The best tortas (sandwiches) you will find in Veracruz Mexico. Try the Cubana, you won't be disappointed. 70-80 pesos for a huge sandwich! Plus, the people there are super super nice... True Veracruzanos 😊
The tortas are delicious. I've tried the Cuban one and the combinations. The tortas are truly delicious. Very good quality products and a good portion compared to the price. I recommend heating the cheese a little so it gratinates a little. This gives it a very nice touch.
I bought appetizers, always very well served and with excellent flavor. The appetizers are: baked leg, ham, chorizo, cheese, pickled chilies, chipotle, and grilled onions. They serve them on a sandwich; they sell them with homemade bread. I prefer to get bolillos instead of michas. It varies depending on taste.

It was strange, it was empty at 5:48 pm, unlike the other one further down the street. Visually, these cakes are very poor; the flavor is good, but they're very bland... and the service is odd, to say the least.
It's truly disappointing that individual orders are prioritized over group orders. Five people were served after us, and they all left with their cakes before we did. They taste good, but honestly, that kind of service makes them not worth it.
If you order through Rappi or Uber Eats, make sure they've sent you what you ordered. I ordered two cakes, and they ignored my comments about omitting some ingredients. The second cake they sent me had whatever ingredients they had on hand, not what I ordered.
