They limit thier sauces here. Wow. Ordered 30 piece and a deluxe. limit me to 6 sauces. Update. Must've been just one girl that took the order because in the bag I had 9. The sauce sheriff was working I guess. Lol

This place is always a go to in West Covina. Food is always fresh and you are always greeted with a smile. This time I took my son through the drive through. We got a spicy chicken sandwich and an 8 piece chicken nugget with Mac and cheese and fries. All of the food was cooked perfectly and the order was accurate I usually get no pickles. We had a good amount of sauces and we were able to have a picnic in the park around the corner. All in all this is a 5 star trip as usual.

I love employees at every chick fil a ,they are always so polite and helpful. Food was also good. And it was quick.

I come here often as this is my granddaughters go to place. The food is fresh. The chicken sandwich is amazing. Not greasy at all and flavorful. We always have to contend with lines in the drive thru. However, I find this eatery expensive.

The drive thru is always busy, but efficient. Wait is never too long. If going inside, restaurant is clean, restroom is clean. Service is always good. Exactly what you would expect from a business who stay on top of things.

Beautiful sunny day today and my wife and I decided to get breakfast, we were both craving the chicken burrito. Luckily when I arrived and check my chick fil a app to get points, I had enough for a free breakfast chicken burrito. If you don’t have the app, download it now and one day you will get free stuff too. We ordered in the drive thru, and found out they are dine in open now. The food was hot, the bathroom was clean inside, and the dining room was clean as well. Great location to relax for a bit and eat.

Delicious as always. The drive thru configuration leaves much to be desired (line is almost always out into the street)but the diligent employees keep it running like clockwork. Prefer the long line and delicious food to the abandoned Elephant Bar that used to be there.

Friendly staff. I went there on a Friday evening. Long line for drive thru. So I went inside the restaurant. No longer inside. My order for 2 people was taken quickly and done in a short time. Very happy for their satisfy.

I bought their new maple bacon sandwich and I just about puked. That thing was nasty. I told them about it in the hopes that they would just switch it out to the tried and true regular chicken sandwich but they didn't. Normally this place is all five stars but in this case I gave them four.

Always happy to go to Chick-fil-a. It is an awesome chicken sandwich. They have the drive thru game on point. I am not scared when I see a long line. I know they are going to knock it out. I also have yet to find a sauce I do not like.

Great service for the grand opening of the restaurant. The food here is also great and I can feel the care and thought put into each item I had when I ordered the deluxe chicken sandwich. It was worth the wait, even though there were so many people in the driveway. Other than that, the staff was attentive and helpful when I needed grape jelly. Since this is a new restaurant, I believe it has a lot of room for improvement in every way. Will definitely come back here and bring family too! Edit 1: The Fries they serve here are very crispy and stay crispy for a long time! They taste great. Edit 2: The Frost Lemonade here is awesome! I highly recommend it if you have a sweet tooth and also for that extra tang to give you energy!

The customer service here was amazing. My car overheated while in the drive through, and the staff helped push it to the parking lot. The store owner brought me a bucket of water to help fill it up. I was really appreciative of everyone going above and beyond their duty to help me out.

This place have cross their t and dotted their i. There are no details that are missed. The employees are attentive, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Always have been greeted here with a smile and never really have to clean any surface because the staffs is on it. The food is also on point. They do get a bit crazy during lunch and dinner but they are so efficient here there’s 2 separate lines to spread out the cars and get your order in. Kudos wc team!!!

Second time visiting a Chick-fil-A but first time at this location. My daughter and I had the chicken "nuggets". They were tasty and the different sauces they offer added to the flavor. I feel this chain is a bit overpriced for the quantity of food they offer. I must say the service we received was exceptional and that alone would be a reason to visit this location again.

Outstanding! Delicious,!! Well organized fast food restaurant with a great choice of healthy food selections. The staff are just wonderful!! We love to stop here for lunch as a treat. Don't get intimidated with the lines; they move um in and move 'um out. Their market salad is fantastic with delicious apple cider dressing. Um, um, good! No inflation here: good food, polite and efficient service, and reasonable prices!! As Arnold said, "Well be back!"

It's always so busy, but I use the drive-thru. My go to meal is the Cobb salad and the frosted lemonade. The staff is kind and knowledgeable. They always help me with my app so I can collect my points.

Enjoy this place. The staff is not only nice but helpful. If you ordered to go they always try to make sure they got your name and are actively looking and making sure it's on track. I've never got anything wrong. Oh and if you know its an all girl staff outside. They are fast to get your order in.

