What can you say, rons of great things about this place! Even with some limited table service! A great spot for a nice break on a long drive. Atmosphere gets a 4 only because when it gets busy, it gets BUSY (including a couple of crying children)

Haven't been to a Chick-fil-A in years... prob'ly at least 10, prob'ly more years. The staff was phenomenal. So pleasant and professional and very very patient with me... Felt welcome... Food was delicious (although potato cuts weren't quite as cooked as I prefer, and a bit too much salt). Overall, though, I had a nice lunch in a great environment... 👍💕

What can I say? Chick-fil-A has a code of ethics and this location doesn't fall short on it. Even when this place is packed out, they are on their A game. Such helpful friendly and efficient staff. Always clean. Food is always fresh. Being from Georgia myself, I love that I can drive up and get a great sweet tea. The play place and highchairs are well taken care of and I appreciate the plastic kids placement tremendously

Located in a busy shopping center. However, just as most other Chick-fil-A's, this one gets my stamp of approval! Efficient drive through lines and kind workers. Food is great quality. This place is great. The food is delicious for a relatively low price. It's all very fresh. The building is clean and the employees are incredibly nice. So kinds of condiments and utensils and whatnot are plentifully supplied at a convenient bar in the center of the restaurant. There's a children's play area with towelettes supplied for their hands; it's a clean play area, unlike most other restaurants. Great place to eat, definitely recommend it.

I can't explain how much I love Chick Fil A and this particular spot. The staff are the best. They ate do courteous on an old era way and make the food very quickly. The line can be long but they manage it well. The chicken biscuits and the spicy chicken sandwich are my favorites! I don't even need sauce, but if I have to pick one, hot sauce is my choice.

The food is always great here! Service has always been friendly and fast. They keep the whole place very clean, including the kids play area. Their desserts are also amazing. I've tried several of their shakes and the cookie sundae. A little known secret for all Chick Fila's is that your kids can trade in their kids meal toy/book for a free kids ice cream in a cup or cone.

This location is super fast and friendly. I recommend when you get close to ordering online and then you can either pick it up in the drive-through or you can walk in and get it. I am all about convenience. I am definitely a fan of their chicken minis in their chicken biscuit and of course, I put ranch and buffalo sauce on it. 😊

There is an obvious reason ChickfilA can charge more than other fast food restaurants and that is consistency, quality and well trained workers. I feel the price is steep when your feeding a family of five, but the food has grown on me over the years when other fast food restaurants are losing quality.

After having a really rough day I went through the local Chick Fil A drive through for dinner. When the gentleman who asked for my order asked how I was- I broke into tears. He was kind and let me compose myself - then took my order and asked me to drive forward. He indicated his friend would have my receipt. I tried to pay both him and the next gentleman- neither would accept. Then a young lady brought my food to my window and when she saw I was crying, her reaction was exactly the same. Kindness. I was stuck between two cars so she approached me again and asked me to pull up to the window when the car in front of me left. When I did- I was greeted by her AND who I believe was a manager. The manager asked me if I was ok. She said, "I know life will be lifing but know that we care about you". She gave me a bag with a cookie and a small gift card. The two ladies talked to me for another minute or so making sure I was OK to drive. I promised them I was. These four strangers showed compassion and kindness to me individually- to me that's FOUR acts of kindness in one busy drive thru on a Saturday night. I was so moved. There really are still wonderful people in the world.

Aw, my heart… my story is a little sad, but gosh did Chick-fil-a transition it into something beautiful ❤️🙏 so, my brother passed away 💔 and it’s been a tough journey as I’m grieving. I found a $5 gift card for Chick-fil-a in his room and decided we could have a “last meal” together (I’m already crying writing this, ugh). I went to this location and they have 2 lanes. I was silly and pulled into the longer lane by accident, but I didn’t mind and was going to just wait my turn. But the car in the other lane let me go ahead of them, so I asked the cashier if I could pay for their meal too (my brother would have really appreciated that). I gave him the gift card and my debit card, but I asked him for the gift card back even though it was empty. He said he can toss it for me, so I explained the reason and started tearing up of course. This guy refunded my entire order, including the car behind me, and there’s still $5 on my brother’s gift card ❤️ this meant so much to me, I bawled in the parking lot and called my mom to share what happened. I’ll forever be grateful to them.

