Weird aura last time I went inside. The manager seems on edge and not as helpful as a manager should be . The customer helps bring funds to the establishment no need to be so stingy on food. Real tough cookies here

Employees were extremely rude. Asked for some things on the side and you could tell employee was annoyed. When asked a question, the answers and tone of voice were very short, even after my coworker told the employee she appreciated them.

There’s this girl there that’s kind of short with glasses and blondish hair, and she has the ugliest attitude. She slams what you ask for into whatever you’re getting. The guy in front of me literally asked her if she was okay because you can clearly see had an attitude with everything and was not hiding it.

My wife and I come here 3×a month, young people work here, not once not twice most of the time I can see mostly all of the employees are frowning, but when in a long line , we can see how they get along with custome rs. To the owners of the store, I'm 73 my wife is 72, this is no lie, as soon as we get up to ordering that's when all the frowns on their faces start, and shorting us on the bowls....I almost feel like saying ' hey guys I don't like TRUMP either, so don't look at us this way , honestly, I would not lie about a subject like this, I'm not that way. I'm really thinking these kids are young and are a little shy of knowledge, me and my wife came to that conclusion. To avoid the hurt. Kids really need to stop judging other races, and the parents are at fault also mainly the parents, frankly I can't stand trump or musk bring all this hate, but don't judge me because I'm white, we all must come together.

I had a bad experience. Unfortunately, all the employees are very rude and unwilling to help you. When you ask for the bathroom password, for example, they get angry and respond rudely. The food is bad; they give you little, it's undercooked, and it's cold. I hope they improve.

The customer service in this branch is too bad started for the manager. He don’t even know what a good customer service is!! Bad attitude in all team. I assuming that if the manager is so bad, all the team is really bad because every time when I go there STAFF looks so badly very badly attitude. ☺️Free courtesy advice. STAFF from chipotle at panorama city. if you don’t like what you do ,🤭change your work!!!! Because if you don’t happy, you’re not gonna be happy with your client. The food will always be good, but I wouldn’t be so sure with such awful service from the staff. If you think staff doesn’t like you, i would recommend changing your name every time you make an online order through the app because they have been purposely putting leas portions in the food of people they don’t like. Yeah everyone in the reviews say the staff are disrespectful and I agree. They make jokes on how you pronounce certain things and im sure they’re all miserable in the inside because daddie was never around. Maybe everyone in the reviews should be just as disrespectful as the staff and call them out. The restaurant is pretty clean.

I'll only go to these lengths of posting a bad review when and if they are warranted. The store was clean, staff was friendly, vibe was excellent, but my order was completely wrong. I placed an online pickup order through the Chipotle app for 11:15AM. They met the time so that wasn't an issue. The main concerns were how I ordered Carnitas but got Chicken, ordered pinto beans but got black beans, and the tray was torn and leaked all over my car seat. I wish the bag leaked before I got to the car so I could have prevented the mess and stain. Worst experience I've had at a Chipotle... and I go at least once a month. I just won't be going back to this specific one anymore.
