It was a terrible experience. The orange juice we ordered was very watered down, the food was cold, and in the end, they were overcharging us. Of course, we told the waitress the bill was wrong. We were frequent customers, but the quality has gone downhill, and the service has gotten much worse.

The glasses smelled bad, and the hibiscus water was very watered down (it tasted awful). They offered us arrachera as a house special (they seasoned it heavily to mask the bad smell and pretend it had dissipated; unfortunately, my children ate it without realizing). I paid the entire bill but didn't leave a tip. I absolutely do not recommend this place. It was a very unpleasant experience eating here.

A very bad experience. We waited 15 minutes and weren't served. None of the waiters came over, nor did the ladies who were serving as hostesses, no one. The atmosphere was very poorly lit, very dark. Only the terrace was lit and obviously packed; it seemed like the waiters were only focused on those who were there. We decided to leave, and honestly, I don't think we'll give them a second chance.

Terrible experience!!! Last Saturday, September 7th, my husband, two children, and I went to eat. Both children ordered arrachera (skirt steak). The older child didn't notice the food and finished the entire plate. But when we went to have some of my 5-year-old daughter's food, we realized the meat was spoiled. It smelled awful, and to disguise it, they seasoned it like crazy, but the taste and color were terrible. We were swayed by the restaurant's good reviews, but we will never eat at this place again, much less recommend it. When we pointed this out to the person who served us, we gave them a piece of meat to try, and even after confirming and admitting that the meat was spoiled, no one bothered to apologize. They didn't even try to rectify the situation; they simply left us the bill, and we still had to pay for spoiled food. I hope no one ever has to go through such an unpleasant experience. And to the people at the restaurant, it's awful that they offer customers food in those conditions. It can't be the first time this has happened, showing no regard for people's health, all because they don't want to sell quality food. After all, we pay for food, they're not giving it away!
