I always enjoy going to this location due to the professionalism of the staff, and the quality of service they provide. I really enjoy leslie in the mornings she is a hard worker, also in afternoon I always enjoy seeing Julianna, and Stephabie. They are always doing a good job with the 5 pm rush. Because of that I always go to this location at least 4 times a week.
One of the best subways I have ever been to. The staff is polite and friendly, and just an absolute joy to be around! I go practically every week. In all honesty Subway should should be proud to have workers like the ones here. Keep up the great job guys!

This location doesn't honor promotional deals To clarify from a response by the owner, this was for a deal that is supposed to be valid from the beginning of this month to Dec 31 2021, not starting January 1st. So apparently the owner of this location also lies in an attempt to discredit negative reviews.
The lady running the counter, Aidee, took multiple phone orders before dealing with a growing line of 3+ customers waiting patiently for over 15 minutes. Extremely frustrated worth watching food made for those who weren't there sit on the counter while waiting to even order. As I left with mu small order, I heard her ask the next man in line to wait at least 5 minutes while she handled another phone order instead of dealing with the 5 person line. Awful priorities.
Don't eat here. This is most expensive Subway on earth with the worst customer service and poor services. My tortilla spinach sub had 1 scoop of chicken with minimal toppings and cost $12.99 while a foot long chicken with 2 scoops of chicken and lots of toppings cost 9.99. When I complained I was told that's the way it is. Apparently they are not corporate 😕 🙄 😐. Will never eat here again
Had a sandwich that was messed up. Called to ask if I can get it remade and they told me to come back and they could remake it. When arriving they acted like they had no idea what was going on and wanted me to call the “General Manager” Muneet Sandhu on his personal phone number. When calling they would pick up the phone and hang up. some people should not be Business owners.
i ordered online footlong sandwich it was disaster i ordered veggie pattie with 3 sauces and there is no sauce its only mayo in it i don’t recommend this one 0.5 star out of 5
On Monday 2/17 me and my wife went in and they had us wait ten minutes while no one was in the entire place besides me and my wife, they were making call in orders. My wife mentioned to them that don’t you serve your customers she said yes sometimes, they she acted as if she didn’t care so we just left. Bad service and bad attitude these two Hispanic women have. Very unprofessional in customer service. Hope the owner hires some more people with better customer service.
Today I walked in the subway on gear Road was ordering my sandwiches for me and my family and before I could pick the vegetables I noticed about 10 flies in the case with the vegetables and toppings and the employee told me there’s nothing she can do. that’s how it is there This was Sunday December 22, 2024 at 6:30 in the evening lady there was very rude I would not recommend or go back horrible experience
my least favorite subway but only one close by. Workers always have attitude and usually go for a flatbread with chicken but was told that flatbread cant have chicken because it cant be warmed up. I've been here many times and got the same thing many times. its not a big deal but the way she handled it was very snarky and stand off. Also got a build your own ham with just lettuce and pickles but was charged for a grand slam when I never asked for extra meat. she just seemed to hate her job and what she does, nd if so thats not my issue so don't take it out on our food. receipt says served by 144.
The young lady with the lip ring and tattoos has been repeatedly nasty to customers. She finished our sandwiches and I had asked for 2 footlong cookies and 3 churros.we waited 14 minutes for her to heat take them out and let them sit ion the counter to get cold. And then she tells me they were sold out of footlong cookies. And to pick my 2 little cookies! I was shocked! Clearly she hates her job! Please someone talk to her!OMG!!! OUR FOOD WAS COLD!
Don’t come here went on Sunday and service was horrible felt mistreated after I told them they messed my order was a simple mistake and understood but a little to much sas. This was my go to subway but staff isn’t good definitely going to another for sure
When I went there today (November 3, 2021), I ordered a pepperoni-and-shredded-cheese footlong on sourdough bread (toasted). For some weird reason, a stray vegetable got in the way of my sub. I will never forgive the person who served me the sandwich for cross contamination, and that's the last time I ever go here. If you don't like cross contamination, this is not the place for you to go to to order anything.
They refused to serve me 5 minutes before closing. Staff indicated they were "technically" closed and apologized. When I indicated I would be making a complaint to the owner, the "Manager" on duty refused to identfy herself and the other employee decided he would follow suit also. Bad business practices can ruin a business. Recommend staff training.
Order a cold cut combo and bf ordered his regualar. They got the orders totally wrong gave him what was supposed to be on my sandwich on his. Vise versa. I mean how can you forget the cheese? Let alone cant you guys read orders? So specific and easy. Called to complain but they blame doordash. You guys made the food. They just deliver. Poor food service and poor management.
Used to be a good place, until they got new staff. They never warm my veggie Patty, typically look bored and always having their own side conversations. Sandwich comes out a mess. I stopped going here just because of your staff!! Rather take my business elsewhere.
