Always great for a cup of coffee. The team really tries to be quick and accurate, but they are often very busy, which sometimes means a little wait. I love the mobile app because I can order my coffee before I leave my house in the morning, and just swing by and pick it up on my way to work. Very easy and convenient.

I have been through the drive thru several times. When I am in a hurry I don't need someone asking me if I want to order avocado spread or a treat, if I did I would have ordered it. I have been treated with a condescending "sunshine" from, I think her name was Ashley. Please don't call people sunshine it sounds really insincere and patronizing.

A typical Starbucks, I just have to say that I do not drink coffee. I only went there was for meetings or when a co-worker wanted to go. This time I got a hot chocolate, I didn't like it, but drank it because it was like $4.50 for a small. I'll stick to making it from home. None of the people smile there, I guess they would if you tip them.

Absolutely Service pulled in to get my drinks told they weren’t ready. Asked to pull around the building and wait for them to be ready and was never bringing in my drinks.

The barista, Julissa, was very rude and unwelcoming. When my drink was made wrong I had asked her to remake it and was only met with attitude. I eventually did get my drink remade by a different barista after she made me go back through the line and ignored me when I had asked her for help again.

My mom, and I can in for a food, and bathroom stop on our road trip. We were extremely disappointed with the customer service. Particularly from one of the baristas with black hair. My drink was made wrong, and my mom kindly asked for it to be redone. The barista snapped back at my mom with an EXTREMELY rude tone, and attitude telling her to go to the register for help. Key word telling, not asking. Manners were not up to par. About two minutes later a man came up (to the same spot we were at) asking for help. She kindly asked him what he needed, and proceeded to let him know he'll get helped out at the register. The same situation two Completely different responses. I'm not sure if she had a preconceived predujce towards us, or what. But it was extremely uncomfortable. We've never had this experience with Starbucks country wide due to our travels. This was the first.

The person that made our coffee was so rude and when we said it wasn't good she ignored and walked away. We had to wait for someone else to get our drink remade. The reason we asked them to remake was the quantity was way less than that I have ever had in literally any other Starbucks in my life.

Not the first time I've asked for no foam and gotten foam. Also I get charged for an extra shot and extra syrup and I don't get it. Worse Starbucks. Literally went to another Starbucks across town ordered the same thing and it was perfect. Why this Starbucks can't get an order right is beyond me
