Amazing coffee , way better than Starbucks

HOURS CHANGED TO 7AM-2PM! Love this place but their hours have changed recently to 7-2pm! Staff is always super quick and friendly though highly recommend!

Coffee was great! I wasn’t sure exactly what to get, but a barista, his name was Max, was very helpful in making a suggestion. He took extra time to make sure I would get a coffee that I would enjoy. Will definitely be coming back!

Love the coffee here! There vanilla iced Latte is AMAZING. So is there Matcha Latte. The burritos are pretty good as well! I’d recommend downloading the Alfred app and placing your order thru there. It’ll be done much faster for you 😊

I wasn’t sure what to get but Celia, my barista, was super kind and helpful! I ended up with a tasty hot chocolate. I would definitely go back for the great service.

I recently visited Alfred Coffee for the first time and had an awesome experience. My barista Max was extremely friendly and welcoming, and the Sabrina Carpenter drink he made me was very yummy. Thank you Max and Alfred!

1. No customer bathrooms. Hard to give 5 stars when there’s no bathroom. Door not ADA friendly 2. No parking on the same side of the street but there’s free street parking within a 5 minute walk 3. 5 star coffee. They were out of the strawberry syrup but loved the vanilla latte. 4. $7 coffee 5. The decor/seating/wall is plywood and tile which feels eh, but comfy and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating

I always had a nice time in this placebut not this time. The service is bad, the staff is rude, and the other one acts sluggish, as if they just want everyone to leave so they can be left alone. There’s no friendliness at all. Unfortunately, this is behavior I did not expect at all.

Ordered a hot matcha latte with almond milk and sf vanilla: $8.75 The flavour was ok, nothing spectacular but not awful. I was very disappointed to get to the end of my drink and find big clumps of matcha powder though. It ruined the rest of the drink for me.

This was a bummer, I will say I had high expectations since everyone raves about this coffee shop. 2 baristas, both on their cell phones. Acknowledged me after I said something. Then just gave stink face while I ordered my go to 2 shots over ice. As if I was interrupting their scrolling. Coffee was good, but experience was whack. Which makes the coffee less, as I think coffee is an experience.

Super cute coffee shop but the younger Mexican girl in the front took 15 minutes to make my coffee when the entire place was empty? I asked for 3 pumps of vanilla and didn’t get them??? Bad attitude and a vibe kill

Waited over 10min for a 2 breakfast burritos and a ham and cheese croissant. Realized one of the orders was a different customers. Came back gave it to them, and they replaced it with the correct one, after waiting for them to make it. Burritos were pretty awesome.

This place has almost anything a person would expect from a trendy coffee shop. However, they do not have restrooms for customers and I find that to be unacceptable. Why would I want to buy a diuretic beverage from a sit down place that does not offer a restroom

Worst service ever. Tainted the entire experience when the staff couldn’t take an order at the front without sass, strangely unfriendly vibes. Does not help that the coffee is mediocre for the price point - I’ve had better coffee and service.

50 stars for your lovely staff but your cold brew tastes like ashy water

I got an iced dirty chai that cost $8 and was 90% ice. It was low quality flavour and finished in a few sips, wouldn’t go back.

takes you 10 minutes to get a coffee due to all the ghost orders they have. dont go in here and expect a serviceable staff. thank you Jesus for the orange juice. But this may be a demonic establishment.

I got a their signature matcha drink but it is just straight up milk. It was $8 too. Not worth it at all.

I didnt buy their food so I can't rate that. Illiterate sales clerk couldnt understand my question, He mistaked quantity as a subject of what item. Seriously don't go here. They don't accept cash payment. Coffee drinks made for kids, not adults. Overly sweet, low quality chocolate. You want real coffee? Go to Intelligentsia

Got a tall lavender latte and I’m sorry to say it tasted like soapy/milky water. I had my husband try it and he agreed. I usually never throw out a coffee even if it’s not made to my taste! I ended up going to the barrister and double checking how many shots of espresso were in it (we had asked for 3) and getting more syrup to see if it would help improve the taste of all. Every time I interacted with the barista she looked annoyed and as if she was doing me a favor. So even though I wanted to ask her to remake it, I didn’t feel like I could. This was a $9 coffee and I threw it out. Complete waste of money.

Ordered a Matcha Lemon Tonic on the website which was supposed to be with lemon sparkling water and tonic syrup. What I received was matcha diluted in plain cold water, no lemon, no sparkling water, nothing. Staff didn’t tell me that they don’t have ingredients or whatever the reason the drink was not done properly. Also the wait was long, all in-person orders were done first and I was waiting for 15 minutes before eventually going to the line anyway to get my drink done.

Purchased coffee and went out to patio. Put coffee cup on patio table, which immediately proceeded to fold up (these are metal folding tables), and coffee went straight to the ground, spilling completely. The staff was neither sympathetic nor apologetic. And, even though they replaced the coffee - allegedly "For Free" - my credit card statement shows two consequent charges in the identical amount - they charged the credit card for the replacement (free) coffee - without even being given the actual card. Not sure how they did that, but they did. The experience was unpleasant, and the coffee was mediocre at best.

Horrible service with unpleasant, borderline mean staff. General tone of staff is that you’ve interrupted them and they’re doing you a favor by making you a coffee. Extremely wasteful practices of requiring drink sleeves and stoppers, the latter because they sell advertising. Every time I give it another try I immediately regret it having started my morning off on such a low note.

NOT RECOMMENDED. The staff was not useful and unfriendly at all. I reserved food and by the time I arrived they cancelled the order. I drove 45min all the way but the stuff disregarded my frustration and left me just kick rock. Don’t order here.

I won’t be back. Staff member without a mask during a pandemic, mixing in closely with staff and customers. I realize the risk is lower now, but why take such a chance?
