This is a great location! The employees are very friendly. I got a bowl my husband got a smoothie. They were made to perfection. The store is very clean and so is the bathroom!

Depending on who is working, ordering ahead doesnt always matter. They have one person in the before office hours shift. There is one woman who moves with the speed of light and you might get lucky. Expect a 5-10 minute wait no matter how you ordered. Just put your waiting hat on and don't grumble, they are making food and drinks as fast as possible.

Love the staff here at this location. They are friendly. One of the staff there has the best recommendations and I’ve never had an issue with my drink. I love this location because it’s close to my job and I can run in and out without waiting a long time for my drink.

This shopping center has a little bit of everything, you have your Supermarket, coffee shop, fast food places, and some other knick-knacks that are also good on the shopping trip. There's always parking and is very accessible from any of the surrounding streets easy to notice and easy to go in and out

Stopped in tonight on my way to shopping center. And Marie made the best MANGO A GOGO I've ever had. Flavor and smoothness was TOPS. 👍👍

My go-to drink is the vitamin c booster with a shot of teragon on the side. It gives me the energy to get going as well as peace of mind I took a multivitamin

Great place to shop. Everyrhing is new and still growing. There is ample parking. Easy entry and exit from all sides.

Decent plaza with important stores

I would rate the location a 4.5. Super clean area, large parking lot... upscale location with down to Earth 🌎 people. We arrived super early, and my daughters were attended by quickly and with a good attitude 😀. Always provide delicious drinks and perfect kicknacks for the road. Ample space, with places to sit and enjoy the visit.

A special Jamba Juice store that has kids playground and mini game section. This store is clean and organized. Drinks are quick as well. I ordered something very pretty that has light blue color. Can’t remember the exact name but if you show the staff the picture they can do it.

Wish the Acai was more solid/frozen.. turns to soup to quick

Surprisingly pretty good. It's hard to get a real authentic Texas style BBQ in California. This place gets a "B" for effort.

Pretty consistent. Price sure has gone up a lot. $5.99 for a small smoothie.

While the smoothies are still good, they are way overpriced for what you get now. They used to be one of our favorite spots, but with inflation, its one more thing I cant justify purchasing.

My order got pushed last for not leaving a tip, which I taught was only fair not to leave a tip since the lady at the counter was rude. I usually tip and tip well when the employee deserves it . This happens today at around 1:15 pm 03/14/2022. I ended up asking the other employee to cancel my order, not only because she left my oder to the end, Because she ended up putting a lot of water to my smoothie since she didn't add enough product to fill the cup. I leave 2 stars becausethe other employee was able to cancel my order, even if the lady said it was not possible even when I asked to get store credit so I could go to another location.

I have yet to get a properly made drink from this location! I frequent culver & walnut, harvard & main and the non existent tustin market place which I live closest to... I can't figure out why I get a runny apples & greens everytime here! Staff is very nice but product sucks from only this location, theres never anyone in line and my smoothie is always wrong and I've now had almost a dozen drinks from kensington & valencia. I prefer not to complaining but please learn to make your drinks proper! I dodon even wanna go back to this location just gamble my money on an automatic loss. I suggest you secretly do a taste between multiple stores and tell me your honest opinion

Disappointed. This is by far the cheapest of the cheapest jamba I have ever been to. This is a a $7 açai bowl....yes it's barely half full, if that. Wow I know fruit is expensive but don't charge me for a fruit bowl and give me half instead. The chili mango smoothie was ok...except they didn't put any chili in it every other jamba in the area does it right, these guys are just being greedy.

Purchased 2oz shots but was only given 1oz shots... Employees had attitude after questioning the amount given. Will never go to this location ever again!!!

Most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered at a Jamba Juice. This is for the staff of 2 that was working on Wednesday January 12th 2022 at night.

Do not go here! My daughter and I went in on NYE around 1:00pm and my 10 year old daughter ordered a strawberry wave smoothie and got FOOD POISONING!!!’ It was do bad I almost took her to the hospital.

I normally go to this jamba because it's close to work. I got there early, notice they open at 6:30am. I waited in my car till 6:32am. I walked up and wiggled the door, and it was locked. A young girl came walking unlocked the door, but didn't even open the door for me noticing I'm standing right infront of it. She walked the csh register I walked and was ready to order. No good morning, no hi what can I get you, nothing. It was a hard stare and just looked at me waiting for me to give my response when she hasn't even said a word to me. I told her what no good morning? Then she said good morning with an attitude way. I then ordered and for my points had to repeat 3 times because she couldn't get the numbers correct. Once she was done, I told her to go, and then she asked if I want a lid. Of course I want a lid, it's to go. Once I left I told her please have a better day later. Very rude this young girl I never seen before. She's like fresh out of high school, or young 20s.

I ordered 2 drinks online and when I noticed mine tasted nothing like it normally does (it was revolting, to be frank), I politely asked if they can remake it, immediately I was met with a nasty accusatory attitude, the guy tried to humiliate me while he was making it by talking to me like he was talking to a 5-year-old, which I ignored. Very uncomfortable experience. I will make sure I NEVER come back to this Jamba Juice, EVER. And I’d strongly advise anyone else to do the same.

The staff were very friendly, but sadly the smoothie I got was actually inedibly gross. It tasted like how floor cleaning smells. I'm going to stick to the Jamba on Main and Harvard that I have been going to daily for the last few years even though that triples my commute to work.

Is it me or does other people order the same thing for the last 10 years but taste different everytime from this location!!? So much for enjoying my Birthday smoothie, I want my reward back😑
