Good McDonald’s to eat at. It’s clean and good service. Stopped in for breakfast and there was plenty of sitting and tables. Staff working good to get your orders out for you. One on staff making sure table are clean.

A regular McDonald's shop - but this one looks nicer than others in the surrounding. I must confess we've been there only to try the Frozen Coke - it was good! I've been doing something similar at home for decades, so it was good to taste the professional version of it. A funny thing is that I've had a hard time trying to open men's restroom door from the outside - and I still can't figure out the secret. Need to try again next time I'm there for a Frozen Coke. 😀

Cons: The entrance is on Bergen Turnpike, just north of the Bergen Tpk at JFK Blvd bus stop. It’s easy to miss, especially at night due to poor lighting. A clear sign would be very helpful for drivers. Overall, this is a great McDonald’s location with fast service and a convenient setup. Just keep an eye out for the entrance if you’re driving in at night!

Was my go to location but, service has gotten worse at this location. You feel rushed to order and move along. And then you don’t get ketchup or dipping sauce, even when requested twice.

Standard McDonald's & good service but what put me off were the people sat on adjacent tables doom scrolling at full volume, it was a cacophony of noise I don't want to listen to. Dining area is a waiting room full of old men loitering & using the free WiFi (in reality this is happening in most fast food places, it's the same in BK).

It has a park for kids but doesn’t have a a baby table change, the reason is bc costumers broke the tables twice. So the owner decided to do not put another baby table changing. So I had to change my 6 months infront of everyone with that stinky smells…. Bc the owner doesn’t make enough money to get a new baby table changing but I bet he got money for other stuff…..

It looks like the night shift can’t handle the busy volume after 12 a.m. Here is proof showing how they close the drive-thru and the kiosks because it seems like they can’t manage the orders. Honestly, if they can’t handle it, they might as well just close and stop advertising as 24 hours. This is extremely frustrating for customers expecting full service at night, and it feels like a waste to come all the way here only to find everything shut down. Careful ordering from this McDonald’s on uber eats. They somehow always manage to forget something in your order. whether it be sauces or as in my case tonight the burgers from the meal I ordered

I do not understand why they offer table service (meaning they bring my order to the table!) But then they stand there calling my name! I point to my cane as I am disabled ( I order table service bcz it is too hard to walk with my cane and carry a tray of food). They do bring it to my table finally BUT bring my drink cup empty even tho it clearly shows on my order what drink I am getting. Yes, I could go get my own drink but it hurts to walk so again this is why I order table service. Why offer a service your workers won't do?

I ordered for delivery via Uber Eats on May 17, at 3:05am. The Uber Eats delivery man, Wilmer, came via bicycle and was very fast and friendly. My order arrived at 3:28am. The medium fries was not fresh, nor were there enough fries to even call it a “medium” sized fries. The hamburger didn’t have any pickles in it whatsoever. Telling by how the McChicken was still warm, I don’t see how the fries could’ve been cold, so obviously they did not make a fresh batch for me. I paid $11.52 for the food, $1.73 for service fee, $1.99 for service fee, and $2.40 for delivery tip. Y’all act like fresh, proper medium sized fries are hard to make. McDonalds are recognized for their fries, so when it don’t come right, it’s just a huge disappointment and I know you guys are supposed to throw out fries that are not fresh. Inventory standards and staff from corporate come and the fries are always crispy, hot and nicely salted...

This McDonald’s is like all the other others. I tried to do the self checkout and by me adding the items it will automatically select the more expensive choices, so I put the option to pay at the counter when I explain to the cashier what I was getting, they were able to rearrange it to this exact same order But with a four dollar difference. Funny how the self checkout didn’t offer that option. it did take a while to come out, because of the long drive-through line…even though I was inside of the McDonald’s was not

Absolutely atrocious wait times at this McDonald's PERIOD. McDonald's is not the restaurant of fast food and quick mcchickens from the 80s to early 2000's. Since the onset of UberEats, DD and Grubhub the poor workers are unable to keep up with the overload of orders. The workers are miserated by the bombardment of walk-ins. On the weekends/weekdays during high school football season it's absolutely worse and dismal with an influx of kids walking in and bogging down the lines even more, along with drive thru lines getting longer. Friday thru Saturday nights are their pain point. The sites physical size can not keep up with the 21st century overloading it from gig programs or even service anyone efficiently or quickly. They honestly need corporate and the restaurant owner to take accountability to analyze the pressure from this site, effectively down-size the restaurant sitting structure to encourage the young kids and crowds to leave since they are in a city area that is highly populated, expand its cook line by one row and staff this team with workers to get thru seasonal football game nights, and weekend club crowd. They began being slow as far back as 2005 when I was 19yrs old, and it's gotten worse 20 years later. Look at the rest of the reviews. Even doing UberEats myself is a loss of time and money. This McDonald's hands down keeps delivery drivers from making money efficiently. I've waited for 30+ minutes for double/triple orders many many times. Food is still reliably the same in flavor. McDonalds-ey taste.