love chick fil a. I’d recommend everyone gets the 30pc chicken nuggets, they even let me order milk. When I ordered the kids meal they mixed my milk in with my fountain drink the staff is so nice they mixed it so well. I did have to potty though and couldn’t finish my food because I didn’t make it to the potty in time. My only complaint is that they don’t have enough mayonnaise packets so I have to bring my. Atmosphere is a little low because of my accident.

My preference is the grilled chicken sandwich. Update 11/8/22: After being closed for nearly a year, the CFA at Colonies. Upland, CA has reopened. They've brightened the interior with new decor, and outside They've implemented a double drive through line. This was my first time visiting this location. Overall, it was a positive experience. However, the way that they take your order is strange, which is why it takes a while in the drive thru line. The only downside was that the chicken patty was quite small, and the sandwich had one small slice of lettuce and one small slice of tomato. If this is considered the deluxe, I'd hate to order the regular sandwich.

I think these chicken sandwiches are good but they aren't worth nearly $4. They need a taco Tuesday type special where they are $2, 2 for $4 would be absolutely worth it. Pro tip: If the drive through is packed, go inside. It was 20 cars deep when I came, went inside and there was only 1 guy ahead of me.

Love their food but had to wait on the side by the dumpster and bushes for my food. There was 4 cars waiting. It caused for people to block the drive thru. This isn't the first time this has happened when I have gone to Chick-fil-A. Hopefully there is never an emergency in the drive thru because no one can go in or out.

I went to Chick-fil-A today and while I was ordering every time I went over ONE item the worker right away would’ve asked me when I was done and when I went to get my order after waiting a long line we noticed how weird and disgusting our sprites was. I have been a loyal customer of Chick-fil-A for a long time, but I faced an unusual situation tonight. I placed a drive-thru order, and the employee took my order and repeated it back to me. However, when I received my order at the window, it was missing two sandwiches meant for my kids. Drive thru employees don't offer menu anymore. I added a mac n cheese and was only able to add at window. Service here sucks! It has been 5 times now that my fiancee orders colby jack on her sandwich. Every single time they give her pepper jack, because in their own words, "We don't check the screen that closely." She is allergic to any kind of pepper. Not really happy. I come from a place that when one places a transaction and pays in advance the seller fulfills the transaction. After 27 minutes of waiting a young lady came out and told me she would simply return the money to my account. Smiled and shook my head. Told her to keep the money as I would soon be leaving the state and don't renege on my business dealings. Most expensive cup of sweet tea I have ever enjoyed.

This is the worst experience I have ever encountered at a Chick-fil-A. The counter service was ok. However the way the registers are set up there are two so close together you can’t hear what the order taker is saying. When we went into the dining room there were quite a few tables available however none were clean, including the seating. We chose the least dirty table and when our food came asked the server to wipe the table. He came back with one wet wipe and just wiped the spilled sauce that I had pointed out. I had to ask him for napkins, straws and the sauces we ordered. While dining, an older child threw up on a table across from me. The mother looked for some napkins to clean it up but since there are none available to the public she left and that table went unclean for at least 1/2 hour, when I finally had to wave someone down to point it out, which took another 10 minutes for someone else to go clean it up. The floors were filthy with food scraps and spilled drinks. Thank goodness we didn’t have the need to use the restrooms, because who knows what condition they were in. I will not be returning to this restaurant for dine-in and will let anyone I know to avoid the same. The food was ok but the fries were cold.

