I have seen In-N-Out Burger mentioned by celebrities more than once. I have always been curious. Then I got my chance recently. I am so happy i went. Literally the best burger and shake I ever ate. It was strawberry and tasted so damn fresh. If I get another opportunity I will be going again.

What can I even say that hasn't been said?! I did have to wait a while for my order but I didn't care because it was so worth it! I am a visitor and I tried in n out burger in the past, but this time the experience was so much better. I ordered my fries "animal style" and I went to town!! I didn't realize how affordable the menu is a la carts, the site was clean and professional, and it was a great place to eat with family. Of course the burger was fantastic. I have nothing bad to say!!

Best burger in LA. Good prices, good location not too crowded, very good staff, consistent quality, can sometimes get overcrowded on weekends as usual, but the lines moves fast and efficiently. If dining inside I recommend groups of 2 or 3 any bigger and you’re asking for a long wait.

Not only is the food always great but they always stand up for people who get cut in line. The in n out line is a sacred place and the rules must be followed. Shout out to the employees who made the car who cut in front of us wait even LONGER for their meal. Honestly, this place is nothing but straight up G’s. Will be coming back for all of our in n out needs. 10/10 would recommend

I can't believe I got into that line of cars stretching more than a block but I can't believe even more how fast it moved! I barely had time to write one little FB post! I love how everyone working there is always smiling and gets the orders right. Game changer: add pickles and fries well done, also no salt added to burgers or fries. Well done fries beats all the competition. There's already plenty of salt in everything else.

Had the 3x3 well done and it was by far way better than a double double. Don't forget RAW onion. Been a fan for over 40 years.

always a 10/10 experience, always been consistent for years. got the single combo animal style with chopped chilis in the burger (secret menu) and a coke (as my cheat beverage) but need a soda with a burger or it’s just not right! love coming to this location when i’m in the Valley. Overall it’s great , but the parking lot in a way makes it a bit complicated but the line is the line at any location but moves pretty fast. love the food so don’t mind it at all.

Because of my health issues, I don't have the appetite that I once had. I dropped in for a hamburger and was not disappointed. I recently visited In-N-Out Burger in LA and I must say, their burgers are hands down the best in town. But what really made my experience special was a guy named Justin. He went above and beyond to make sure every customer was happy, checking in with everyone and wishing them a good day. The restaurant was spotless and his positive energy and smile really lifted my mood. Thank you so much! The service and attitude towards customers is top-notch. I don't know how they promote people there, but someone like Justin deserves recognition for his great work. Honestly, I wouldn't be writing this review if it weren't for his exceptional service. A solid place to go to for a late night snack when you needed. My go to favorite is a smoothie and a double double burger with the fries can’t go wrong with that combination. They got the best food service and atmosphere most importantly their food is fresh meat. I would choose them over McDonald’s any day. If you havent been here and you’re coming from out of town this is the place to be at.

In N’ Out always hit the spot!!! Food was great, the line was moving pretty fast, and shout-out to the young lady who to our order (Thursday 01/05/23 @4:30pm) she was the only one in the parking lot even thou’ was early in the evening -this area can be pretty “busy”…this parking is huge full of shops and retail stores, even few homeless ppl…. But she was determined taking orders even by the curb!!! This young lady needs a bonus!!! (And a partner/coworker for protection)

What can I say? I'm just spoiled to expect predictable taste and flavors. The brand, the burgers, the fresh fries, the milkshakes, it's iconic. Just anticipate a string of automobiles snaking beyond the drive-through into the parking lot and stretching out onto the street inching along to place the order. You could spend up to 40 minutes sometimes to pay and get your order. The better option to skip the longer wait is to park your vehicle and walk in to the chain to order in person.

They say a picture says a thousand words, need I say anything else? In case I do, get a double double animal style with grilled and raw onions. Animal style fries, and a strawberry vanilla shake to top it off. Great way to treat yourself. Fresh food, fresh ingredients, made to order, and always served with a smile. Can't go wrong here, tourists stop by and eat at least one before you leave or you'll regret it forever.

