking over your food I asked her to please stop talking while your are making my food.

Horrible lady working this morning. My son and I were at the door at 8am when they open. She ignored us as I knocked because the door was locked. 8:03 I knock again and she waves me and my son away as if we were bugging her. I was so upset I left because I had to take my son to school and was trying to get him lunch!!

I wish I can give this place no stars. The workers are incredibly slow and rude. I placed an online order and I actually arrived 10 minutes after it said my order would be ready because work was busy. I got there and they didn’t have the order ready. I had to stand on the side and wait another 20 minutes. They attended to the walk in clients before making my order. My entire lunch was spent and I got in trouble for coming back late to work. Gloria has the worst customer service. She never addressed me but spoke Spanish about me to her coworker. Will never visit this location again

Ely and Gloria are extremely unprofessional. I ordered online and when I arrived, Gloria told me I didn't order from them. After I pulled out the receipt, they told me they would make it and proceeded to take two more orders before making mine. My pick-up time said 1:05pm and I didn't get my order until 1:35pm. I took my entire lunch time waiting there and they both ignored me waiting and attempted to other people in line.
