The food was okay, it wasn't hot but it wasn't cold. Fries tasted a little stale. Soda was good as usual, but come a little more ice would be nice. Some people didn't even seem like they wanted to be here. I know what do I expect, it's a McDonalds.

Literally just went through the drive about 15-20 min ago. Tried calling like 5 times. You don't have any sprite man, I have uncarbonated water in my cup and a receipt that says I ordered a sprite. It just makes me wonder if they keep up with things in there. It wasn't super busy, especially in the drive through. It could've been that I arrived right after the lunch rush was over.... but either way, I just wanted that crisp sprite with deliciously salted fries.

Incorrect hours. Staff is very rude pretended the store was temporarily closed right after I asked what time they were opening back up. Gave no answer I just drove 2 hours and needed food, there wasn’t a line and they completed the order for the car in front of us very quickly and immediately turned us down right after.

I went in to order my daughter because we have to customize it. We got all the way home and there was no meat patty. I went back to find out how did they make a hamburger with NO meat 🤔. The service was poor NO apology for messing up on the order. The girl I dealt with very rude and confused she kept asking" You want 1 meat patty on each bun"? I was frustrated 😠 with the whole situation because she still didn't understand the error. They need better training on how to read the order board

The manager and employees need to train more and learn better customer service and how to fix issues with the app. The manager taking my order seemed to be in a bad mood and it showed when she greeted me at the drive through voice order thing. In addition, I was unable to hear her as she was talking too fast and I could not understand her so I went to the window. They were unable to resolve my problem with my order on the app and the manager made me feel stupid because she said I just didn’t know how to use the app even when I tried to explain the problem. On my cart in the app it says I have something there that cost $10+ but the cart is empty. And it would not give me the option to check out. And they took away points for an ice cream I did not get for my daughter and she was really disappointed. They shut the drive through window on me because they couldn’t come up with a solution. That was very rude and unprofessional.

Do not use online or mobile orders inside the store, their system will accept it however they will not prepare it unless you go to the counter and complain. Happened to me 4 times in a row and nobody cares.
