I want to thank you for paying attention to the problem we had and fixing itThe sprite tastes very fresh. I bought a Sprite and when I tasted it , it has a mildewed taste. My boyfriend’s stomach was sick and I got it for him. Good thing I tasted it first. When we approached Kayla and a gentleman seemed to be a manager as well, he checked it too and said the same thing. Kayla said she wasn’t going to change the soda bag because it was full , even if it tasted bad. Bad customer service unfortunately.

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding an unacceptable experience at the McDonald’s located at 2400 Geer Rd, Turlock, CA 95382. Date of incident: December 18, 2025 Time: Approximately 2:40 PM During my visit, I encountered extremely rude and unprofessional behavior from the staff. After placing an order totaling approximately $30–$40, I was told I would be charged $0.25 for a single ranch dressing, and that this charge would require a separate transaction. I have never experienced this at any McDonald’s location before. The manager on duty, Harleen, handled the situation very poorly. Rather than offering a courteous explanation or exercising basic customer service judgment, she repeatedly stated, “pay 25 cents,” in a dismissive and unprofessional manner. Her attitude was unacceptable and far below the standards expected of a manager. Additionally, when I requested a cup of water, another staff member, Eric, informed me that I could also be charged for the water cup. I told him to proceed with the charge if necessary and was prepared to complete another transaction for a few cents. While I ultimately was not charged, the manner in which both Harleen and Eric interacted with me was inappropriate and disrespectful. If the manager herself demonstrates such poor professionalism and customer service, it raises serious concerns about staff training and overall management at this location. Charging extra for condiments—especially after a substantial food purchase—is frustrating enough, but the lack of courtesy and respect significantly worsened the experience. This incident reflects poorly on both the franchise and the McDonald’s brand. I respectfully request that McDonald’s corporate and the franchise owner investigate this matter, review staff conduct, and take appropriate corrective and retraining actions to ensure customers are treated with basic respect in the future. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

Horrible experience at McDonald’s. I understand that this is a fast food place. However the staff lacks basic courtesy and act like they do not want to be there. In addition to that they missed two items in my order and when I went to speak to the manager she was worse then the entire staff and still refused to give me the two small fries that I paid for. She said sorry and walked off. Waited five minutes and I just walked away! Countryside is way better than geer road!

I went to this location tonight 3/13/25 and ordered 3 items. 2 of the 3 were great. However, my sprite tasted like mold, and I thought maybe it was just me so I got a second opinion. Pulled over to look at it and it is discolored and foggy! Absolutely disgusted and am hoping I don’t get sick from this. Do better!

We came through the drive through and were sent to park even though there wasn’t anyone else on the drive through. After us we noticed a bunch of people getting parked. We have other worked drive through so we understand that they are trying to keep their drive through times low, that was not what got us to this rating. We got our food and we could tell they literally threw our food in the bag in a rush. We were rushed, not treated like paying customers and put in a parking spot like just another number. The solution to lower drive through times isn’t parking cars and giving crappy orders, it’s to being more efficient via training and refreshers. We won’t be coming back to this McDonald’s moving forward. Countryside McDonald’s will get our business moving forward. We don't expect 5 start restaurant treatment when we come to a fast food joint but don’t rush us and park us to then throw our food in a bag that where we have to dig for fries at the bottom of two burgers. Be a tiny bit more careful with your work.

Just a bunch of low IQ individuals. And I say that with very good reason. The past few times we've ordered on door dash McDonalds forgets at least one item. Well today they went above and beyond, they managed to forget 40 chicken nuggets and two large fries. HOW!?!? Always with this freaking store, horrible service, forgetful staff just overall complete garage. Go to the Monte Vista McDonald's they are waaaay better. Fast, friendly and you get everything you ordered. Unlike the McDonald's geer store.
