I agree with the complaints. I see now that it wasn't just my perception; the service they offer borders on rudeness and cynicism. Being in their shop is a bad experience. -The shop manager, "Cesar," doesn't know how to run a business. Good luck to anyone who decides to leave their vehicle here. If I could give less than one star, I would. Customer service and follow-up are essential for any business. This one has none of that. What they tell you one day will change when you ask again.

IT'S A GARBAGE SHOP!! The insurance company sent us there to fix our truck. The collision occurred the first week of May 2023, and it's the date they haven't left the truck in good condition. It took them 2 months to start working on it. They spent 2 more months fixing it (even though it was a rear-end collision). They handed it over to us, everything was poorly done. Poorly painted. If I could give it half a star, I would. THE OWNER, CESAR, IS A GARBAGE PERSON. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT GO. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CARS THERE. LOOK FOR ANOTHER OPTION. (Pure lies that there are no parts, even though I went directly to the dealership and they had all the parts in stock.) They delivered it to me almost 3 weeks ago, which I did not accept due to so many faults, but the insurance company insisted that I take it out so they could check everything that came out on the truck because the truck was not in good condition in several ways. And it's still all messed up, poorly painted, and with too many details, and the owner's response is: NO, it's a Lamborghini. I'll find another shop to finish what this piece of junk shop left unfinished and poorly done. Very rude, arrogant, and terrible service. They do everything and then they leave. They do what's necessary to make the repair look good, but they don't do any of the work well.

Terrible service, they're disorganized and just make excuses to delay the vehicle's return. Leaving it there was a terrible idea.

My insurance company sent me to this shop and the service is terrible. It took them three months to even process the repair, they didn't match the color of the vehicle, and they still got annoyed.

Not recommended at all. The "fix" lasted two days, they broke other things, light bulbs were stolen, and the manager doesn't know what customer service is.
