The food was great but the maintenance in the lobby could use some work . No clean tables readily available and I had to clean off a table so my family sit down at a semi-decent spot. Staff serving were not rude but could use some enthusiasm when engaging with customers.
Was there after 2pm and only two workers at the service. they were overwhelmed with the orders. I had 4 orders getting cold in front of me and another 3 behind and about 6 people waiting. the staff could not go to the register to make us pay and we can collect our food which was getting cold and indeed it did. and When i notified them they asked me to be patient . they were unapologetic. instead of serving the ready order first they elected to keep taking orders and preparing food and stacking us all to be served literally cold food. not to mention they were runing low on items so they were just scraping the bottom and giving more lettuce....no napkins. the soft drinks machine was not operating right either. total of 3 workers forsuch busy location??? CHEAPO..
Food is good. Service was polite. But be prepared for the following: 1. Bring your own rag to wipe off the table you want to eat at. 2. Be prepared to sweat. A/C doesn't work well. 3. Be prepared to bring your own drinks. They run out of stuff & it just sits empty. 4. Be prepared to spend $1.60 for 1/8 cup of salad dressing (for your salad). What's next, charge extra for the lettuce on the salad? Best to dine elsewhere if you dont want the above.

Well this will be my first and last visit all rolled into one as this is pretty unhealthy eating disguised as being a healthier choice. The only reason I came is because I saw they did build a bowls and they were currently having Chicken al pastor. I always liked pastor pork in the past but recently for health and religious reasons have quit eating pork because the Bible does indeed forbid it. So I thought it would be lovely to try chicken with the seasonings and pineapple of pastor. The taste was fine but not as good as I thought it would be. So I built a bowl with the Chicken al pastor, double portion, brown rice, black beans, fresh tomato salsa and fajita veggies. They have practically no vegetable options which is sad. And while my bowl came out to only 750 Cal and 59 g of protein which is good because I am recuperating from a sports injury, it contained an astronomical 2,700 +milligrams of sodium according to their website! That is more sodium than anyone should eat in a day even someone in perfect health! :-( Because of that I won't be back because I am seeking healthier options overall and this is not it
The environment is very stingy with amount of food. From the rice, to meat, to the cheese. I understand that it is a business and they have to make money but this chipotle location is overly stingy in my opinion. The workers were not rude and I’m sure it comes from upper level management but charging me extra for what I would consider a normal amount of shredded cheese that you would receive at a Mexican restaurant is unnecessary. Now I did ask for more shredded cheese because what the worker first put was very little in my opinion. The meat was not hot nor warm. But I will not be coming back to this chipotle location.
Just picked up a mobile order that was total garbage. For starters, they didn’t drain the liquid from the carnitas in my bowl , so it leaked through the bag and onto my car seat. Secondly, the lazy employee also couldn’t be bothered to include any plastic wear in the bag, so that was a fun surprise for me. Lastly, the potions in my bowl were the smallest portions I’ve ever received here. There was almost no one inside the restaurant during what should have been the start of their lunch rush. I hope this of a sign that their business is suffering due to their terrible service. What used to be a great chain has truly turned into trash.
I got the wrong, indifferent service treatment here today. Just unfortunate choice of day and hour, but I am in a break and I do DoorDash deliver for them. I am ultra compassionate and understanding of the industry and services. I asked for to-go sofritos (a clearly described vegan menu) and staff asked me if I wanted cheese (dairy) . I said no , okay, BUT they should have known what a vegan diet is if you’re not a total ignorant server in the food service industry serving for at least one week what is a vegan dish that IS in the menu, then I asked for “just a bit” of the green mild salsa (aided by gesture with the pinky finger and 1/8-1/4 marking sign of the finger) though, I got a spoon full over my rice and beans and, the worst from all, the sofritos that absorbed the heat degree of the spice - here I am in a hurry to eat my lunch and go, and already sweating a storm with my tummy threatening to revolt, and, btw, I make a living with deliveries and I very often deliver their food 🤬 I definitely got the wrong service folks here today (Sun. 10/26/25 about noon time) Heed with caution, they might serve you something extra if you show an uneasy face to their unprofessional attitude. I might by now start avoiding deliveries from here and I am done with this particular store . It was not the first time I dealt with same level of indifference and unprofessional attitude, and I am done. ✅ Least and the last, I asked for a Dasher discount 😹 and the guy played deaf and he refused to hear it. Alright. I let you know your attitude got you feedback. Absolutely rude.
At this location, I don’t think it’s a good idea to order online because the directions are not followed well. It’s better to order when you get there. Also co-worker and I have stayed to eat for lunch and it was hard to find a clean seat, we had to wipe up ourselves. The workers have been kind though.
