I order a Mexican Pizza almost overtime I visit, and EVERY SINGLE TIME my Mexican pizzas is smashed to the top of it's box. The employees think the box is made of steel. It should be without request to not place the rest of My order on top of My Mexican pizza.

My Grand got food poisoning and horded the bathroom for days after. No thank you!!!! And if you must, it's better to go in instead of using drive through.

I have never been in an establishment that makes you order at a machine and there is no line, dude walks past the register and doesn'take my order...so I go to the kiosk and what I want isn't in the options so another clerk was willing to help, simple order..ok and as I am waiting an watching the snail (as in so slow..taking her precious time) is literally barely moving and has a screen with 4 orders and she hasn't filled any of them..I am sitting here like what are you waiting for. I worked at taco bell when I was 17-18yrs old and back then there was some speed to getting orders out. Im sitting here like..get the tortilla already..and she walks away from the line and then says she is taking her 10!! It took another 5 min before another lady comes to the line and she isnt even paying attentionto the order, as I am watching..tortilla, beans, green sauce, (where is the red) extra onion..NO CHEESE! Im like MA'AM...MA'AM, please I said no cheese🤦🏾‍♀️ For 4 bean burritos I sat there for 10min while they were just walking around ,there had to be a good 6 people behind the counter walking PAST the line nit filling orders.

I went there a week ago and spent 60$ on food which they put in one bag! Why you would put that much food in one bag is beyond me! Everything was smashed and when I tried to go back and knock at the door the disrespectful employee wouldn't open the door! She was rude as hell. She's disgusting I will never go there again! Then the other lady who was working said she couldn't authorize me to get a new order after all my food was smashed and cold at that point. I paid for extra cheese on my tacos and barely got any. I took a picture of my soggy tacos I never ate because of the rudeness at Taco bell. I'm done! This food don't look like the commercials or there signs. I feel like suing!

Stop back this location thinking it was a nice place ordered me a luxe box 2 gor crunches and a churro on the side when I got my churro they were very hard I kindly asked the woman who told me she was the GM of the restaurant can you "drop these fresh for me please" she gets an attitude so fast and yells it will take 5 mins or do you want a refund? I said it doesn't take 5 mins to drop churros I work for taco bell myself 40 sec max than she says well we have order mind you! everyone in the kitchen is just standing around no cars in the drive thru and just me in the lobby her attitude towards me was very disappointing and I really believe she an attitude with me cause I'm a black woman !!! if she is the GM she needs to be removed asap your company will lose customers daily with her attitude I didn't even receive an apology or a coupon for them giving me old churros that's something taco bells all around do just handed my churros and I told me I can report her if I want what a great look for your company

This is the worst Taco Bell in town if you're going to pick up orders. It was around 6pm on a weekend and there was no customers inside and no one at the drive-thru and I can see my order already done but no one was at the front and they were just chatting at the back. They actually saw me but they just ignored me like I was invisible. People here are lazy. I was so pissed. I didn't pick up my order and just left after waiting and being ignored for more than 10 mins.

It says open twenty 4 7 but even when the store is "open late" they will have their drive through, sign off even though employees are inside and the open sign is on. It's been like this on multiple occasions. But it's meant to be open twenty 47.

Please dont order from here. I just ordered 40 dollars worth of food through their app. I ordered a strawberry freeze large. After waiting 15 minutes in line around 9:40 pm, they gave me a medium sized when I paid for a large. I tried letting the drive thru worker know they gave me the wrong size that I paid for a large, and she dismisses me and says thats how they put it in that size. Dont waste your time here, they scam you, just go to taco bell in sonoma blvd!

I visited this Taco Bell recently and was extremely disappointed by the overwhelming smell of urine near the entrance and dining area. While the bathrooms themselves were relatively clean, the odor around the tables made it nearly impossible to enjoy a meal, it was genuinely nauseating. The staff isn’t the worst, but they speak in a tone that feels rough and unwelcoming, almost as if they’re working without any motivation. A little friendliness would go a long way. This location desperately needs a professional deep cleaning, especially around the front entrance and seating area. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend dining in.
