This place was very busy but the employees didn’t let that phase them. The food came out quickly. The fries were a little cold but they were still delicious. The facility was clean.

The burgers were reasonably priced and it was one of the Best tasting too. The fries were Fresh and the crew were very polite. I especially loved that you could see the kitchen in the back of the counter where they were preparing burgers. everything felt fresh and the quantity was good too. I loved the experience, would definitely how again.

Took my two friends from the midwest that had never been before. I had been craving it, and hyping it up for days before we went. Not surprisingly, this location did not disappoint. The food was amazing (per usual), but what really stuck out to me this time was the service. SiSi took our order, and knowing that it was their first time at In-N-Out (and clearly seeing how excited I was) hand-delivered our food to our table. Needless to say, she went above and beyond to make their experience incredible. I have always been a loyal customer to In-N-Out, but she made two more lifelong customers last night. Thanks SiSi!!!!

I'm from Houston so I had to make this visit count. It's on a big property with lots of parking and Palm trees that was nice. Burger was very good fries alright. I like the peppers you can get for urself.

Oh man! I don’t even know where to start…a very simple menu, great staff, very tasty burgers and the animal fries OMG! And to think I slept on In-N-Out Burgers for years in favor of the other trash joints is crazy…keep up the good work, don’t stop being amazing.

I have been waiting for a double double animal style with animal style fries, and a chocolate shake again for years. I found myself in Irving Texas for training and made a beeline straight to the In-N-Out on MacArthur. I was not disappointed in the least. Extremely friendly staff, very clean facility for as busy as it was and my food was ready in short order. Hot, fresh, and as always delicious. I even stocked up on new shirts. I just wish In-N-Out would hurry up and open a place in or near OKC

Best fast food burger there is! Animal style is ammmazing. Get yourself some animal fries and thank me later. The freshest fast food ever, love that they cut the potatoes in store for the fries. I enjoy collecting their shirts from different states. If you're a vegetarian, you can have them make you a grilled cheese or animal style grilled cheese.

One of the best fast food burgers in the US. I live in Canada and i have been craving in n put since the last time i had the chance to eat in LA in 2016. The burger is smashed and the bun is crispy at the contact of the sauce and soft from the inside. The magic sauce is incredible too. Go there and have their double-double for the best burger experience without going bankrupt 🤑

I found the service to be quick and only 10mins wait for my order to get ready. The washrooms are clean and the facilities are wheelchair accessible. There is a drive thru if you and the service is pretty quick there as well. Be sure to checkout the secret menu.

In & Out is always a solid choice for a consistent good-tasting burger across multiple visits, and this time was no different. The place is always clean, and the staff are friendly and fast. They still have the soft drink fountain which I like, as well as self-serve ketchup. They deliver a superior customer experience, and I mainly attribute it to good management.

I really like In-N-Out. Their food has this homemade type of taste and they are cheap. I got my fries animal styled and they were amazing alongside the double double I ordered (I got it regularly because I wasn’t aware there wasn’t a charge for animal styled burgers, I will take this knowledge into consideration next time, however). The cashiers who took my order were kind and I especially like that older guy, I don’t know his name but I overheard him filling in some tourists on how In-n-out works. He really is the kindest there.

Good burgers and shakes. Small menu. Always busy but everyone works super hard. It shows there is good management there. When ordering to go they will give you a cardboard tray to eat it the car or a bag. Convenient.

This location is great. Some times is does get busy.. but the crew flows and knows what they are doing when they get busy. They have it down and are good at it. One of the best I have seen and tasted in a long time. The order was accurate and fresh. Too bad its 900 miles from my home.

In the 20–30 minutes I was there, I watched her go above and beyond for both customers and her team. She was fixing orders that came out wrong, helping customers directly, taking food out, and even correcting mistakes her coworkers made—all with an amazing attitude. You could clearly see she cares about the customers and the store’s reputation. Honestly, the way she was running around handling everything so smoothly, it felt like she was already the manager. Ruby is phenomenal and truly deserves to be recognized. Someone with that much dedication, leadership, and customer service skills should absolutely be a general manager. I'm a business owner myself. Wish she was on our team. This location is lucky to have her!