This is my go to spot for quick food here in West Covina! Good quality and great service, however their service is getting a bit worse here as they are hiring younger kids but I understand they and trying and learning. If you don’t like chicken I recommend the Mac n cheese bowl it’s very good and of quality. The chicken is also great and great here just wanted to give a side recommendation!

The biscuits. Whomever makes them at this location. I love you. Buttery, flakey, moist, amazing. Get some honey and Texas Pete hot sauce. As always, service, food, and overall experience is great. Just those biscuits. This is the only location it has been like this. Wish they served them all day.

The associates working outside are quick and have a good system working well together. I love how they bring you your food as you're waiting in drive thru line. Pickup is always available and that is nice too.

Even though they use 2 ordering lanes and multiple employees to take your order then give you a receipt. Expect to wait in line for a good 15 min. Food is good. Staff is friendly. Only bad thing is the wait time and cars lined up on the street.

Got my order wrong. I double check receipt and was wrong. I'm sure they would have fixes it but did not have time to go back. Also when its busy there its hard to get back in without other people in line thinking u ou are going to cut in front of them. They ate usually pretty good with orders. It probably does not help that I usually order for 7 people at a time.

The food is always good, but the drive-thrunline is always ridiculous at this place. Post COVID there still is no indoor eating just outdoor. Employees are cordial and polite. I just hope they open up dining area soon It's blocked off so bad that barely 4 people can fit to place an order and pick up items. It can get pricey for chicken.

Too busy! Food was ok. Felt very "cookie cutter-like". Almost as if a giant conveyor belt moved everything along, but at an incredibly slow pace. Bordered on frustrating. I wasn't impressed. Especially after hearing so much hype about this fast food.

The service was great. Did have a bad experience one time but been here so many times it doesn’t matter too much. 99/100 visits positive. Delivery process superb. Check in and they bring your order ASAP. Longest wait I had was just under 10 minutes and the line for drive thru reached the street lights. It was PACKED. Great food the lemonade makes a great marinade for meats. Very sweet recommend getting a water with it or a cup of ice and diluting it. Super sweet :)

one of the best chicken places you can go to. The polynesian sauce is to die for. And you can't even compare their waffle and fries to anything. And last but not least, they have Southern sweet tea. And I love the fact that they're closed on Sunday. They would get 5 star, but it is horrible going to the drive through..

Chick fil is good I like it here but damn ! The price is getting out of hand . Too damn expensive for just a sandwich , fries and a drink . I paid 18 bucks for a a number 7 meal, medium ! Is it worth it ? Maybe once in awhile. Thank god my girl doesn’t like chick fil a because if she did , I’m paying nearly $40 bucks for us both.

The lines for the drive through moves pretty quick. I ordered the chicken nuggets combo. Also a side of chicken enchiladas soup. The food was prepared to my liking. The nuggets where cooked and not hard to eat. The waffle fries was warm and tasty. The soup was very good too. If you're in the area check this location out.

We've been many times and this time was no different. Fast with good quality food.

My first visit to Chick-fil-A was a positive experience overall. The food was fresh, the staff were friendly, and I really enjoyed the milkshake I tried. I wish I had taken a photo to capture the moment, as I was eager to savor the Chick-fil-A milkshake. The dining area was also very clean, which I appreciated. However, I did notice that the men’s bathroom could use more attention, as there was some urine on the floor. Despite that, I would recommend this location. God bless!

was on a fried chicken challenge since my sister hadn't tried any of the big name franchises. this was our last stop and the chicken didn't disappoint. everywhere we went, we tried to make a fair comparison by ordering the same things, a chicken sandwich and 4-piece chicken tenders, spicy when available, and ordered as a combo meal with fountain drink and fries. although the portions seem a bit small compared to competitors, the chicken was moist, tender and flavorful and the crispy fried batter was not too thick, dry or overpowering. the bun on the sandwich was a bit chewy and flat but the chicken in it was very crispy and the spiciness was not masked by the bread. the chicken tenders had enough flavor to eat on its own without relying heavily on dippng sauce. surprisingly, we loved the waffle fries, which seem to get better the more we ate. it's obvious that the whole potato was thrown into the machine from cutting to frying so it preserved the viewings of the skin and softness of the potato while some parts are crispy. only downside is the drinks that comes as part of the meal are too small and they don't have the drink machines in the communal area for refills. oh, and the sauces aren't that great. buffalo sauce, too watery and heavy on the vinegar; chic fil-a sauce was a tad too salty; their new sweet and spicy honey Sriracha was a bit heavy on the sweet. good thing their chicken was good. as for the location, it seems to have been built as mainly serving drive thru since there's constantly a long line of cars that they have shaded area while people wait in their cars. because of this, the parking is rather strange like an afterthought as it revolves around this drive through rather than being completely separate from it, so people parking to fine in must watch out for cars coming out of the drive thru lane. there is only one entry/exit way from the street despite it being on a corner where the cars leaving must also fight for right of way with those entering to park or going for the drive thru.