The times I've come to this In-N-Out it's always super packed, but the lines always move quickly both in the drive-thru and inside. There can be homeless outside near the front sometimes but I've never had any issues. The inside can be a little dirty at times but there's constantly a rush of people so I don't blame them. You get what you expect from In-N-Out. Good food, very affordable and cheap prices, very nice and accommodating staff. Only issue is that you should expect to be waiting 30+ minutes to get your food whether if it’s drive-thru. Also, be on the lookout for drivers trying to cut in front of you in line. I’m not a fan of their fries, so when I do have time, i’ll wait 40 minutes in line here and get a double-double animal style, chocolate shake from here first, and then drive to McDonalds for some quick fries. Nice meal for under $15. Line wait times are MUCH better during the summer in the day. Nighttime eats? Good luck. 4 stars is solely for the long wait, which is inevitable when it comes to this burger joint.

This is the first time I eat 1 of these burgers in California to be honest, it's not as good as people say. I think texas has the best.Cheese burges, hamburgers you name it, the double-double burger from in and out, is too small, the fries are too dry, if you really wanna eat a good burger .dennis will be the best option or burgerking.

In N Out is great for fast food, there's usually a long wait here so it's not great for a quick bite,be prepared for at least 30 minutes of visit time here. Definitely not the best burgers around, but the fresh ingredients make it a great option. There's some great off menu options such as monster style and we'll done fries that make it easy to change it up. Overall it's above average for fast food, but I think overhyped quite a bit in general.

Food and Service is fine, but the lines are WAY too long

This location used to good and fast- Now it has been HORRIBLY SLOW. Consistently good food though. AND PLEASE STOP unwrapping the straws, and putting them in the beverages! Ask if customers need straws and give them one.

They used to be more efficient. I went two days in a row. the first day, I waited 3 mins to order and 35 mins to get my order. Order was perfect and hot but of course I was put off at the long wait. the second day - again, short time to order (a few mins) but the order was sitting on the counter for at least 5 mins before someone came around to call my number (i had seen it placed on the counter and know for sure no one called the number before). the girl who came around asked me if i wanted ketchup - i said “yes please” and then she did something else and came back and asked me if i wanted ketchup again. I said again - “yes please”. then she did something else and a third time said “i’m sorry did you want ketchup?” - by then i was so pissed i said “yes please” shortly. she then dropped 2 packets of ketchup in the bag and walked off and didn’t even say thank you…something i have come to distinguish in n out from other restaurants for. also the order was wrong (asked for protein style on the burger with no sauce and the fries were not hot - tepid room temperature from sitting on the counter. i love in n out from back in the days at the rosemead location - food is still outstanding quality but this location is very substandard from my two back to back experiences.

I love this location and my food is always great…until..today. Because I did not order a drink they pulled my order and it waited for me till I got to the window. The person at the window where you normally pay told me to go ahead as they have already pulled my order. When I received it I left thinking yum 😋 until I put my hand into the fries and they were just moderately warm. The hamburgers were barely warm. The order was pulled too early! Stop doing that. We went yesterday to in and out at this location, and the girl that was taking our drive thru order change our order without permission, we asked for 2 combos of double double with grilled onions and for some reason she removed the spread the lettuce and tomatoes when thats the whole show of the burger for us, and when we got home and checked we find out about it 🫥 be careful and check your things before leaving or paying, bad service food is ok

It was 11:20 pm on a Sunday night so it wasn’t even busy inside at all. I was in the drive through line for 50 minutes and there was only 15 ish cars in front of me. By the time I got my burger 50 minutes later it was so cold and nasty to eat. This is by far one of the worst in and out locations and the employees are so slow and lazy. 50 minutes for a fast food drive through for only 15-20 cars is pathetic. Do better and hire better people.

I went to this In-N-Out just expecting a decent burger, but my order was made incorrectly. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was shocked at the response I received from Farrah, the manager on duty. She had the nastiest attitude, rolled her eyes, and was incredibly dismissive. I’ve never had a bad experience at In-N-Out until now, but this completely changed how I feel about this location. A manager should know how to handle a calm complaint professionally—Farrah clearly does not.
