I’m picky. I liked my buns to be steamed not grilled, but the experience and the loneliness of In-N-Out Burger makes some five stars.

Long drive thru line at 9pm but it went smoothly. Customer service was great, food was delicious, and price was comparable. Definitely recommend!

Having lunch while doing homework at the same time… the food is always amazing! And the hot chocolate perfect for the cold!

Honestly in n out burger is just a long lived western and west coast burger joint. But it is very dedicated to freshness. They have distribution centers and warehouses nearby and make deliveries of product multiple times daily while keeping food prices at a very acceptable rate. They are so good they only offer a very slim menu and are still always packed. Fan favorites are the cheeseburger fries and shake selection. It's a West Coast staple you must try if you ever run into one

Almost one o'clock A .M. and I was craving Animal Style French Fries from my local In & Out burger. The drive thru was about a 10 minute wait (considering the massive amount of cars, ten minutes was more than worth it!!) Pulling up to the intercom I hear a very lively, polite, and enthusiastic voice happy to take my order and insure it's correctness. As I pull up to the drive thru window I get to put a face and a name to the voice Steven Lo. That young man had a smile that stretched from ear to ear . His appearance was bright eyed and fresh as if just coming on shift. His chipper personality definitely brightened my night and I drove out of the drive thru with that same contagious smile and one satisfied craving!! Tyvm!

Havent been to an In-N-Out for at least 14 years, decided to show my wife from the east coast what they're about, and they definitely lived up to my nostalgia. The drive-thru line was around the parking lot and into the street so we went into the lobby and ordered to-go, we were out in 10 minutes, totally satisfied. Glad they're open so late!

It's a larger In-N-Out than many and it gets a LOT of business so it needs to be. We almost always go on our way home because we don't have an In-N-Out where we live. The service is exceptional! I have a bunch of food allergies and they are really careful. We were just there on Friday evening when it was crazy busy. Still exceptional service as always.

This is a wonderful in -N- out. It is easy to get to. There is two gas stations close by. A nice hotel and lots of parking.It is very clean and safe to stop by and rest.it is located next to a I will patrol station and located directly at the freeway for easy access.food is always great and service is outstanding. Who doesn't love a good double double from In-N-Out?? Aside from the nightmarishly long line for the drive thru (which I'll note moves at a decently quick pace!) this location is and always has been nothing short of excellent! The staff have always been friendly, helpful, are always busy at their designated tasks and go above and beyond if assistance is needed! I've maybe had 1 or 2 experiences where my order came out wrong and I was always generously compensated when it has happened! The tables are nice and clean all the time and even though it can get very busy and crowded it never feels like its too much. I would recommend this location to anyone wanting an amazing burger and fries!

Had the In-N-Out bURGEr visiting my brother in California! Mustard grilled double-double . . . YES! Such a popular location the city has actually blocked off a lane for right turn traffic into the drive thru! Crazy.

We just moved in the area and I'm not surprised but the service we get from in n out, it's always a good place to come staff is friendly, food is good, and the atmosphere feels great.

So, I've visited the Palmdale area three times in as many months and today I enjoyed In-N-Out for the second time in as many months!! This was my first visit to this location and I was surprised to see a somewhat retro looking exterior.. Is this location older than others?? Anywho, I sampled the single patty cheeseburger without onion and asked for my fries to be well done.. Well done fries are a game changer for me personally as they are even more appealing than they are already.. The burger was as flavorful as any I've enjoyed at any In-N-Out location and the customer service and atmosphere within the restaurant were on point!! I'm thinking I might visit this location again on future visits to the Palmdale/Lancaster area..

As I pulled up to the Drive-Thru line on a nearing high noon Saturday, it was backed up onto 20th Street West. I could see attendants taking orders but decided I didn't want my Corvette idling long. So I drive through the parking lot for a spot to go inside. It was pretty crowded but the line at the counter moved briskly. Buying for 3, it was an 18 minute wait. Of note was the friendliness of the young man that took my order. He offered to prepare my shake just as I was leaving so that it wouldn't melt during my 20 minute ride home, and the older gentleman around my age, 60ish, who was genuinely courteous to me as I picked up the order.