The one way in one way out is too congested. They should of considered how much traffic that causes. The food was fresh which is great but I asked for a large fry and large drink and they only gave me a large fry with my meal.

My son was excited to use his gift card he earned for good grades at school. As a treat, we took him to order whatever he wanted, which was the Chicken Deluxe combo. We got home, and it was the Spicy Chicken Deluxe combo. It was good, just not what he ordered or what he had his heart set on. Needless to say, he was disappointed. We never go to Chick-fil-A because it is out of our price range.

Visited this location just before 2:00pm. The staff seem friendly, but overwhelmed. The drive-thru seemed crowded so I opted to do mobile order and pick up. I placed a small order (1 combo + 1 sandwich) and despite the app telling me quickly that it was ready to pick up at the front door, waited an additional 15 - 20 minutes for my order to be ready. The pick up set up leaves much to be desired, particularly in relation to COVID-19 safety. 5 to 6 additional guests were surrounding the front door asking for their orders, one gentlemen in particular was stuck waiting for over 30 minutes. The system of sending one employee out the door to yell that an order is ready seems ineffective, especially with all the traffic on Vincent Ave. The food was decent, but the wait definitely soured my opinion, especially since it was a Monday afternoon.

I like how polite the workers are here and they barely make any mistakes. However, our last two visits we had gone to the drive-throu we had to wait for over 20 minutes for one cup of soup and once we got home, we were missing fries. I called their customer service number, and they got all my info and submitted a complaint to the store and advised someone will email me… that didn’t happen. The second time we went, we order 5 beverages and we only got 4. On top of that, they gave us no dressing for the salads. Anyway, I know employees make mistakes, but this frequent is just enough to push me away from eating there. Food quality is excellent, they just need to pay attention to detail.

Different cashiers charge differently. The short Asian girl likes to charge for sauce when others don't. Foods good just don't like the inconsistencies. Especially with the sizes of the drinks. We order a meal and the drink is like the size of a tall at Starbucks. What's with the skimping? So we stopped going here for a good few years. They also sometimes aren't fair with the drive thru lines. Meaning they'll take orders more from one line to another and not by first comes first serve.

I got the chicken noodle soup, looks like garbage disposal water to be honest. It doesn’t taste very good. I usually get the mac and cheese here and it’s delicious. I get the tenders (which are pretty small) or the nuggets (which you can image are SMALLER). I like the food here but I do not recommend the chicken noodle soup. It looks weird and tastes weird too. It looks very appetizing on the menu but is not in reality. It has rarely any chicken or noodles and is mostly liquid. Safe to say I did not enjoy it. I had their ice cream and it was really good. It’s mostly a hit or miss on the menu I guess. The drive through is usually full. During lunch or after school hours. Workers are usually nice.

I love chick fil a but this time the person who gave me the shake i ordered did not fasten the lid right. So i drove away and i went to take a drink and it poured all over me and my car. I was extremly unhappy as i had an appt and had to cancel it.

This was a weird location to dine indoors. They have the largest double lane drive through. The prices are too high. There were no fresh lemon slices for the iced tea.

It's not the first time they gave me a freaking breakfast filet like chicken breast. It's so dry and disgusting.

Don’t do pick up orders, they can’t get it right; they missed an entire meal in our bag and it was fully paid for. The shake was whack too; it was more like melting ice cream than shake consistency. Mac n cheese was also not as good if you were to dine in. If you’re still craving chic fil a, better to just dine in so you can correct their mistakes and enjoy better quality. However, drive thru, dine in or pick up shouldn’t have various outcomes of quality service. The inconsistency of this West Covina location will drive customers away. Plus, this price rating should be $$ not $!!

Shorter Asian girl is annoying. Gave us a tiny drink when it's usually a regular size. Served others first who came after us, charged us extra for a sauce when other workers don't. Never smiles, doesn't even say thank you. So didn't come back here all because of very poor service. Food was good though but poor service can make a break your business too. Not worth it here. Also she smirks as if she intentionally tries to annoy.

It had outdoor furniture and seating but was all tied up. Great new community surrounding it.Also took way to long to come serve you had a big order asked for ketchup and other condiments was given 2 ketchups salt and pepper. Had about 5 large Fry's.