I tried it for the first time and it lived up to the hype. Got the cheeseburger meal animal style on the fries and burger. It was super good. The staff was super friendly and made me feel welcome in the store. It wasn't super expensive either which really surprised me.

I used to live in California.. where in and out was just minutes away.. about 11 years ago, I moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma.. Man, have I missed it. I mean, the burgers are so juicy, good, and made with pride. Which makes them so so so awesome.. the fries are homemade right there at the location.. So, I had to go to Texas on a business trip. Me and the better half have been wanting to go anyway, planning a special 233 mile journey just to get in and out.. Today, we got our fix but it will be short-lived.. what I'm trying to say is yall need to just expand and come out to Tulsa Oklahoma.. If your a potential customer who has never tried be warned, it Is over you will be hooked I promise also the staff is awesome never been to a location with rude person.. Keep up the good work and hurry and get over here in Tulsa..

Very nice In-N-Out location in Las Colinas. For vegetarians, I highly recommend their grilled cheese burger/sandwich 🍔which can be made with lettuce 🥬, tomatoes 🍅, onions 🧅, and cheese 🧀. It’s not displayed on the menu, they make it for me all the time. The service is always superior 💯 and fairly fast. The prices are still very very reasonable as compared to other fast food chains.

First time ever eating In-and-Out and I'm hooked!! Being from the East coast I never had a chance to try their food, and I don't know why I waited so long to visit. Service is excellent, and getting everything "animal style" is the way to go every time. We had the burger and cheeseburger with fries, outstanding! They can also fry the mustard onto your bun. Make sure to ask the cashier for help if you don't know what or how to order, which is what we did. Very nice and eager to help. This restaurant is a must! Love love love this food!!

My favorite Burger hands down. Double double, extra toasted bun, extra grilled onion done extra well, extra packet of in n out sauce, 4 hot peppers to bite as I eat my burger. Pink lemonade. Ketchup with my fries. I also ordered another double double lettuce wrapped protein style. It's so good! Living in Florida makes me miss In n' Out so much!

This in and out never let's me down. *double double with grilled onions and an extra pack of theor sauce. Make certain to get extra peppers on the side and extra in an out sauce!!! Sometimes I got dirty and subtract the lettuce and tomato...(always extra pickeles). However, w lettuce and tomato it's always a bit crisp and refreshing. The H2O in the lettuce and tomatoes helps me swallow the burger....where as a dbl dbl extra pickles add grilled onions no lettuce no tomato is a DORTY GOOEY PLEASURE EVERYONE NEEDS! MY GF always wants cheese fries w extra cheese as it keeps the moisture in the little fries.... usually a chocolate shake bit the strawberry shake was awesome! *we make ice cream at home and I really want to somehow get ahold of a few gal of their REAL vanilla ice cream shake mix, never icy and always perfect to drink immediately. *seems to stay colder longer than ours at home and jst as delicious.

It's in-n-out, what there to say? It's fast food in an old-school setting. The burgers and shakes are great and I appreciate that they stick to high quality ingredients. There was a line when I got there but the team worked on the orders super fast, so waiting was not a problem at all. Just happened to be the time everyone from out of town decided to get a bite there. And then it suddenly emptied out. Anyhow, I enjoyed the burger, fries and vanilla shake very much.

Pretty good never have eaten here so I live up north and they don't have this up there. So I decided to visit Texas. Pretty good no complaints at all. The double burger was good the cheese burger was a bit on the dry side and all you tasted was the tomato.

The service was quick and efficient. The food was very fresh and hot. Overall this is one of the better In N Out locations I’ve been to in a while. I definitely recommend coming here. All the employees were friendly as well.

The food is OK, it's a burger and home cut fries. It is what it is. I have eaten at a few its typically about the same. There are better burger options, IMO. The staff was welcoming and friendly and order was accurate.

