I don't know the name of the young man who worked the day I was here. My apologies, but he held down during a very busy lunch rush. This young man made the subs for every single person in line and then helped the young lady working the veggies and register do her job as well. I told him he did a great job before he left 👏 so yes, I would visit this store again!

I'm pretty basic I just get steak and cheese with olives Chipotle and ranch nothing special at all. But whoever made my sandwich the proportions were flawless. I cannot explain the absolute perfection of Olive and sauce in every bite. And the overwhelming excitement when you ask for a toasted sub and it's actually warm all the way through 🤯🤯🤯. Anyway it was great thanks

Placed a large order on the mobile application today during lunch rush. Despite them being extremely busy, our orders were completed before the time listed on the mobile app, they were perfectly made, and the employees made sure we had everything we needed before leaving the store. This is by far the cleanest Subway I have been to and I will continue to return. Thank You!

We had an amazing experience. There was one man ( he was very cute ). He put the perfect amount of every thing on. I think his name was Cooper Moore. If I could I would have given him a smooch as a tip ( but that is not socially acceptable ).

Always quick service and great food. Staff is very friendly too. I visited August 16 and ordered one of my favorites, steak and cheese. Unfortunately, the sandwich artist wiped the top of the spoon booth times of steak meat with his finger, minimizing the amount of meat in my sandwich, while asking if I wanted double. I said no to double but that I did want a full amount of meat. I got no response. At the vegetable station, I again said that I would have liked a full serving of meat, again with no response. I chose not to make a scene. Next time I will insist. I do not like being short changed on an $8 sandwich.

Place is going down hill they never have what you want. They got rid of so much. Can't see the meat you are getting or them putting it together aymore because they put a big silver cover over just that section so you don't see what your getting. The people behind they counter don't pay attention to your order and you have to repeat twice or correct them when making it. They got a different oven now that is louder and doesn't do well. The place looks dirty now and old and generic. They need a serious update. Why get rid of the egg???? They are not relatable like they used to be. They don't hire locals either anymore. Rather drive extra to Swanton now for the food.

I always thought this was a great local business. But. perhaps because of wage costs, I have decided to stop going. They are very nice, but consistently understaffed. You have to spend 10 minutes in line just to find out they are out of soup. I love the soup--but 90% of the time they don't have it. I'd pay double and for 30 days in advance. It's the Sears mentality--if it sells so well you can't keep in stock, discontinue it.

Vegetables are consistently wilted/old. Service is poor and understaffed and poorly trained. Owners clearly dont care about food quality or service.

They refuse to make their doordash orders properly. My order has been messed up the last 4 times I've ordered, and everytime I call to get the issue fixed, no one ever answers the phone.

This location has gone down hill SO much. You can no longer see your food being made as they keep the cover open over the meat and bread section. I was able to scoot down the line to see that the employee had put my bread in the microwave (not a toasted order) which caused my sandwich to be so hard, basically not edible. The bread was like a crouton when I attempted to eat it 10 minutes later. The sandwich was put together so sloppy, I had sauce all over my wrapper and all over the outside of the sub. I noticed the employee put the next person in lines bread in the microwave as well, so I assume they are serving old stale bread. The employees were nice, but I noticed they were not paying attention when they asked what people were wanting as many people had to repeat their order. This was during lunch hour, so I try to give the benefit of the doubt however, I will not be back. Honestly this is my third time coming recently and all times have been horrible!

The girl with long dark hair and acne was SO RUDE to my husband today.We frequent this location A LOT. This may be the last time we use this Subway. Waterville isn't much further and if the people are kinder we'll gladly spend our money there instead. Free cookies were given but they don't make up for public berating.

Should have more people for your lunch shift… waited in line for 15 minutes of my 30 minute break to get to the end to cash out for my order to be messed up bc the TWO employees were slammed with orders. They were doing their best to multitask and in result, I now don't get to have lunch on my lunch break. At least the employee apologized and offered to remake it but due to them being so busy I declined.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THERE!!! Ordered online, they put some type of dressing on (2) foot long subs, which mixed w the mayo and made them taste like puke, plus, they forgot to include the two bags of chips. I called the store right away and reported the mistakes and the kind young lady took down my name, phone number the botched order’s specifics. I was told I could have the chips and also the sandwiches remade the next time I went into the store. I called earlier this evening and was told they wanted to remake the entire order for me, which was over and above what I had expected but I insisted we just needed the mistakes rectified. They informed me that they’d have it ready at 8:30. My daughter went in to pick it up and it hadn’t even been started. The “manager” wanted me to screenshot my original order and send it to my daughter’s phone, to prove we had in fact made the original order. Long story short, after trying to communicate w a completely unprofessional and self admitted under trained manager who disappeared into the back room, my daughter had to leave their store w/o our order. The manager told her that he had spoken to Mr. Torres and was told not to remake our sandwiches. Unfreakingbelievable. We will not be returning to that store. It’s very unfortunate because I’m all about supporting local businesses.

I have ordered Takeout at Subway many times throughout the years and this is by far the slowest experience I have ever had. It was quite obvious that the teenage workers ….which was all three of them …and they were all very young …it was quite obvious that they did not care. As I waited in line behind seven other individuals and had seven sandwiches in front of mine and they asked me if I would like it toasted well it did not matter because by the time I finally received it it was cold anyhow. They were an absolutely no hurry whatsoever to make the seven sandwiches in front of mine to get the customers paid for and on their way. I will never use the subway again in the future.

I have ate at a LOT of subways. This is by far the slowest experience ever. It made zero difference that I opted for my sandwich to be toasted …because as I had seven sandwiches in front of mine and teenage employees were slow with ALL of them … mine was cold by the time I received it. The YOUNG employees did not care and it was completely obvious. I absolutely do not recommend this subway.

Today was the 3rd time in two weeks that they were out of steak, chicken. The only subs they could do was cold cuts. I was told by the worker they don’t have time to prep. I left without a sub and went to waterville. They must of had time to prep. Unbelievable not sure how they stay in business.