First time ever to eat at an In and Out and wasn't disappointed at all. It wasn't fancy dining but it was great fast food, very fast service, and a happy, joyful atmosphere. The floors weren't greasy and slippery. Tons of people were in line and in the drive through but the limited menu options seemed to really keep it moving fast.

Being from the east coast, I had only heard of these west coast spots like In-N-Out and Jack in the Box. I tried the latter first, and was wholly disappointed with the food although the pricing is good. Today I finally tried In-N-Out, just a simple double double (animal style) with animal style fries and it seriously hit the spot. The fries aren't the best but with the extras they were so good. The restaurant was immaculate and there were employees everywhere. I think they had more people clocked in at this one location than the closest 3 McDonald's combined! And still take my order in person and don't ignore me for 15 minutes. I'm glad I finally tried it, I'll definitely be back

Excellent and fresh burgers! When we pulled up to the in-n-out in an afternoon, the line of cars wrapped around the entire restaurant. We waited for at least 1 hour but it was worth it!! We ordered 2 double burgers and a cheeseburger with French fries. The fries were okay. Next time I will just go in and order everything inside as it much faster. The price was pretty good !

The woman taking orders seemed upset about something, but I would be too if I was standing in the sun for hours. The food is exactly the same as its been for the last 40 years of my life; which is delicious and amazing. The line is usually down the block so we don't come here often but when we do it's great knowing we will get the same in n out as we have always loved.

Great California style burger experience attentive service for a fast food chain at a reasonable price! Double double burger (no tomato) with animal style (Well done) fries. The patty was seasoned properly with crisp edges and a juicy center, as expected with a smash style burger. Sometimes you can finish with a soggy mess if you choose animal style on the burger. The bun was toasted well and the lettuce and onion complimented the popular burger sauce. The fries are poor compared to other burger joints but that's just a well known compromise with In n Out. Staff were friendly and were actively keeping the area clean.

Typical In N Out.. Great service and good food. I got here right after 10:30am, and it wasn't busy. But by 10:45am, it started getting real busy. Family friendly and the staff were cleaning tables right away. Expect a lil bit of a wait if it's busy. Especially the drive thru. It's worth it. I ordered double with animal fries.

Great food and easy to find seating but parking was terrible

Food is amazing but the line for drive through wraps around and goes down two blocks. Worth the wait but just know if you get in line, buckle up and ita gonna be a minute. Food is always fresh and made the way you like it. If there was a way to improve the drive-thru experience.

Great burgers. Very customizable food, with a very well-known secret menu. My only concern is I can't get them to understand light salt on my fries. But it gets you an overflowing portion of hot fries. Next try is no salt and using the salt packet which is always included. Foiur stars.

Good burgers the price has been going up consistently along with all fast food. The lines are still very long after years of having the same issue. Even McDonald's has gone to a double drive thru model and that is not their main thing. They could also speed things up by getting an app and have curbside for some who prefer it. They really need to modernize their operations if they want to stay competitive.

The workers here are the only ones out of all the fast food chains that have good attitudes, aren't rude and have personality. The food is good my favorite is animal style fries.

My first time ever ordering in n out and the burger was phenomenal! I got a combo animal style with fries. Super tasty, I will say the fries do need more salt or a different recipe as they’re very bland without it being animal style, but other than that all was very good and a good experience. The bathrooms could be a bit cleaner though!

