We like Chili's but don't have it in our area. We had dinner since we were in the area. We started by sharing a dinner salad. The salad was fresh with a good variety of mixed greens with fresh cucumber and tomatoes. The ranch dressing was very good. We shared the triple dipper, which for us was chicken wing, big mount sliders, and southwest egg rolls. The bone in chicken wings were garlic parmesan. Even though the server confirmed these were correct,to us, there was no flavor of garlic or parmensa. The taste was.mucj.closer to a mild buffalo and a bit spice. The server suggested he bring us a different flavor.so we did no seasoning. The food was all flavorful, hot, and tasty. The server was fantastic and really enhanced the experience

Always good and fun! The chicken crispers are awesome! I love their chili and all their soups! The chocolate molten cake is super yummy! The boneless wings are really good too! Friendly and helpful staff! I go here on a regular basis and always enjoy it! Great deal on the three for me. You can get a huge piece of cheesecake for 2.49 when you get the three for me.

This location is doing really well... hitting most, if not all of the marks. The employees seem very friendly and helpful. The food tastes very good and the portion sizes are desent. I love that they have Coca-cola products (Instead of Pepsi). The restaurant can get pretty noisy during peak hours, but it's to be expected. I didn't like needing to shoo flies away from my food every few minutes, but I realize that flying insects are hard to control from sneaking into the restaurant whenever the door is opened. - Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience.

This is by for my favorite spot in turlock. They have hands down the best service around great food deals and very tasty.

Had a great experience thanks to Alex at the bar. We asked to be sat at the bar versus a super small table for two. Right from the beginning, Alex acknowledged and welcomed us, let us know he was going to be right with us as he was already helping a seated bar patron/customer. When he made his way to us, he was very knowledgeable about the menu and his suggestions were on point. He kept us in the loop of how soon our food would be out. One thing we like was that he stayed constantly and consistent with all customers at the bar. He always was checking to see if anyone needed anything. He kept the bar spotless and in order the entire time we were there. Thank you Alex!

Visited this chili’s for the first time for my granddaughters birthday. Not sure what to expect, had a great server Perla she was very professional, sweet mannerisms, we did have issues with paying our bill with the little machine she kept up with our requests overall it was a pretty good experience.

Had a great lunch here. 3 for $10 is a good deal. At the end of the meal took an blueberry tea to go ( our drink during the meal) for free. Price $30. ( 2 people) Which is cheaper then some fast foods.

Eric was phenomenal. Talk about taking customer service to a whole new level. We did have a little issue with our previous order of food, but afain like i said Eric more than exceeded our expectations in taking care of us and making sure we left happy. Had an amazing experience! I ordered a chicken sandwich but couldn’t eat it because of a stomach pain that came up. After only taking 1 bite we asked for a to go box. On our way out the box fell, spilling all the food. We picked it up and threw it away but our server Jenny insisted she bring me a new one. I told her it was okay because we had already finished dining in, but she insisted. She brought us the new meal in 5 mins! She had amazing customer service, and made us feel welcome the entire time! Went for a big burger 🍔 and got what I wanted. The Double Old Timer with cheese 3 for me deal was great. The service was also great and friendly. My family and I got seated right away even with how busy it was. We will definitely be back.

Good food and good prices. Service is typically pretty good as well. The wait was only a few minutes and their drinks are delicious. Their drink specials are a good deal. They also offer 2 for $25 for one appetizer, 2 entrees and a dessert for $25, or 1 for $10 where you get a drink, appetizer and main course for $10. They also offer a "get in line" feature on their app, but its finicky to use.

Desert was delicious. The Molten chocolate cake is extremely moist and flavourful. Service was alright, I couldn't understand my waiter but I won't hold that against them. Appetizers weren't anything to write home about. Their burgers are big and juicy yet underseasoned, and the fries were soggy and forgettable. Overall I will be coming back and trying different things but that molten chocolate cake is a must!

Food was good, drinks were pretty good, but what gets this place its stars is the staff. Great energy, and good team skills. As with every place, there was a waitress with a bad attitude, but she wasn't our waitress, and other waiters helped her table as well. I was happy with my first visit, and I intend to return. It was very busy, so I will give a little slack on certain things. With a little more attention to detail, I may add another star.