Everytime i come, i go to drive thru, the food is good, the workers are so nice but they forget a lot of things. They forget the sauces, i ordered two drinks, no straws, I ordered a cookie parfait with no spoon. If they didnt forget things all the time, this place wouldve been good

We all know Chick Fil A food by now. It is what it is. But holy! This is the absolute worst design of a drive thru ever. 90 percent of Chick Fil A business is drive thru and how could they design it like they is kind boggling. Get ready for a 20+ minute wait. Then it's a free for all as both lanes merge into one. And good luck getting out from a SINGLE ENTRANCE AND EXIT option. Nah man. Go to the one off Barranca instead.

Stopped by this new Chic Fil A to grab a bite and was shocked at how this location was run. A number of employees just hanging out and talking and not paying attention to customers in line. Two young females handing out food that were messing around dancing and laughing just not a normal chic fil a experience. I did ask if they were training and they said yes so I guess I was not too shocked but someone with more experience should be working with these new employees.

This experience here compared to every other chick fil a has been horrible. Most times im greeted kindly. Trust me when I say chick fil a has great customer service. Not this time. I was rudly rushed through my order. Not even asked if I wanted anything else or sauce. The list goes on. Not to mention. The stores not even busy and they had us wait over 25 min. If you want better service go elsewhere. Wont be returning.

Make sure the lids are put on properly on the drinks! I just had one lid pop off the cup! The cup broke it drenched my car seat with soda and myself, while I was at the drive thru lane holding up there line! When I spoke to the manager she was only able to refund me my drinks! She said in order to refund me my food order, I would have to return the food to them! Wow! but yet I have to pay someone to detail my car because they have to clean soda off of my car seat, which is way more $ then what I paid for my 2 person order!

This was my first time at Chick-fil-A and it was not a good experience. I was in the drive through waiting by the window for 25 minutes for a small Mac and cheese. As cars continue to pass me by. And then when they finally gave it to me. The lady said she gave me free coupons and did not will not be coming back there.

If I take the time out of my day to post a review it’s either I had the best experience ever or worst experience ever. In this case by far!!!! The most horrible horrendous worst customer service at this West Covina location!!!! Not the first time not the second but third time did it!!! Not to mention you can never!!!! Get ahold of a live person or corporate manager at this location they never call you or acknowledge the complaints! They need a brand new set of employees with proper training!!! My mistake for trusting the what seemed to be manager at the drive through. I took my time to drive all the way back and the manager girl at the front counter didn’t seemed bothered whatsoever or concerned that her employees are not only getting orders incorrectly but charging customers after what was their mistake. Please save your money and time do not I repeat do not go here! I have a million other complaints but I’ll hold off till I get a call from corporate. Or a live management team member who can take accountability.

First time trying this place. I can say that the food isn't worth the hype. Sauce was 1 out out 5. I DON'T understand why so many people love it. Chicken burger was 1 out of 5 as well. I tasted the bread and some weird oil or butter on the buns and the breaded part of the chicken. The best part of this meal was their waffle fries 5 out of 5.

The Chick-fil-A in West Covina store really horrible store, I order 30 pieces chickens nuggets for $18 & 24 pieces chicken stripes for $34, both orders the chickens nuggets & chickens stripes are not fresh meats, 30 pieces chickens nuggets & 24 pieces chickens stripes meats are cold & hard and the chickens stripes white meats are cold & hard too as well, when I got home and I opened the box 30 pieces chickens nuggets and all the 30 chickens nuggets all broken pieces & 24 pieces chickens stripes not fresh meats and the meats all dry & hard & cold, I call them back and tell them, and they don't care for my return & refund, this is a horrible store Chick-fil-A business in West Covina location, I regret buying my foods $55 here, don't buy your chickens nuggets & chickens stripes foods here people, they got bad service and they care for your business here West Covina Chick-fil-A, and I will never come back here again 🤣

Bunch of young kids working here. The workers were standing around pushing each other around and messing around. The store manager short young lady allowed that. 😅 The store manger was so slow . She did not care to speed up the line. Bad service.

Kale crunch salad is delicious if they give you any of it. They give a large container and charge for it but give you less than half of it. When I told the lady in the drive through line in behind the booth she rolled her eyes and then what looked like it, started to talk about me! What the baloney chic ! Very unprofessional and not like anyone else in this establishment would have done.

Fire and on point most of the time. Sometimes stingy with the sauce! Let the sauces flow!!!!!!!!! That was a 5 star review from months ago. Last week my order was wrong. Today the order was wrong again. I went in to get the correct sandwich and it was still wrong. Cheese wasn't melted. No care taken. Bunch of high high school kids working there now. As you can see in the photo the numbers on the boxes are different meaning someone else's order got messed up too. Check your order before you leave. I was not offered fresh fries after driving to and from work about 20 minutes. Obviously the fries were cold and soggy by the time I got to them.
