We were the first to walk in when they opened. We had placed an order the day before for a travel coffee set at 6:30am, but they were so kind to start up on our order earlier. I really enjoy this location and especially the team at the Old Redwood and Windsor :) Been coming here for quite some time, back before they moved the store from their town green location to here, since about my freshman year of high school (about 3-4 yrs ago now), it's always been a great experience. Their welcoming was more or less what inspired me to work for Starbucks, being that I always saw happy and excited people behind that counter and desired to do the same.

Always love the Starbucks at this location! Staffs are always very friendly and polite. Service is quick. There are a few other stores in the neighborhood, but I rather go a bit further to come to this store because of the people and nice service.

This location is near the Town Green in Windsor which makes it convenient to get your coffee and then go to the Green or Pick-up dinner at Oliver's. They have a seating area outside and the staff is super friendly.

Nice Friday afternoon iced cold brew.

I'm not really a coffee guy- tea is more my thing. But Starbucks has a lovely Chai Latte, and I'm becoming increasingly fond of their Iced Caramel Macchiato... Plus, a chocolate chip cookie on the side never hurt anyone.

Starbucks was a modern Warehouse ambiance. Coffee was as expected. -1 * because no names were ask for to put in the cups or called-out name of drinks. They were just sit on the counter and you hoped you picked up the right drink.

The employees are friendly & helpful. My caramel macchiato was delicious. I will definitely come back again.

This Starbucks is usually crowded in the mornings and afternoons, especially around 6–8 AM and again from 3–4 PM. It’s a nice location with plenty of chairs and tables. Even though it can get busy (which shows the business is doing well), I’ve still had a good experience here at both 7 AM and around 4 PM. It’s a great spot overall and worth checking out. The store is wheelchair accessible with ramps that aren’t steep, and there’s also a convenient drive-thru. (Other review was accidentally erased)

Drive thru line can take long. I frequent here due to its location and fact it is a 24hr drive thru (except on major holidays).

This is the new location for the Starbucks that was formerly on the town green which by the way is very much missed by the locals. There's nothing wrong with this new establishment except on the day when we went in they seemed a bit under staff. It's a really good decent Starbucks but other than that nothing special stands out. Now the old one by the town green......

The staff are distracted, make minimal effort and depend, in my opinion, on redoing orders after the fact rather than listening and repeating the first time and checking the order,for Efficiency. I think I'm done here. Not the place for me anymore.

Took like 10 min to get an iced coffee. Iced coffee is pre made. Not sure why it took so long. Seems like something they could serve up front with the hot coffee.

Why do Starbucks have to be so damn disgusting and filthy? Floors, coffee bar, cream and sugar area... All disgusting sticky and filthy. Most Starbucks are just like this. Why? Can't they hire somebody to clean their floors now and then? next time you're in the Starbucks look at the grout. All the grout lines are black black black. I promise you, they didn't start this way.

Starbucks has a heavy load to bare. It's completely their own fault. Yea, their coffee is decent. Why, besides the coffee, would I subject myself to that incivility? Er... Those incivilities. There are two other coffee shops in a two block area. Each with coffee at least as good as Starbucks without all the cultural foo bah. Most of the servers I've experienced there appeared to be bummed that life was not turning out the way they had supposed. All I wanted was a decent cup of coffee. I know I'm waaay overpaying when I just look into a Starbucks. Think about it.

Disappointed and dissatisfied with the service. Ordered via mobile app, arrived on time, and had to wait an extended 30 mins for 1 drink. I kept asking for my drink multiple times and I showed the receipt. I was told “let me check that for you” & never got back to me. I kept asking until I gave up and had my husband ask for the drink only to find, it was actually ready; after a 30 extended wait. Very unnecessary wait time especially if it was ordered via mobile order. This is actually my 2nd time here and both times this has happened. I really don’t recommend you come to this particular Starbucks. Ps: my vanilla blonde latter ended up tasting like water in the end. Not worth it.

Had to ask for a refund because I was waiting too long. Over 20 mins and when I asked all they said was it’ll be out. Ask for a refund couple minutes later.

I tried to order the drink that I purchase almost every day, which is a Venti ice, shaken espresso with sweet cream foam on the side to which they refused. They said that per their new store policy, they are not able to do any add-ons on the side. I called Starbucks and asked if this was for all Starbucks stores and they said that they were not aware that that May be a policy of the store itself. I do not understand if I am paying $1.25 for the foam why it cannot be put on the side so I do not lose out on any coffee in my Venti cup. This is very disappointing as this coffee is already very expensive to begin with. I love Starbucks and drink it way too much, but not being able to get what I am paying for is Discouraging. The staff was very friendly and I do not fault them for following Their store policy.

Horrible service. Way too much ice for this drink. Paid for extra Sweet cream cold foam and just got extra ice instead. Rude woman at the driveway had us waiting there for 4-5 minutes to just mumble what we owed and a thank you and then popped up with the next car 4 drinks before we even left the window. She had us waiting there for our simple drinks so she can make the next order quicker for them. Never coming to this Starbucks again.

I waiting in the drive thru line for over 15 minutes without it moving much so I decided to go inside instead. My drink ended up being drenched in chocolate which usually it is not. FYI the chocolate overwhelmed the overall flavor of my peppermint mocha frappe 😞. Needless to say I won't be returning to this location anymore. I would rather go to the Atlantic Square or Gage Avenue locations.