Typical Chili's experience. Apparently on weekends they have all day happy hour, so next time I think I'll go on a weekend and save some money. My bill was muuuch higher than I thought it would be 😩

The food was pretty good, my grandma ordered Salmon and it was done perfectly, needed more of the sauce but that’s it. It was loud in the restaurant, and I didn’t like the atmosphere- but there’s only so much they can do about that. Not a lot of people wearing masks anymore but let’s hope they were all vaccinated. The younger servers were rushing around so they had time to stand near the door talking to eachother, which I found to be inappropriate, since the customers waiting for a table are within earshot. Overall, the experience was good but pretty frazzling.

Place was clean, food was a bit spicy for my wife and I but we are admitted wussies when it comes to food heat. The servers were polite, so no problems there. Of the chain sit-down joints I like Chili's over the other guys.

Very nice servers, a chill atmosphere, and some great deals on food. They're 2 entries for 25$ option was more than enough for my buddy and me when we went. A little pricey if you're not careful but still a solid choice for group dining.

Good food. A little unorganized though. My friends didn't have olives in their Martinis even though it was 5ish on a Friday. And only two Martini glasses in the whole restaurant seemed odd, but oh well.

I love the fries and mozzarella sticks. I got the 3 for Mee! The chips and salsa are delicious lite and crisp the salsa isn't too spicy just perfectly flavorful. I enjoyed the chicken sandwich without the bacon, it was juicy and crunchy. I poured the sweet chili zing sauce on it! Extra yummy and the classic margaritas are so flavorful and refreshing!! They have other options on that 3 for me that's just what I chose, you can't go wrong.

Our waitress was really good. One thing I did not care for is that Chili's has a robot that seats you to your table, sings happy birthday, brings out your food etc. Technology has gotten ridiculous when its taking human contact and jobs away!! I dont want the impersonal contact of a robot.

Ill give them a 4 out of 5 so they have something to work toward.

They were busy for a Monday night but we were seated quickly just before 6:00pm. After that there was a waiting list. They have 2 areas to dine, the bar area with TV on which the sports were being viewed, and the regular dining area. Our server was very friendly and out going and when I was told they were out of Truly sparkling water he offered suggestions to replace it. I appreciated that. Our dinner arrived very quickly and was piping hot and was prepared well. Portion size is generous and we took some home for lunch the next day. The menu is varied, with starters that can be eaten as a meal. They also have a kids menu. Atmosphere is nice and family friendly.

The burgers were solid, and the ribs had great flavor, but they were a little drier than I expected. The margaritas? Fantastic. Service was friendly but slow, especially when it got busy. The atmosphere is fun, but it can be noisy. Decent place for casual dining, just don’t expect anything fancy.

Coming here to this establishment, They seat you as to either “bar” side or the far other side. (Note). When ordering drinks from bar in regards to “ happy hour”, we were told that all “happy hour” proces apply only to when ordered at the “bar”. That was the only difference, between Applebees and this place. I came to this place, by fluk. Applebees made us wait 10 minutes, while there was a whole bunch of seat to be seated elsewhere. This was 2nd choice and will be 1st choice next time. We ordered the BBQ platter. Which was really good. The corn on the cob was on point. The fries were crunchy, the strips were crunchy. We ordered dipping sauce on the side so the strips stay crunchy. We ordered dry rub ribs. Which I thought would have been more juicier than dry. Other than that everything was on point. Next time we will order sauce on ribs. Not to mention the different times of “happy hours” they have.

She checked on us way too many times, but that's better than way too little. I think she checked on us like 6 times. She was patient and kind with my ordering mistake. We had the trio meal. I ordered the cheese and dip for 2.49 extra so i could get three dips and unlimited chips. I don't recommend the sizzling queso dip. It's white cheese and bean dip. I think i would have been better off with just white queso. The Guac was great either that or I was super in want of food. It wasn't at all bland like many places . The chicken sandwich was great in texture, but the flavor was underwhelming. I still enjoyed everything though. I ordered honey mustard on the side and put that on my sandwich.

Stopped here on the way home for some grub. They did not disappoint. Our server was so friendly and attentive. I just wish I could remember her name. Our food was delicious!!! My wife had the sirloin topped with mushrooms, my niece had the sirloin with shrimp, and I had the ribeye with shrimp. To my surprise, it was very tasty. The loaded mashed potatoes were very good and the broccoli was steamed to perfection! Chili's is becoming one of my favorite spots.