This location always messes up orders. You figure simple orders can’t really get messed up right? How do you not include syrup when there’s 2 orders of big breakfast with hotcakes? Not even 1 syrup, but zero. Then I was happy I bought my coworker a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin. I got my big breakfast with hotcakes and no syrup but at least my coworker can enjoy his sandwich right? Nope. They forgot to include the McMuffin in the bag. I don't know if the ones taking the orders are hard of hear or the ones preping the order just dont understand how to read and prep an order correctly. Never do I get what I ordered, and when you call them on it they get nasty like it was my fault. I wouldn't complain if you got my order correctly. The young kids are nice to customer overall, but the one who are older and have been there since forever need to retire or have an attitude adjustment. There is a manager there who is a behind the counter KAREN.🙅‍♀️ How these ppl still have a job is beyond me, they even are nasty to the young employees.

I waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru line on a recent Friday night around 11:30pm. I had pre-ordered so I finally went inside to get my order. No apology for the insanely slow service. Will not be coming back.

5:30am I wanted to get a coffee to start my morning, so I went through Drive-through #1 and ended up getting stuck for 20 minutes. There was 1 car in front of me and about 8 behind, so i couldn’t just reverse and leave. Meanwhile, the other drive-through I counted 7 cars ordering and pulling up as I sat there not being able to do anything. On top of that the people that work there are just rude and shouldn’t be doing customer service.

I ordered breakfast via Grubhub. I was craving a steak, egg, and cheese bagel. They send me over a hockey puck that was so dry, overcooked and burnt that you had to have seen it and felt it when you put it in the bagel. I don’t care about a refund. That’s not the point. The point is I’m hungry and this was going to be my first meal of day. Way to ruin breakfast! 🤗

When it came to ME she firmly gripped the bag and demanded I confirm in front of her. I kindly tried to remove her fingers.from the bag and she gripped tighter. I know the workers at the location must have been busy with Christmas time rush but they were completely aloof and disrespectful to me just now and I never even got my order. I placed an order from the kiosk. Waited over 30 minutes!!! I inquired multiple times on the status of my order, especially because they started calling out and delivering other orders that were both placed after mine (by timestamp) and were of larger order numbers (from a chronological incremental perspective). All I ever got was a quick "no", and then completely ignoring. I couldn't get them to understand that something must be wrong if they were serving other customers who came after me. After 30+ minutes I got fed up and left. Do better - listen to your customers when they politely inquire and literally tell you their order was never produced / was skipped over.

Not a single time have we visited this place and received a complete order. Every time there’s an issue: forgotten sauces, missing drinks, wrong drinks brought, or suddenly “we don’t have milk today.” It’s constant mistakes with zero consistency. I ordered late night and i had two uber drivers cancel on me because they were waiting for the food. A new driver was able to pick up my food but he was telling me that the food was cold. When I get the food it was damn near frozen. I called to see if I can have another order sent me to because my brother who is sick was craving it. I don’t know when McDonald’s decided that “consistently disappointing” was the new brand identity, but the decline is impossible to ignore. This place used to at least be reliably mediocre. Now it’s just bad—across the board. The food was cold, sloppily thrown together, and tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp long enough to reflect on its life choices. Fries were limp, burgers were a mess. When you’re paying more than ever for fast food, the bare minimum expectation is that it’s hot and edible. That bar was not met. What really sealed the deal, though, was the staff. Rude, dismissive, and acting like customers were an inconvenience rather than the reason they have jobs. No greeting, no eye contact, no attempt at basic courtesy—just attitude. Asking a simple question felt like I’d personally offended them. If you hate being here this much, maybe don’t take it out on the people just trying to get a meal. McDonald’s has raised prices, cut quality, and apparently given up on training or customer service entirely. It’s not fast, it’s not cheap, and it’s definitely not friendly anymore. There are too many other options to justify wasting money here. This is the last time I ever buy from this disgusting establishment.

Slowest McDonald’s I have ever been to in my life. I have tried to give this place a shot 2-3 times now. The drive through is always way longer than inside the fast food restaurant. The food, although, is not fast at all! They will keep you at a drive through station for 30-45 minutes before you order. Beware of the drive through as well order accuracy of this specific location. This location used to be amazing a few months ago although the new management is not it. I hope this helps others relocate their decision.