The food was okay, but the chips were stale. The 3 people working all had a bad attitude. There were sighing, eye rolling, and ignoring me. I don’t bother saying anything in person because no one seems to care. But maybe they can study chick fil an and get some of that mojo. Update 2/2025: I don’t think that chipotle employees are trained on customer service. There’s no greeting no smile no sense of when to order because nobody says anything. They just stare. When I ask what I want it takes several repetitions before they understand what I’m talking about even though I’m just saying words like “taco.” Despite all the negative, the food is absolutely delicious. I wasn’t a huge fan of chipotle until I tried the tacos with sofritas and I’m addicted. I don’t know what needs to happen to make chipotle a friendly place to visit. I don’t know if they need more employees. I don’t know if they need more training. I don’t know if their wages are too low but something‘s gotta give because this environment doesn’t allow for bad customer service when there is other options, especially with the economy the way it is each sale lost is a big deal. Anyhow, I’ll be back for the food that’s for sure.

We go to this spot all the time and they always give us mediocre scoops even tho we get double meat every time . This time it was different people , we ordered one bowl with double scoop of chicken and one with half chicken half steak . And they honestly gave us 5 pieces of steak half a scoop of chicken , then gave us half a scoop of chicken and when I asked for double she put another half scoop? Like are we not paying for double ? . I understand if we were asking for 4-5 scoops and that’s too much but if we’re paying for double chicken because your scoops are so small then add more! ,but no we get mediocre scoops every time we go and this time was worse ! . The little boy with the beard working the register is rude. Tall guy with glasses super creepy. And the whole place is dirty especially the area were they prep the food, gross.
I don’t know why I keep telling myself the food, service, and this place will get better—it hasn’t happened in years. One of the employees, the lady with tattoos, always seems bothered when taking food orders. Only a few employees are nice; the rest should probably work somewhere else. The food portions are small, and the taste is sometimes disgusting. Don’t eat here—go somewhere else. Employees need to remember that customers are what keep restaurants open. Don’t try doing a review you will get this error message always.
the girl with the blue hair had a horrible attitude and literally slammed my food down onto the counter and was rude enough that the girl working the register gave me an apologetic look as i paid for my food. i frequently go to this location and every time the same girl has an issue. do better.
This location is racist. There’s a Hispanic lady there that makes the food. I’m African American and there was a Hispanic in front of me. She piled up their bowl and barely put anything in my bowl. I was almost begging her to put more in the bowl. The next customer was Hispanic and she piled a lot on theirs also. At this point I’m complaining. Another Hispanic lady comes from around the back counter with an attitude and throws the food away and says “go let her make U another one” the lady made the second bowl the same way. I’m upset bc I’ve never had issues at this location or any Chipotle. They charge an arm and leg and then don’t want to give enough food. And I probably would not have been mad if I didn’t see her for myself pile their bowls up.
Went into this location at approximately 6:55 on a Monday night tonight every last thing on the steam table looked old and dried out and barely any left! Extremely hungry I was going to chance it then looked over and there is no veggies. There were approximately 5 to 6 employees there all standing around no one in line and one person dining in. I was told I would have to wait 10 to 15 minutes for veggies. Why would the steam table look like this with the amount of employees on the clock!!! This is the 2nd time I have encountered this at this location. There will not be a third!
The food at this location was exceptionally disappointing. I regularly visit Chipotle and made a special trip to this one because it’s in a nicer area, but the quality was far below expectations. The chicken tasted dry and appeared to have been reheated or reused from the previous day — it had hard, overcooked bits that were simply unpleasant to eat. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed this issue at several Chipotle locations, where it seems the meat is sometimes reused rather than freshly prepared. It’s not only unappetizing but also raises serious concerns about food safety and quality control.
I came in at 8:30pm and they close at 11pm. As I get to the front of the line just to be told this is all we have so very little options 2 hours before the close, while I see the cook making for chicken. I proceed to get my order & the steak was not cooked well done, very chewy & pink. And of course the burrito was trash.
This was the worst experince when you pay $52 dollars for chipotle and it looks like slop in a bowl is ridiculous I don't know who Is working the night shift or the line but they need to learn portion sizes and how to do better I was manager at chipotle and this is horrible quality and service..
NOT clean location smells bad,literally hair on the seats (check 1st pic) so can’t eat inside, overpriced for the additional (i .e. Vinaigrette $1.60 little cup not even half full, etc, ..), employees always in rush, need to retrain management & staff, giving them 2 stars because it’s the closest location to us. I know it’s sounds crazy but we almost wanted to ask for 100% refund but hey, thanks for surviving our community. Hope this and other reviews will be seen & someone will make things better. Thanks
Service is quick, but employee's are very rude and constantly rolling eyes as you order. The food was mediocre and I love the rice usually but the past few times has not been cooked every bite was hard. I wish there was a closer location to my work. And definitely need to bring a clean towel to wipe down table if you plan on dining in. Tables and floor are filthy.
I have been to this location 3 times over the last month while my wife has been in HCA Clear Lake. Each time the we’re not busy. It has been in complete disarray. Food containers half stocked or less and food spilt all over the countertops. I have never been to a Chipotle as dirty or disorganized as this location. Staff was rude. I will not be going back.
Ordered online 7/31/25 @ 4:11 pm got a notification stating food was ready walked in no one assisted me than man/woman was very rude saying I should’ve asked for the food why I thought I was being patient and someone was going to assist me or have my food on the rack which that’s where it said it was in app . Won’t return and I asked for double protein which was not in bowl.
