They charge a drink up charge, even when you don't ask for one, they ask what sauce you want, yet never give it to you....not even ketchup.

If you are trying to get Monopoly pieces, don't go here. Seems like the employees are running a scam to steal Monopoly pieces...went last night got two big Mac meals, no issues, get breakfast this morning, large drink didn't have the Monopoly piece, then just now got big Mac and large drink, big Mac didn't have Monopoly piece, but drink did....seems fishy

Make sure they put the sauce in the bag. After asking 3x at the menu. I always have to go back inside for it. A mistake, I understand, but 6x I've went in drive thru and 6x they have failed to complete the order. I just want my nuggy's with sauce. We got to fix this. I do appreciate the speed. They are efficient. Y'all are doing okay, but it would be better with sauce 😊

I went through the drive-thru on Friday the February 27th at around 2am and ordered a Filet-O-Fish meal. The girl who initially took my order seemed polite at first. After I told her I didn’t need a receipt, she told me to have a good night. I responded with “thank you,” and she gave me a strange glare before turning around and walking back toward the kitchen. I brushed it off in that moment. When I pulled up to the second window, the employee who handed me my food also told me to have a good night. I said “thank you so much,” and she jumped slightly and snickered in a way that felt like a private joke. It immediately made me feel like something was off. When I got home, I opened my sandwich and it was not properly assembled or served. It looked thrown together and careless. The overall experience just felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. I’m not sure what was going on, but between the odd interactions and the condition of the food, the entire experience left a bad impression. I hope management addresses both the food quality and customer service at this location.

Usually McDonald's service is pretty fast. Not today here at 12:55 almost 1pm. Management can careless if you complain...money is time . My food was cold by the time they gave me my cup. Management and equipment need to be better. Some people left because it took too long for someone to come to register. Kiosk was not good to pay only for ordering

I went thru drive thru. Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese only. When picking up the order at 2nd window, I asked for ketchup. As soon as the server handed me the bag, I looked inside and there were 3 cookies. I told her it was the wrong order. She smirked and grabbed another bag. When I was able to look in the bag, there was a double cheese burger, chicken mcnuggets and fries.

Don't ever do curbside delivery here. We waited over 20 minutes for a basket of fries and it wasn't even busy. I had to go wait inside for another 5 minutes to finally get them.

I just placed an mobile order @9:48pm order number 1(666) (hit right there) which was the Grinch Meal A Sprite And A Box of Cookies!!! Food cold No Grinch Salt and that's the main reason I ordered the box.. Because I could have just gotten a big Mac meal then I could throw them cookies and break a window as hard as they are!!! Then y'all are not answering the phone... That's alright refund or remake my food!!! I will be there tomorrow for it thank you and I will bring you this dang food back.....

Extremely slow service today. It took 25 minutes from time of order to food pick up inside the restaurant. Food was hot, but left out the grinch salt from pack. It appears to me that the door dash and drive thru orders have priority over inside orders. Not our favorite McD, but is close to hospital.

My go to before my 16 hour shift, when the manager handed me my food I knew it would be great. Wrong . Cold as ever , I’ve never had a McGriddle that has been cold like it was fresh out the fridge. As the manager passed me my bag and to buy into this cold sandwich it further lets me know. A manager is just a warm body not caring about the orders as they go out the door

Really sad when the employees have to steal monopoly pieces to earn their pay while the managers get to send people home to save hours. Even more pathetic when the manager is the only one that gets paid enough to clean the toilets and they don’t even help in the middle of a rush.

I literally ordered at 2:23 PM today. I didn’t receive my order until 2:44 PM three minutes and 30 seconds to cook. It should never take that long to cook fries…. I look at the back at the screen and all the orders was served off. How can they keep track of the orders if they are serving them without actually serving the order? Nobody worked front counter so it’s no point having the lobby open

I did a table order for me and grandkids- trying to get them settled and not be in the way of the line. Five minutes past, no one was in line but our food hadn’t come. I went to the counter and there it was along with someone’s melting ice cream sitting on the counter & no staff was on sight! The food was cold unlike the ice cream… the kids were ready to eat & in their innocence they had no complaints…

I've been to this location SEVERAL nights and this is the most unprofessional, unorganized, lost group of people that I have ever encountered. I order the exact same thing every time I go there. (This is the only place that I get food from when im working at night). The drive through is EXTREMELY long and I have waited on 2 separate occasions long enough that I fall asleep in the drive-thru waiting on them. I've lost money behind the extended wait time. (At least 20 minutes in the drive thru) from the time I get to the ordering screen to the time I get my food. I constantly have to tell them (every time) when I'm there to pick up an order that I placed an order as well. The always seem to not have it and then get mad when I show them that I ordered it. Then when I get it, IT'S NEVER RIGHT!!!!! I don't say anything because the line is already wrapped past the ordering screen. I don't know the night shift managers name but good lord her attitude is terrible! There's no reason for her to get mad because they made a mistake. It's ridiculous and someone need to go in and revamp that overnight shift expeditiously!! I dont want to pick up nor order or eat from this establishment ever again.

I don't know what happened to this location but the workers are either incompetent or lazy or both. This is the second time I've ordered food and not gotten what I paid for. How hard is it to read a receipt and follow directions. When a customer orders no pickles on their burger and there is a order tag on the box stating no pickles. Why in the world do you idiotic workers still put pickles on the burger? And I like to know which worker ate my chicken nuggets cuz I never received the 12 chicken nuggets that I ordered either. Somebody is constantly stealing food from customers because I have heard other people complain that they're missing items from their orders as well!!!! Not only that, when you go in to order food, it takes you forever to get a worker to come to the register because they're all lazy and gossiping in the back. ************************************ It's McDonald's. There's not much to say but I have to say this location has awesome staff. The cashier was very friendly and wasn't bothered by the fact that my 92-year-old auntie needed just a little bit longer to place her order and pay. The cashier had a smile on her face and she was very sweet towards my auntie. Food was actually made correctly which is usually not the case at other locations I have been to.

This is what the franchise/fast food restaurant promotes…. The higher ups take the best promotional photographers of the products to attract costumers, but… What do they actually give the customers? Never have I ever received the full amount of fries as the pictures they promote… Have you protested this? Is this fair for the paying customer? Are they really giving the customers what they deserve? When you go and demand the correct amount they look at you like your crazy. Shouldn’t we receive what we paid for? At the beginning I thought maybe that’s just the way things are, but after years of this it just isn’t fair or just. I mean they won’t take a penny less of what you buy, so why should we take half of the fries 🍟 we pay for? The first screen shots are from the franchises promotional ads…. The last picture is what they actually served me…. I feel robbed!!!!! #ROBBED Modern day robbery!
