Excellent!!! If you want to eat the real neapolitan pizza dough, which is left to rise for 72 hours, try this place. So tasty, so light, so fragrant. Very good prices as well. What more can I say? Well done!!!

Considering it's a place run by non-Neapolitans, it's a pleasant surprise, proving once again that a passion for Neapolitan pizza and the adoption of appropriate techniques and ingredients are more important than the pizza chef's city of origin. The pizza I ate at "Poco di buono" undoubtedly meets the standards of true Neapolitan pizza: the shallow crust and the consistency of the dough would suggest a "rota e carretto" pizza, but the dimensions are smaller, more like a pizza with a "canotto" crust. The ingredients are clearly Neapolitan: fiordilatte, smoked provola, broccoli rabe... The soft dough, without being too elastic, proved light and digestible. The flavor was also pleasant. The place evokes the atmosphere of popular trattorias. It might be considered modest, but I personally found it pleasant overall. The service was attentive and the prices fair.

Il poco di buono is not just a place to eat pizza, but, as I see it, it is the place to rediscover how much goodness lies in simplicity. Few pizzas on the menu, yes, but all light thanks to the excellent leavening of the dough and topped with fresh and quality ingredients! The place, although spartan and not very large, knows how to be welcoming, excellent for an informal meal. The desserts, all homemade, do not need much introduction... try them and let them speak for themselves. I strongly recommend booking.

Mi sono ritrovato qui per cena e ho ordinato una pizza margherita. Il gusto di quest'ultima, era veramente ottimo, viene utilizzato il fior di latte al posto della mozzarella tradizionale. Unica pecca della pizza era la crosta in parte cruda. Arrivato al locale trovo l'insegna spenta (di notte), entro e trovo un ambiente molto spartano con tavoli e sedie simili a quelle dell'oratorio. Il servizio è molto rapido. Quello che davvero non posso accettare è il vedere tutte le posate all'interno di un contenitore sul mio tavolo. Trovo questa cosa molto poco igienica. Conto in linea con la concorrenza. Se non fosse stato per il servizio e la location avrei dato tranquillamente 5 stelle.

A classic "I wouldn't give a damn from the outside" place. A VERY basic and small place. Inside, the tables are long folding tables and the seating is mostly benches. The place is clean. The service is fast, but perhaps at peak times, only two people (plus the pizza chef) are needed to do everything. The pizza selection is quite extensive, and the price is in line with the offerings. A very positive note: within 5 minutes of ordering, all 6 pizzas arrived. Magic. The pizzas were so light, we decided to get a whole pizza and split it. Another positive note is the desserts! They're all homemade, and it shows. Those homemade desserts are full-bodied and very delicious. Now for the less positive notes: the poorly maintained interior is definitely too basic (I understand that's probably a stylistic choice, but that's what I think). The mozzarella or fiordilatte melted on the pizza... it's too thin and not very melty (my taste). For example, I had a patatosa all'Italia (fries + sausage), and I thought the toppings were really too light (I've attached a photo). It's a shame because the dough is worth it. That said, if you're in Voghera or Rivanazzano, I recommend getting it to go because it might be a good compromise, but eating it in is not worth it. Right across the street is a huge parking lot that was part of the former mental asylum; it's free.

Although the quality has declined over the years, the pizza, which is very light, is still good. However, the somewhat spartan layout, the dark place, the freshly washed but not even dried glasses, and the burnt pizza all detract from the experience. The desserts are good.

I ordered a takeout pizza with spicy salami and fries, specifically asking for a generous serving and paying the appropriate surcharge. Unfortunately, despite this, the pizza only had about five counted slices of salami and very few fries. Furthermore, the pizza was rather bland, lacking salt, and the tomato sauce was also flavorless. That said, I'd like to emphasize that the staff was friendly and helpful. I hope this feedback helps us improve the service in the future.

A spartan place with tables and chairs like at a festival, good pizza dough but not many toppings, good desserts. Two pizzas, a beer, half a liter of mineral water, two coffees, €31.20.

Crackers spacciati per "pizza napoletana". Capisco il target di basso livello ma lasciate almeno in pace la tradizione partenopea. No grazie.
