We came in early, so there was no waiting, which made the experience even better. The service was decent and efficient. I especially loved the carne en su jugo—it was incredibly tasty and full of flavor. Definitely a great place to try a classic dish when visiting Guadalajara.

The most delicious carne en su jugo ever. You’ll get your food in a world record time (literally). The beans are so good that you’ll want to take some home….and you can! Ask about their cans or pouches of beans. Must visit restaurant in Guadalajara.

Karne Garibaldi is my favorite place to eat carne en su jugo. I have eaten this dish in a few restaurants in Guadalajara, but this is my personal preference. Moreover, this is where I bring friends who are new to Guadalajara and have not eaten this dish. I like that they bring out the compliments to the carne quickly. It gives you the opportunity to graze, relax, and snack if you are very hungry. IMHO, their flavors are on the mark. Tomatoes and onions are included in the guacamole. Additional, lime, cilantro, and onion are served separately. The corn in their bean dish is soft, as well as the bacon garnishing the carne en su jugo.

Great carne in su jugo, got the large and that was more than enough for me with the free tortillas and chips with beans they provide on the side. Pretty popular place so I had to wait a while to get seated

The service was obviously not close to their Guinness world record, but it was still pretty fast. We got sat and almost right away someone was there to take our order. My wife and I each ordered some quesadillas and carne en su jugo. They dtsrtnyou off with some beans and chips. Well let me just say that those beans were so good that they were gone almost immediately . They brought us seconds. The carne en su jugo was super flavorful. The only thing that wasn't that great was the quesadillas de chorizo. It was good just nothing special really. Next time I'll just stick to their carne en su jugo.

This is a casual and traditional eatery. They live up to the hype on flavour and the ultra quick service. The food was delicious and very affordable. This is ideal to have meal with a big group.

Awesome this is my second time here very delicious fast service make sure to have the carne in soup it’s the house specialty and very local to Guadalajara and Jalisco went during the week so no big weeks line up’s we only waited 5 mins

This place is really hectic and busy. Since it is famous expect to wait to be seated, once you order the food will come fast. I yet don't know how the waiter handles all this people. The food was very tasty. The quesadillas are great. The large portions is best for the price than the medium size.

Food was delicious, and they are as fast as they say with the carne en su jugo. When it comes to the side dishes, it takes just a little bit more, but nothing crazy to wait. Food is delicious and filling for a reasonable price. The beans with corn are amazing, and you get as many refils as you want with chips. Same with the tortillas and complimentary broth if you finished it before you were done with your meat. The melted cheese with chorizo or mushrooms (or both if you'd like) is tricky. it seems like a small bowl but is more than enough. Believe me. Overall, it was a great experience, with great and friendly customer service and willing to come back.