Our server was positive, polite, courteous and attentive. The food was excellent. Totally better than Red Robin. They had a great special going on that included a drink (soda/lemonade), soup or salad & then some great choices for an antree'. Usually I'm not one to give my two sense, but this past visit to this location was unacceptable!!! The server was oddly super rude to me, but especially attentive to my boyfriend!!! Not only did she have a passive aggressive tone when I was ordering! But she took a special liking to my partner and started calling him pet names in front of me, and my two friends we were dining with. I get it, people have bad shifts and will do anything to get tipped. But, as a former server myself, being innapropriate with a customer and being rude is an example of bad service!!! Other than that, the food was tasty, I just didn't appreciate the poor service we got that night!

Waitress couldn't get our orders right after several attempts and we were basically ignored the entire time we were there. Fries were cold and had to send them back, food itself wasn't up to par, not picky, but honestly one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had!

The dining establishment appeared to be in a state of disrepair, and they lacked the appropriate cups for children, despite the presence of seven minors in our party. It was not an ideal situation to have a six-year-old child attempting to hold a heavy glass cup designed for adults, but we managed to find a solution.

We go there quite a bit for our dinners as a family & if it’s going to continue to be an uncomfortable feeling & being so rushed out of there we won’t be going back. Especially when your diner was empty at that! & the waitress had a trainer & for him to just take our plates was bold of a new employee. You want to keep customers & connect with them & not rudely rush us out of there.

DO NOT EAT HERE! The servers are great! But the kitchen staff does NOT use gloves. My kid use to work there and told me how some of the workers in the kitchen dropped the tongs on the floor, picked it back up and continued to use it to cook. Disgusting!! No wonder why my nephew got sick after eating from there a few months ago. Please buy food gloves for your kitchen staff to prep the food.

I am not writing this review to get any incentives; I'm simply sharing my experience of how I poorly I was treated; so you can better train your staff. I placed Togo order in person Yesterday 10/6/2021 around 1:20pm; with Jessica (new hire in training). The girl who was training Jessica was absolutely rude and made me feel I was guilty for placing a Togo order. Jessica was nice and helpful but the "trainer" was a disaster. I placed three lunch entrées. I was told my food would be ready around 1:45pm...1:50pm rolled; I got out of my car and approached towards the Togo door; the "trainer" Togo was walking back to the restaurant (designated same Togo door) after delivering a curbside to a customer & I was right behind her. she opened the door; walked right in and shut the door on me...that was customer service I received from her. She didn't say a word; she grabbed my food bag from the counter, handed to me and walked away. I didn't get a straw with my drink; so I asked Jessica (she was nearby ) to give me a straw and she did. I come back to my work and open my food bag; There were no napkins or utensils. I completely understand our service industry is facing short staff issues but please coach your employees that it costs $0 to be a nice human! all she could have done was a simple smile and talk in a nice manner. Her attitude was not necessary. However; Jessica was sweet and quite helpful but I'm afraid she would turn into her "trainer" one day. Please have some else with better personality train your new hires. Thank you!

First time here and ordered a pick up. I got the buffalo style salad and it's the nastiest salad I've tried. How can they mess up on a simple salad. Definitely not going back. I could have just had chicken without the quesadillas.Cheese and the chicken was too large.To be in that case, ideas they should have at least shredded.The chicken not making it in lumps like chicken strips. And they gave me some chips.That was from the end of the bag meaning the chips was broke up really small in crumb pieces. I wasted 40 some dollars over food.That was not even good.I'm appalled at that food.

It was severely crowded and no one was in control of the circus we were at. It’s crazy that I pay to enjoy a good meal out and get a lazy waitress with attitude every time we asked for something. The food was cold And $6 for a watered down watermelon margarita. Avoid at all costs!!! Waste of time and money!!

I ordered my dinner on the app. So doordash picked up my food . He delivered to the wrong house . The restaurant gave me the run around and doordash didn't help either.

Used to be one of our go-to spots for the family and I but not after our last horrific experience. So shortly after sitting down at a table a cockroach ran across the table yet we still decided to stay all three of us ordered the same burger and all three of us got sick two were vomiting the next day (probably food poisoning)
