Loaded delicious sandwich. Service was fast and good. A little more pricy than other sandwich chains but its worth every penny with the quantity and flavor you get.

Delicious Delicious LOADED sandwiches. Started a new job in the area and this will definitely be my go to lunch spot now. Downloaded their loyality app and got $5 off too... :-)

First time trying Quiznos and it was so good! Super yummy, super fresh, and fantastic service. There was a lunch rush and only one guy behind the counter and he handled us all quick and easy, and was super pleasant the whole time. I will absolutely be coming back.

I haven’t had Quiznos in such a long time so it was such a pleasant surprise to see a location open. The atmosphere was great and the staff was friendly. The food was on point and tasted delicious.

I haven't had Quiznos since college because they removed them from where I live! I had a honey mustard chicken sandwich and ate every bit of it! Hit the spot and tasted of nostalgia from my college days 😅 I appreciate you all!

The staff here are honestly super friendly every time I walk in. They remember my order down to the last detail before I can even open my mouth. They always have a smile on their face and give great service. I'm not sure why they have a lot of negative reviews but they are fantastic with customer service.

I got the veggie avocado no onion. $30 FOR A TAKE OUT SANDWICH? WITH TIP! Because we are Americans who aren’t Socialists or Commies so we tip! * I had to come this way to meet a friend in Marin because the bridge was closed due to a protest. Richmond is notoriously a blue collar and crime ridden area. If we: STOP ALL THE FEDERAL and STATE FUNDING ASAP and make this CRIME a deportable offense to any visitors for anyone who decides to block traffic at any hour of the day or night I bet we can get our sandwich meals under $20 for the people who are trying to work! #BayArea #CaliforniaDOT #DOT #USCBP #LAWANDORDER

I didn't even know Quiznos was still in business. I found out there are still a few in the Eastbay . After having one after 10+ years it was just ok. Sandwich wasn't heated that great as the cheese was hardly melted. It's an expensive sandwich but if you love Quiznos it may be well worth it.

Unfortunately, I found a hair in my tuna sandwich. It was auburn/almost orange... I believe it was from the second girl on the line who was also managing the register. Sidenote: I only got 1 napkin for a large sandwich... And they said they don't carry salt and pepper when I asked for it on my veggies... How? This interaction was with Araceli according to my receipt!

I recently visited Quiznos because it was conveniently located near my home. Upon entering, I noticed the place was clean, although there was a strong smell of smoked bacon. Initially, I didn't mind the aroma, assuming the staff were preparing an order for another customer. I ordered a pastrami sandwich, a favorite of mine, along with a drink. However, when I got home and opened the sandwich, I was disappointed to find that it smelled strongly of bacon. While I don't have anything against bacon, it's not what I ordered. I called Quiznos to ask about ingredients in pastrami to make sure there was no bacon. I really tried liking the sandwich but the bacon aroma was too strong so I requested a refund, but unfortunately, the manager was unavailable to verify my complaint, and I didn't receive a refund. If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions related to bacon, I would advise against visiting this location.

Woman with glasses who was the only person working there was super rude!! It was our first time here and it seemed as if she was mad that we were ordering, she was upset that I wanted mayo on my tuna sandwich? She needs to fix her attitude and this place needs better workers they're hiring

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE is my biggest pet peeve. I went to Quiznos 4/27 at 4pm. I walked up to the door and it was locked. The open sign on the window was lit up. I went back to my car to google the hours of operation and the closing time was listed as 7pm. I went back up to the door peeked inside the window and did not spot anyone inside. I then noticed the hours posted on the window which stated they were open until 7. I returned back to my car to find another place to grab food. I then saw an employee (Lupita) unlock the door from inside the restaurant. I walked back up to the door and walked inside. Lupita did not greet or acknowledge me. I ordered a sandwich and a soup. Lupita started making my sandwich and when she asked me if I would like anything else I asked her if she got the soup (I asked this because I wanted to make sure she heard me order it as I noticed she didn’t start to prepare it). Lupita said something under her mask in which I could not understand. I asked her what she said, she repeated herself however I still couldn’t understand her because her words sounded muffled under her mask. I told her I couldn’t hear her and Lupita rolled her eyes, walked away, and proceeded to prepare my soup. Lupita scooped the soup into the cup, noticing that some of the soup spilled over the side of the cup, Lupita did not wipe off the mess she created. She placed the cup of soup into the bag along with the sandwich. She did not ask if I wanted lettuce, tomatoes, or any extras on my sandwich. Lupita checked me out at the cash register, displaying attitude, she did not verbally tell me what my total was but instead stood there and looked at me. I paid for my food and upon walking out of the restaurant Lupita did not give any closure such as a thank you or have a nice day. Lupita provided poor customer service, could not communicate, and gave me an attitude while serving me. The cheddar broccoli soup was disgusting. It had a sour taste to it.

The energy in this location is dead. No seasonings available when requested. Other locations have the seasonings requested for any particular sandwich. The sandwich maker also stopped preparing my sandwich to charge me before she was finish. I’ve never experienced this type of situation before. We also paid $48 for two subs. I do not recommend this place.

I ask the store person to change. She was rolling her eyes like I have said something that I should have think. Anyways, I have always very bad experience with the same person many time. Rest of the staff is really nice and very welcoming. Sorry, I had to leave my food, how someone can eat when you see so much negativity they put in your food? From the very first second she started making my salad, she was not happy and had much of bad and nasty attitude. I can’t even think about consuming food with that much negativity. I wish I could know her name so owner can consider. (Incident date and time (02/02/23 4:15pm).

Welp I drove by this one and was actually excited to have it again. Unfortunately now I understand why they are going out of business. I waited in line where youre supposed to stand to order but they started taking orders for people going to the register. So I said screw it I'll just walk over there to order. Then when I was next they ran and help someone else. I tried getting their attention to let them know I was next and low and behold she didn't even understand English. It wasn't busy or understaffed just useless employees. As much as I loved Quiznos that experience just made me I realize to forget about it and let it die. What a shame.