Omg. For some reason, a family is having a birthday celebration in a corner of the store. However, the children are all running around. Yelling and screaming. Worst experience ever. They are about to eat..... uncontrolled group of kids. Why did I come here. If and when I get my order, I will have to eat and run. Ugh.

The best In-N-Out Burger I’ve ever had was in California so when I drove to Texas I made sure to stop and grab a meal. Like everyone says the fries are not at all flavorful, but when your stomach is growling you’ll eat anything. Nothing some ketchup couldn’t fix, BUT I found a string of hair in them 🤢 The burger was delicious with the “animal style” sauce on it too! All in all it cost about 26 for two #1 meals. I need to double check my reciept on that cost cause how…The burger was better than I expected.

Well visiting and I had to try this since everyone talks about it. They dont have much on the menu, a few burgers and fries and then the rest is all drinks. Best thing i can say is its a step up from McDonald's/burger king. Not that I've had it, it can go in the "don't need to go again" folder. If you are traveling and want a quick bite and you had all the fast food options, i guess this would be better than the big 3 fast food chains though.

Inside menu very limited. Service was not giving, everything was rushed and worker did not follow instructions. For the cost of what was spent very dissatisfied. I would prefer McDonald's before going back

In n Out is not a top burger for me. It's pretty good and it's consistent, and the service is usually very good. High quality ingredients and operations. This location is one I will be avoiding from here on out. The drive through line took literally 25 minutes or more. The food was not quite what ice come to expect from InO, the people were friendly enough, though, kind of robotic. Just very inefficient and took a very long time to get through the drive through. The ones in Arlington and Mansfield are far better in my opinion.

I used to LOVE in n out. I live so far away it's a treat to be here. I splurged and got the big combo and a shake! I didn't like how they fry the bun so much that it makes the bun taste like it's completely dried out like a cracker. But the good thing is the middle of the bun was soft so I really enjoyed that part. The French fries however were solid, and 100% dried out. Surprisingly they were hot though. So I understand... this is how they are designed? I got them and they had the texture of a saltine cracker but without the salt? Im open minded but do people like this? Is my memory wrong? I thought their fries were unique but I thought they still had a soft potato in the fry. It tasted like... when I pull out McDonald's fries from yesterday and re heat them in my air fryer, then I forget about them, and then I air fry them again and Boom! Cracker fries! Then there's the shake. I said I splurged. I LOVE strawberry shakes! They can't mess it up right? The shake will bring back my happiness after the fry sadness right? 😞 Sadly the shake was melted and only the middle was ... refrigerator temperature. So sad. It was still mysterious SUPER THICK but warm? It gave me the ice. I hope I can just go in and get a free refill of diet coke? They did that drink perfectly!! Looks like it's back to Carls Jr and Whataburger for me! Sighh.. Oh but the spread sauce packets tasted good!

I came in and ordered and over heard the girl with huge lashes speaking about how fat I was and how by the way I ordered I’d never loose weight. I saw her name tags slightly looked like it said Valerie or Valeria.She was insanely rude and I could hear her speaking about me and my body the whole entire time I was eating. It really killed the vibes. Food was good though.

I asked for a well done burger. As my pictures that are posted the inside of my burger is pink. The whole reason why I asked for a well done burger is so that the inside of the burger won’t be pink. I’ve posted the pictures so that you can see that. Customer service was horrible. My bread is burnt hard and now I have to drive 12 miles back to Las Colinas to get my money back to return your burger.

First time experiencing this "raving place" and I was not impressed. The first burger I was given the bun was rock hard. So I had to drive to the front and wait for them to remake. The line was hellaciously long to begin with and they're trying to mimic chik fil a (without the quick moving line).... fail. The size of this burger is that of a kiddie burger. The fries were all the end pieces. The medium drink resembled a child's siE drink. Complete mirage pn what everyone is raving about this place. No way does it even compare to a sonic and dang sure doesn't compare to whataburger.