I'm not a fan of in n out but this location makes the food fast and when you get it it's hot and savory. You can taste all the flavors and it's filling. I make changes to my burger such as mustard grill, double grilled onion, pickles and no spread. They make it so delicious, I have never enjoyed a innout cheeseburger like here. Other locations they don't make them as good it's always cold or sloppy when I get them. But this place does get crowded on the weekends and there is never parking and the drive through line is insane. I prefer going a weeknight like Thursday. The place is clean and the wait time is not insane

Update: Still tastes good but what happened to your meat patties? They're half the size they used to be and not any cheaper. And yet another great In-N-Out location! Ordered my usual Flying Dutchman and they asked if I wanted to try it wrapped in grilled onions. Why not. It was pretty good, the onions added some extra flavor. The fries were perfect and the oil they cooked them in was fresh. The diet Coke was also good and they put a decent amount in the cup, it wasn't mostly ice in there. Speaking of, the ice was clean tasting (if that makes sense). This location is super busy and the drive-thru is roped off so the only drive-thru entrance is off of 20th St W, not W Ave I. They had two people taking orders and, even though cars were backed up down 20th, the line moved quickly.

Always busy, with hustling fast hard working employees, who make this a true Southern California Landmark of Great Hamburger Franchises, which has continued on with success at this location. The Lancaster store is as busy, and excellent in all aspects, as any In-N-OUT Burger location. This location has easy access at the Avenue I Exit, on the Antelope Valley 14 Freeway, making for easy access. One Can't beat their old fashioned style of great hamburgers, fries, shakes, as if it were the days of sock hop soda pop. There's always a line, but it's worth the wait, and the wait is minimal for as many customers as constantly patronize this location. The Cheeseburger's and Fries are by far the very best of any of the competition. For the cost of 1 Double-Double, 1 Triple-Triple, 1 french fry, with 2 Cokes, for less than $20, no one can compare to In-N-Out, for outstanding Americana fast food at an unbelievably low prices! In-N-Out defies the cliche: "you get what you pay for," because here "you get the best for far less"!

I walked in and their was a mob of people surrounding the cash register it was like a riot inside. No clear start to the line. I held the door open for a family only to be cursed at so my bad for being polite. Very rude customers harassing the poor staff. Eventually I fought my way to the front. Once I got my food I ate outside and there was a traffic jam in the parking lot. A road rage incident happened so the sheriff had to show up and bust up the disaster in the parking lot. Loudspeakers, yelling, honking, screaming and chaos, sound like LA county alright! Overall chaotic but I got my food at least, walked out with all my limbs and just a verbal confrontation for holding the door open. 3 stars.

The drive thru sucks you can't go thru the restaurant parking lot ,a long line of cars is blocking. It's slow sometimes, I had a wait of 45 people last time, not even kidding. So my boyfriend brought me to his hometown from the East coast to meet his family and he raved about In n Out and how it was his number one spot growing up. Everything was fresh and made to order....animal style....yadda yadda. So we came in for lunch, the place was being run like a well oiled machine with friendly attitudes and smiling faces. The place was busy which is always a really good sign for any food establishment. Well I ordered the hamburger combo and he did the double cheese combo animal style. After about 12 minutes our number was called, he went to grab our lunch from the counter as I waited with anticipation to try the famous In n Out burger. Took one bite and the bun was hard, I lifted the bun and saw that it was burnt. I then tried a f.f. and they were cold. I went up and handed over my burnt cold food for a freshly made box. When I received my new fresh made box, the burger was dry and flavorless. and after eating a few F.F. they tasted like white potato which are also tasteless. I ate about half of my burger and fries and tossed it in the garbage. My boyfriend stated that his meal wasn't what he recalled it being either. He said the quality was really low and that the burger didn't seemed to be hand pattie like they once were. So needless to say, i wasn't impressed and my boyfriend was disappointed. He said his child hood memory was ruined.

Today got single meat combo and was not please I got cheese burger with the meat not equal to the bun finish the burger but with a lot of bun and veggies left over so disappointing

Worst experience so far at In-N-Out. Food did not taste good and horribly burnt buns. Incompetent employees should know better sending out completely black buns. Patties looked even smaller than the OC locations. Even if its busy, take your time and make it right the first time. I didnt even post the 2nd burger which was even more black. I had to take off the top part of my sandwich to give to my daughter in law just so she could have a complete sandwich since hers was so black.

The tomato on my sandwich was thicker than the hamburger meat, talk about cutting corners, my husband doesn't want to come here anymore our fries were cold also. If I could give zero stars I would.