Independently owned location that does not uphold the high quality service that majority of chic fil a have. Their policies are gravely different and are honestly a detriment for a consistent successful business. Their way of operating almost lead me to never go to a chic fil an again, until i found out they are privately owned. Please drive to another location. They also own the one in the colonies

My experience with Chick fil a today was upsetting. I went through the drive thru, I was still in time for their breakfast so I ordered breakfast for myself and a grilled chicken filet for the dog. They ordering was quick, they had several people taking orders and doing card payments. I got up to the window received my orange juice, but they told me it would be a few minutes for the biscuit sandwich. They directed me to park in front of there was an open spot and someone would run the food out when it was ready. The parking lot was packed with people waiting for their food. I was lucky and there was an open spot in front. I parked and waited, and waited and waited. It seemed like they kept running food out, delivery drivers kept picking up food and I still waited. Then they started calling names, I listened and still didn’t hear my name. Finally, 20 minutes go by and still no food. I went up to the door telling the lady passing out orders that I hadn’t received my food yet. She checked for my name, nothing. I gave her my order, nothing. Then the manager comes out hands me a receipt and tells me in a dismissive way that they gave my order to someone else, but they refunded me, would I like anything off the lunch menu. I told the manager no I had come for breakfast thank you and left. I’m super disappointed. My orders always get messed up, missing sauces, a missing meal once and now this. Chick fil a, while you want to be fast and efficient maybe you shouldn’t have so many people waiting for food in the parking lot and giving orders away to the wrong person. I was a loyal customer since you came to California despite the many times I received missing items in my orders, but I will not be back again.

The unpleasant “my pleasure” Chick Fill A. I go to Chick fill A everyday because my son loves the mac&cheese however he can’t have the burn crust they put on top. I always ask with no crust and for a fruit cup with not apples since my one year old has chocked twice in the past with the uneven cut apples and skin. Both of my children have sensory processing issues therefore some textures and colors are a no no for them. I don’t appreciate that some Chick fill A locations accommodate to my request to their very expensive food items and other don’t. Specially when 2 of the locations I go to are the same exact owners. One is willing to accommodate one is not. Chick fill A is not inclusive for kids with special needs therefore I should not be going there anymore and I invite you to save your money and give business to a more inclusive restaurant. I am a signature customer that will be taking my kids to a safer and more inclusive restaurant. Where they will be willing to serve the food I am paying for to my request. Thank you for reading.

We came here because we like their lemonade and when we tried ordering the guy said "we have to make it if you want lemonade" like huh??? You guys are OPEN. Make the lemonade... don't be lazy! During hours of operation all food and drinks should be available unless you guys are already closing.

We’ve been going to this store since it opened. Ever since the other store in Upland opened, the store in the Colonies has gone down hill. Every visit to the Colonies store involves a wrong order. The food doesn’t taste as fresh as before either. We will not be going back to this store again. I’m tired of getting my orders wrong.

The store manager of this restaurant, a black woman, behaved racist towards me in front of everyone. I will report this behavior everywhere and until that woman is kicked out of this store, I will inform myself and those around me and will never allow her to shop.

Unforgivable experience... ordered on app 20mins ahead.. it said tap to let us know ur here...and nothing..can not place order please notify Associate""...I did I waited 20 mins and nothing she did nothing so had to leave back to work.. hungry..thanks. again whats the point of the app waiting 10 mims after I put it 20 mins ago what's with all the questions just make the food!

Not only did she not take my order correctly to top it off I had $10 market salad with rotten fruit 🤢

It’s frustrating when you drive for an hour and then they are out of product. In n out is never out of anything on their menu.

Have been going to colonies chic fil a for years and have never had an issue up until now. Went in the drive through to place a dinner order along with 4 gift cards and was surprised to hear that there is a limit in purchasing gift card In the drive through. The limit was max of 3 and of course I needed 4. I kindly ask for an exception and management said No. Wow, never have heard of it being so difficult to purchase gift cards in drive through. I had to pick up my food order then park and get off to get the gift cards. Great food but horrible customer service. Will never be back, I would rather go to a different chick fil a where I have had no issues purchasing over 3 gift cards.

I usually love coming here, but taking a bite and pulling out this plastic wrap in my sandwich was not the best experience. Going to be a while before going back to this location.
