I've been coming to Big Bowl for a while now and it is my go-to place for pho. The staff are friendly, the service is excellent, and the food is absolutely top notch. More often than not, our food comes out quickly. I often get the Lean Brisket Pho (P8, if I recall), my wife gets the P10, and my daughter gets the plain fried rice. I also highly recommend the C7 and the Bahn Mi (both pork and chicken) are the best I've had. Their tea is delicious and consistent as well. I've tried other places in the area and, while they're good, Big Bowl beats them out, at least for me. I've brought friends here because I believe they will enjoy it as much as I do. It's the staff and consistency of the food that keep me coming back.

Fantastic! I don't know why it took me years to come back here. The regular pho bowl is HUGE, the pho broth OMG one of the best I've ever had. Flavorful and super delicious! Everyone who works there is also super nice. Shrimp Spring rolls were made fresh when we ordered them. Also, my green onion was shaped like a heart ❤️

Not gonna lie, when I decided to look for a good pho place and started reading reviews for Pho Big Bowl, my wife and I saw the negative review and the manager's response and immediately knew where we were going. We love to support local businesses who stand up to punks and this 3 like that. That out of the way, our food was fantastic. I got the spicy bowl (p13?) and we shared crispy egg rolls and crab rangoon. Everything was delicious and the staff were phenomenal. Will definitely be back.

I have been here several times now and both visits were exactly as I had hoped. I am a fan of all soups in general so phò is right up my alley. I have ordered the steak/ tendon/ brisket and the meatball w/extra meatball and both were fantastic. The staff is very attentive to your needs. The restaurant is nice and clean. You definitely are in the right place when more than half of the customers eating are of Asian heritage. I can't wait to try more of their dishes!

Fresh noodles and tasty soup, good service. At it's core a bowl of pho is about being able to enjoy just the broth and they do it well here.

I don’t know how they make their broth for their pho bowls but whenever I’m sick, I get the bowl and drink the broth for two days and I automatically feel better after the first “dose.” Their charbroiled meats are also so flavorful.

This place was so good. I was very confused because I ordered a large size and I seen bigger bowls than mine come out. So I hope to come back again because it has some very good stock. I checked them on the sizes and they were really convincing me that I got the large as if I needed glasses. But never the less they are too good to be playing around like that.

It was good food, but I would prefer full service. You have to pay at the counter so remember your number. It felt impersonal. Lots of people came and went and picked up food. Pro tip: ask for the chili paste and sauces while the server is there, they were not at the table and were not offered. I'd recommend they maybe offer to make suggestions on how to season and eat the food. We asked, but the ladies could have been more forthcoming to newbies. And plastic dishes are not my favorite. I'd also recommend a hook for purses in the bathroom. It did have a surface to put a purse on, so that was good.

Order the large combination pho bowl. The broth was ok; it did not have the depth of flavor and a little sweet from sugar. The meat was tough, and the noodles were ok. The service was fast and did not come back after delivering the food. This is normal for most asian places. Since the food was

Decent place to get a bowl of pho. Prices are slightly higher than the ones in Haltom but its to be expected. Flavor wise it was OK, noodles were cooked well with a nice firm chewy texture

Great food, terrible service. Messed up our order three times, got my meal VERY late (still good though), and was overcharged. I'm typically very understanding, but this was a little much and the man was pretty argumentative when asking for clarification on the pricing. Just make sure to count up your total before you walk up to the counter to pay.

I ordered pho and wings from Pho Big Bowl, and the experience was really disappointing. The food didn’t taste fresh, and the wings especially seemed off. The next day, I ended up feeling really sick, and I’m pretty sure it was from the meal. I expected way better quality and safety. I won’t be coming back after this experience.

We have been coming here for years and always been good. Decided to take my in-laws here tonight and had the worst service. They seriously acted like us being there was a problem. I guess they forgot they work in customer service industry we won’t spend another dollar there and will make sure anyone we know don’t either!
