They forgot to give my husband his chicken nuggets and he only realized it when he got home, so he sent me to get them since he was tired from work and didn’t want to drive all the way there and back. I understand mistakes happen of course, so that isn’t the issue. The issue was when I went back I had to wait 20 minutes because nobody was tending to the people in the front. Then when someone finally asked how they can help me, they acted like I was a nuisance instead of simply apologizing for the mistake. All I said was the nuggets were forgotten, I wasn’t angry or anything, so the annoyed response definitely threw me off a little… Just bad customer service overall.

Going through the drive-thru is your best bet. If you decide to eat in the dining room, then expect to order at a kiosk or place a mobile order. It seems like there is no dedicated person assigned to front counter so you have to holler for service or get someone to buzz open the bathroom for you. Hotcakes weren't the best. They were stuck together like they just nuked them to warm them up. It was strange how they gave us strawberry and grape jam for the hotcakes and not butter and syrup. I had to go back to the front counter to ask for some. Also, my daughter had a sweetened iced tea and said it was too sweet so my husband had to wait at the front again for someone to help him and they switched out the drink to unsweetened, so she ended up just taking it home and adding her own sugar. Dining room service sucks, so just take the drive-thru if you can.

I ordered online so I wouldn’t have to wait so long. I went on my 15 minute break from my Office down the street. I got there still wasn’t ready. I respect fast food workers, they are people who are living. I used to work for fast food before, but I didn’t like how one of the coworkers was yelling at another when the getting yelled was trying to go help the one person in the back. When they had three people including that person in the front. Fast Food needs to be all about helping others, can’t leave anyone behind. I got my food and it was still cold in the inside the Mcchicken. I truly believe this would not happen, if they helped each other out.

When you first walk in all you see is trash can full of trash. I had two mills. The lady told me she can only give me one ranch when she went to take out an order to The parking lot. She had an attitude stink look, or Coworker was on lunch and she slid something across her table. Overall, the lady who’s running the orders to the parking lot she sucks and this place sucks. The food was cold. We witnessed them get fries that were already cooked. Placed them in the fryer for a second and take them right out and place them in our bag.

I know McDonald's everywhere are using screens instead of human interaction nowadays, but this place was pretty bad. My 7 yr old nephew had to use the restroom. It's locked. Okay. Went up to the counter to ask someone to unlock it. Seemed like every employee was actively avoiding looking at us. After about 30 seconds, I said excuse me, and the person closest to us packing food into bags walked away immediately, still without looking at us 😅. Took another couple minutes and hanging over the counter to get anyone to acknowledge us. It wasn't an emergency but if he was younger or had less control I think the headache of a biohazard in the lobby would have been more of a headache than simply interacting with a customer. I get that we're annoying in general, but we also are a necessary part of the fast food ecosystem lmao. It would be nice if the employees didn't avoid us like the plague 🥲

This is the worst McDonalds in the area. Fries are always soggy. I’ve never had fresh crispy fries from this location. Most of the time my burger is always cold. It’s like they made a bunch of them and just let them sit out on the counter tell some dumb dumb like me ordered. Yes it’s McDonald’s you shouldn’t expect the best food ever. But you should have at the least some crispy fresh fries.

To have waited over 30 minutes when this location only had three people waiting in total inside and out only to find out that they lost the ticket under the counter. Is absolutely ridiculous!! We were not the only one this happened to the guy parked next to us experienced the same thing and the lady at the counter turned to look at him and looked away as he was asking for help.

Saturday Oct 18 at 10am I went to pick up a Grubhub order. The man that handed me the order I noticed didn’t put in the soda so I asked him and he asked to see the order and he took a picture. He sat my bag back with the other orders and worked on other orders. He took an order outside came back in and ripped open my bag and said ““the order can wait I don’t care” I asked him to why he would say that he didn’t care and he denied saying it. But even another delivery driver heard him. Then he was talking about me saying ““she thinks she is special” I said really? I asked him his name he said it was Oliver. I then asked the manager on duty the general managers name and the workers name. I will be calling to speak with Mr. Felipe and speaking with him about his employee. She wrote down Orlan so not sure what his name really is. But do better McDonald’s learn to treat people. All he had to do was get the Coke but instead he was insulting and I waited another 10 min for just a soda.

Heidi that works in the front. Was very rude, every table was filthy while there were like 10 associates behind the counter. Several just chatting it up. We ordered from kiosk got a table number and was waiting for awhile only to find out that our food was bagged and sitting on the counter for like 5 min. We had no idea because we ordered in and they never called our number. Got a refund, do better Mc Donalds this experience was horrible. Heidi needs some manners she was mad because she had to clean our table. Didn't even do that good. I had my kids with me as well. If she is a manager I would definitely demote her.

Is this McDonalds actually open 24hrs like it says on google? I’ve gone there on multiple occasions at night after work between 11pm and 2am. Seems like every time I go there after 11pm no one ever takes your order in the drive through. You can sit there as long as you like but no one will help you. When you drive through, you’ll see a bunch of workers in there but no one will come to the window to help you or take your order. Seems as though the overnight crew just hides in the back from customers. If this place really is open 24hrs there might be a good reason why sales are nearly non-existent at night.

I made an order tonight, August 25, 2021. I came home, ate my food and all seemed great, up until my little nephew wanted to drink the large orange fanta I got from McDonald's. I said okay, he can have the first sip, so I handed him the drink. Minutes later he starts screaming at me to come look at the soda. I asked him what happened, he said there's a dead bug inside the drink; I looked and sure enough there's a dead fly sealed inside the drink container. That's the end of that drink, down the sink it went.
