The best chicken, a must-have with their marinated cambray potatoes. They have several sides and golden chicken tacos. Their delivery service isn't very good, so I usually pick it up. The prices are fair, nothing like the overpriced and awful Pollo Pepe.

They never answer the phone and divert it
Me: Can I have a package? Hey, but what about the chiles in the package? The server: Oh, I don't have any. Me: Can you exchange them for something else? The server: No, I can't. Okay, I got mad... it's a complaint to the place because if there aren't any chiles, they can't give you anything else (chips, tortillas, salsa, taco dorado, etc.). How is it possible that they give you 4 tortillas for a whole chicken??? And literally a tiny bag of salsa???? I'm never stopping to buy here again.
The worst Pechugon in town. Deplorable service, everything old and dirty
I wasn't happy with the service from the guy, and the place looks dirty and neglected. Plus, they don't accept card payments and don't give you a receipt.
It seems they're evading taxes because they don't accept card payments, only cash, and they never tell you how to get an invoice.
On several occasions they have sold me chicken that was a day old, dry and cold; it's the worst branch.
I used to be a customer, but they stopped accepting cards, now only cash, very bad.
You ask for home delivery, and they never have a motorcycle for deliveries. Better take down that ad and you won't look bad.
Terrible service. They tell you they provide invoices, but it's not true. They probably just do it to make a sale, regardless of anything else! When you call to complain about the invoice, they get annoyed and say it's not their problem. The supervisor is the same; he just keeps giving the runaround and doesn't resolve anything.
