Been coming here for years. Best sandwhiches and the staff always knows my order.

I order regularly for a large group. They always have everything ready for pick up. The sandwiches are delicious. They also are considerate for dietary restrictions we have at meetings occasionally.

Do you take $50 and $100 for ordering food/sandwiches with combos (in other words side orders?

Had another great experience at TOGOS Castro Valley! Their flavors are rich, the ingredients are high quality, and everything tastes freshly prepared. The staff is cheerful and efficient. The ambience is inviting, well-kept, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a fulfilling meal.

Love this Togo's because it's really big, great location, and the staff is very friendly. They have never messed up an online order, and even if they are running behind, they make it up with good and friendly service. The restaurant is clean and connected to a Papa Murphy's which is cool.

Good 3 years ago Very friendly staff. I was having a hard time breathing due to asthma and allergies and the young man making our sandwiches gave me a cup for water. He was patient and kind with our order and made sure to make the sandwiches correctly. We will definitely be back! 1 TOGO'S Sandwiches (owner)

Best Togo's location I've experienced. Sandwiches are always well made and ingredients are always fresh. The staff has always been pretty quick with my orders, and it always looks clean. Togo's makes other sandwich chains look like a waste of money!

First of all not only do the regular employees work there but the owner works beside them and make sandwiches as well. Or he is a supervising manager, not sure. I love their avocado and chicken sandwiches. Their prices are very competitive with other deli's... They have many many different kinds of sandwiches hot and cold. Very nice people. Not long of a wait at all. Wonderful place! 😊

Literally the best Togo's I've been to. I had a last minute catering and they made sure to accommodate me and that is like the fourth time they've done that with short notice. Bi came two hours away and the food is fresh and the staff is energetic and very friendly. They're very involved in conversing and greeting the customers. Thanks Tony and Staff for always treating me well and accommodating me.

This was my second time visiting the store…excellent customer service from staff members…. Tony, Cassandra and Arun. Best sandwich makers ever at this store. I’ve eaten at other Togos and they don’t compare with quality and service. I thank all of you for making my visit worthwhile and yummy.P.S. would suggest any sandwich from here, my favorite is the Pastrami Ruben and the roast beef. Thanks again MC.My mom thanks you to!

I’ve been eating at Togo’s since I can remember and this is by far my favorite one yet. Everybody is so nice, energetic, and really respectful. However the main reason I keep coming back is because of Arun!! He’s there almost every time I come in and he always takes care of me. He remembers my order and he genuinely seems like he works too hard. Such a great employee.. I wish he was a manager!!!!!!!

I had to call and say I was coming back tomorrow and leave a generous tip. Really happy this place opened up near by job, great tasting sandwiches. 10 out of 5 stars!!! I recommend this place to meat lovers, sandwich lovers and just anyone who wants to really enjoy their lunch break. This is definitely my go-to if I want a sub sandwich that's worth every penny and more. I choose Togo's over Subway and Firehouse Subs any day

Went for lunch on a Sunday and they were mostly empty. Had some confusion with the order and ended up without a drink. I prefer the order-with-the-sandwich-maker classic Togo's layout which they weren't doing. The sandwich was good, bread seemed fresh.

I enjoyed the pretzelrami sandwich. It was hot , filling, and tasty. I added the combo with chips and a drink. 🙂 I wanted fries, but they don't offer them. 😣

Husband wanted a hot pastrami sandwich. I usually get the #24, turkey avocado sandwich. I do miss the lemon pepper tuna sandwich that they had around Lent. They gave a nice combo of sandwich, chips and cookie. Depending on how many people are ordering sandwiches, sometimes the wait is longer than anticipated. Other times device is quick.

The guys were friendly. My sandwich 🥪 was made to order. From what I could see the place was clean. The Pastrami had a little more pepper than I'm use to but, stil a 👍 good sandwich. I'll be back.

Love togo's. The counter people need to learn customer service. Had to repeat my order three times. Ice tea no sugar. They just didn't listen. My friend had the same issues. Both of us have to repeat the sandwich order several times. Very unsetting. Her order was delayed due to the employees cell phone calls

I ordered 2 cold sandwiches and it took 40 minutes from enter to exit. The order itself was 20 minutes. The whole staff looked like they were jumping between orders instead of tasking out who is handling what type of orders. My sandwiches only okay. I feel bad for a staff that is poorly managed because they have to be met with the frustrations of the waiting patrons.

The manager gave is horrible. I was ordering my sandwich and the guy was making my sandwich with no problem. The manager gave kept reaching his hairy arm over myself and I asked him politely. Please don’t reach over my food and he yelled at me and told me there were seven other sandwiches that he had to make, and mine was not that important. I will be calling corporate on him. Horrible will never go back waste of $20 on the sandwich told me I didn’t have to buy The sandwich if I didn’t like him, reaching over my food

Well, I went in and picked up my sandwich and when I got home, they were onions on my sandwich. So I drove back and return the sandwich and ask for a refund. They offer to make me a new sandwich and I declined since at this point, I didn’t trust them to make my food and as I stated, I am violently allergic to onions. So I show them my receipt. They said they would issue a refund and it would take 3 to 5 business days. 3 to 5 business days later the refund never showed so I called the store and spoke to someone who said the manager will call me back. That was three weeks ago. The manager has not called me back and I have not received my refund. This used to be a really good place to go and eat, but today I feel like the mere fact that they could have made me sick by putting something on my sandwich that I was allergic to, and then deceiving me into believing they were going to refund my money for their error when they had no intention of doing so is very concerning. In my experience, this is a very dishonest company with no regard for their customers, and I would stay away..
